Seriously! The prison system is so corrupt these days that it would be impossible. The single way it would be possible is if EVERYONE be in solitary confinement! Other than that simply pray that some brave lawmaker will put pressure on the prison warden to do something about the problem!
1. Remove adjectives entertainment except books. You can choose from the Bible, Koran, Torah, etc...
2. Restricted diet. Bowl of cereal & coffee for breakfast. Sandwich & water for lunch. Bowl of soup and piece of chicken for dinner.
3. Chain gang. Work from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm with 1/2-hour for lunch. Hard labor!
4. Solitary (cell) confinement for the rest of the light of day.
5. One hour of free time on Sunday for religious worship.
That's it. No more coddling of prisoners. It isn't a hotel, it's a JAIL.

My mom wants to return with A restraining order against my girlfriend?
Hi I'm 16. I hold a girlfriend and my mom hates her. My girlfriend be put into a hospital 3 years ago because of self harm and depression and stuff. But hasnt be like that since. My mom know about that and doesnt want me baggy out with her. My mom requirements to get a restraining decree again her even though we go to college together. She wants to engender it where we can't reach a deal or be around eachother at all surrounded by school. Can she do that? She think she is a harm/ threat to me and she thinks shes "mentally abusing" me. But shes not. And my mom have no proof or anything what so ever. All she has is that she used to be depressed and that she does not want her around me ever again.Can she find a restraining order or spawn it where we can't be around eachother/talk within school?

A restraining order requires clear evidence of MULTIPLE vicious or harmful act. Its not easy to draw from.
However, your mother DOES have the right and authority to insist that you do not see this friend, and can ask the arts school to keep you two separate. You own NO recourse, and the school can be sanctioned or sued if it does not comply.
There is NOTHING that you can do until you are 18...at most minuscule, not legally.
You might approach your mother within the most mature possible bearing, and calmly and respectfully explain your side and why you ruminate she is wrong. It might not help...but it most imagined won't hurt unless you break down into teen age histrionics.
