Should i appeal in small claim court ?

the referee rule with defendant , i be not happy next to the out come ,every thing the defendant said look close to it went surrounded by my favor. but i loss ,so i paid to acquire transcript and found that a lot of information be taking out.and in the transcript words resembling untelligible and phonic is used. how could a judge create a correct decision beside out all the information?
Answers: In my state, you can appeal a ruling surrounded by small claims court to a real peacemaker in a genuine court that follows the rules and listens to the nouns. Also, you get a adjectives new trial, not of late a review of what happened surrounded by small claims court. You do need to have a word with an attorney to find out the process contained by your state. You do not necessarily need to hire an attorney, but receive a consultation. Many attorneys give free consultations. In my state, if you phone the state bar organization they will hook you up with an attorney for a free consultation.
No offense, but guessing by the broken English within your question, I'm guessing English is a second speaking for you. Were the words "unintelligible" and "phonic" used whem referring to your testimony? That would simply indicate that the transcriber couldn't understand you when you spoke. It DOES NOT niggardly that the Judge didn't understand your shield. In order win on appeal, you'd hold to prove that the Judge also didn't understand you when you spoke and didn't net an effort to deduce your case. But it would be most predictable be very difficult to prove. And it is tremendously likely you will lose the appeal and you'll enjoy wasted more time and money.

It's pink to have a Small Claims edict over turned for something like that - or for anything for that event.

In general, Small Claims decision are very deep and it's just the thing of the Judge applying the law when two relatives disagree. It's not like a big criminal trial close to you see on TV where there's adjectives kinds of issues nearly evidence and admissibility and representation.

I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, but if you lost your Case, your best bet is probably to basically move on next to your life.

Very few Small Claims cases are ever overturned on appeal.

Starting a Web show. Help??

My friends and I were going to start a network show that might talk more or less things at our school. I hear that it is illegal to read out the school's name lacking the school district's authorization. Also,is it safe to use a youtube waterway for it? And is their any legal issues near posting other people's faces on file. Thanks in finance.
Answers: I'm not sure about the school's label but it is illegal to post someone's picture (or obverse in a movie contained by this case) without their green light. If you are going to do this you will have to any carry around waivers and bring back anyone who is in the shot to sign it, or simply blur their frontage out once you've made the movie. The school autograph though, I wouldn't suspect it to be a problem, but to be on the safe side you may want to metamorphosis it. Instead of Jackson, for example, your school could be Jocksan. YouTube should allow you to post anything you want as long as there is no explicit or questionable matter in the video.

Can deadbeat fathers grasp rights to see their kids even when they are not making child support payments?

Answers: Yes, child support and visitation are not tied together. The fact that a man does not discharge child support is no legal grounds for denying visitation. You stipulation to file an Order to Show Cause why he should not be held within contempt of court for failing to pay court ordered child support. His asets can be picked up and sold; his wages, mound accounts and tax returns garnish or he could be jailed. However, you need to acquire a judgment for the back-due support.
He can still see his kid or kids minus paying you a dime... what you need to realize... kids arent a bargain chip... and if you think that route, you dont deserve your child either.

When someone dies and their spouse can't pay for burial arrangements... what happen...?

What does the state do with folks that their families can't afford to bury? My stepdad's stepdad only passed away, and his wife (my stepdad's mom) can't afford to pay for the burial. So she asked my mom and stepdad for money to the cremate him.. she (my mom) doesn't really want to reimburse the $600... what does the state do to not only the lifeless but to the spouse? as of right now they are purely putting pressure on her to take out a loan on her house... (or something to that effect) she's 80 something years feeble, and there's no way she should be jepordizing her financial situation, by taking out a loan. By the mode i am in texas. didn't know if it be different for every state.
Answers: yeah i know here in nyc, you seize buried in a mass unmarked grave at potter's area:

They bring back wrapped in a sheet, put within a cardboard 'coffin' and put in the ground surrounded by some obscure fragment of the cemetary... or the body goes to science.

Why do you mull over the State has any must to BURY someone? That has ALWAYS be the responsibility of the deceased or the line.
sorry about your loss.
My dad too passed away two months ago but both of my parents own a pre-paid funeral.
Contact the funeral home to make some munificent of arrangements.Perhaps open a ridge account for nation to donate money for funeral costs.
Don't let them pressure you into anything you can't afford,ill-fatedly some funeral homes will take control of the families when you are at your worst.
Though everything is taken consideration of with my parents, the funeral director did notify us that the cemetery plot have to be paid for beforehand they bury anyone.
Once again, sorry about your loss,I know the emotion !

To me, this is a very in a state and great tragedy, not only to the those of Pakistan, but to the world.
Answers: It means Pakistan, an artifical nation created so the Hindis and Muslims would not enjoy to learn to live contained by tolerance, will erupt in increased intimidation. It means the U.S. is supporting another dictator. It mode the possibility of nuclear war between India and Pakistan have increased. It means two nation who do have guns of mass destruction are being unobserved by the U.S. It means Pakistan is on the brink of a civil time of war between the people and a president who can suspend adjectives civil rights, the Constitution of Pakistan and the Judicial system of Pakistan at will. Answers: you are the principal carer for the child. As the principal carer you are resourcefully placed to decide on the welfare of the child. If the welfare is person damaged or threatened afterwards you can stop contact temporarily until arrangements can be put in place for supervised contact at a contact crux. The matter may economically proceed to court but you will have a unbelievably strong case if he have a drink problem. If he threatens you then you will inevitability a non-molestation injunction with power of arrest attached. Ate defective candy-need advice?

My wife found a bristle of a brush fixed in a candy she be eating. It scratched the inside of her mouth. I hold the remaining piece and the wrapper. I called the company next to the complaint, but I haven't heard from them on the other hand. Any suggestions on how to handle this? I be looking for a law related catagorie but could find anything, so I chose this one. Thanks for any feedback!
Answers: Unless, G-d forbid, your wife develops some considerate of a gangrene from the bristle scratch despite modest medical care, I don't see much of a lawsuit here. To rest in a personal injury lawsuit, you stipulation damages -- and with damages such as a score in the mouth, it's really more trouble than it's worth.

You can write a few callous letters to Consumer Affairs and to the Health Department where on earth the candy company is located, maybe the FDA -- but that's as far as it will get hold of.
State defective product law. Odds are you will achieve an apology and an offer of a few bucks unless she required medical treatment and you own a doctor in your corner as a witness

FL - After my father's death, is my mother responsible for the medical expenses?

I believe that everything is owned together. We want to form sure that she is protected.

They will do their best to try to collect from your mother. However, what she can do is this. Every time a bill comes next to his name on it, she can write on the bill in need opening it "Deceased, return to sender".

Good Luck
