If you prefer to not eat or drink at a smoky slab, don't go. The governing body or anyone else has no right to transmit me how I can use a legal product within my own business. No one questions whether smoking is ill, but the solution is simple. Avoid that place with the smoke you detest so much. Smoking ban are always done below the guise of health, but when it comes down to it, it's other a bunch of overzealous liberals or spineless pseudo-conservatives trying to control your life. If smoke-free is realistically what the public wants, consent to the market speak for itself. People want it, it will come up. Let the private businesses decide whether that's what's best. That's the aesthetic of free enterprise.
i thought communism was motionless !--no reason within the world a bar can not become a private club and allow smoking-i live down south and they started that years back--so i dont run
but don't think any one misses me
Chi town have been a toilet for the later 40 years, didn't think they could crumple more, but, congrats they are doing it. Haven't been backbone, will never go hindmost. It is on my top 10 list of towns that could jump nuke tonight and I wouldn't give a fart.
I would to some extent be anywhere than in chicago.
Sure. I don't live within Chicago nor do I smoke. I'm in neighboring MO though & they're starting to do that within certain places around here. It's already be banned within CA too cuz I know my BFF is stationed in San Diego & have to go out to the "smoke deck" while at bar. She loves it when she comes home on leave mete out she doesn't have to travel freeze her a** off outside if it's winter time. lol.
I'm not against the smoke-free policies that places are starting to adopt but after again I'm not for it either. I don't smoke but most of my friends do & even though I can't stand smoke sometimes, it's not going to stop me from going somewhere...that would be ridiculous. Seems the political affairs is gonna make some decision for us all whether we resembling or have a read aloud in it or not.

Again, depending on the state statute, it can be a civil offense or a criminal offense. It would be senseless for Chapman to sue his son who hasn't the resources to money. And if the state makes it a criminal offense, would he really want to report charges against his son? What would that accomplish?
His ability to pursue a civil remedy against his son will depend on state regulation governing the taping of mobile phone conversations. Some states require consent of all party to the conversation; others will allow recording short consent. In California, for example, recording in need consent is punishable by a civil penalty of $2,500 per infraction. If the cartridge was acquire legally, he won't hold a cause of accomplishment against the tabloid, either.

If it's a standard red circle with a number inside after it is legal. The washed out background is only just a sighting aid to make it stand out against the surroundings scenery.

I want to blow the wistle but am not sure how.Answers: You don't believe the financial aid people hold security measures to detect such things? It'll entrap up to them. Try enjoying college duration instead...
If it's a person who's abuse financial aid by making false claims, you should go directly to the Administration department or Financial Aid office and report it.
If you ruminate someone "inside" the Financial Aid office is assisting, afterwards go to Administration - there's too lots employees near to be pulling a scam. If you "know" it's happening and hold any factual information, be sure to enjoy that with you.

Can the Employer ask me to work in the weekend?
Hi,Can the employer ask me to work surrounded by the weekend even though my current schedule is Mon-Fri 7-4PM.
Please memo that the employer asked me last year but I refuse to work on hte weekend.
Thanks
Answers: Unless it states somewhere in a company travel guide or it was stated from the emergence when you interviewed with them that they wouldn't ask or require you to work weekends, later they can ask you. Having weekend obligations, religious affiliations, condition restrictions and the like can relieve you avoid being forced to work weekends. You might sense that people who are inclined to work weekends might also receive more perks and promotions and are probably more tired and stressed out than you too. A lot of inhabitants work only factor time for an employer these days contained by order to avoid becoming slaves to the company. You should brand name sure they have to pay envelope you overtime if you work over 40 hours a week. I'd think twice roughly speaking working for a company that puts working for them ahead of being beside your family, keeping yourself natural, etc...
Im sure they can ASK you.. as long as they are not TELLING you you have to.
Do what you did final year & say you are busy.
what does "hte" tight
you said "but i refused to work on hte weekend"
If you worked for me I would fire you
When you be hired, did you tell them that you would be available to work anytime? I tight sometimes they ask me that, and i just yes them so i can find the job. Then they move about ahead and ask me and im like "oh crap". lol
I indicate, if its extra money, why not just do it. I used to let somebody know a boss of mine thati had a side charge that i do on the weekends. Either i really had cake to make, or i made something up lol
Of course they can. That's why they take on YOU. Sounds as if they were desperate.
If your salaried, you better. Hourly, of late say no.
Every weekend? Or every here and in attendance?
Of course they can ask! It can even be mandatory! Try working in a factory for awhile. You don't hold a choice. During heavy production you may own to work 10 hour days M-F PLUS weekends!
frankly no. employees enjoy no power over other employees
Well, yes, they technically own the right to ask you to work whenever. You should try to negotiate with him/her--don't argue or anything, only just calmly explain why you can't work on weekends.
They can ask, but usually over 40 hours required OT pay packet if you're hourly.
He is allowed to ask you but maybe you be a sign of do you have to work ? The answer to specifically whatever is written into your contract, if your contracted to work weekends next yes you have to if its not contained by there next no you don't have to work.
He can ask, but you don't enjoy to say yes. If your work diary when you signed up was mon-fri 7-4 after that is when you hold to work. Everything else is extra. If you accept you have better be getting some good benefits such as overtime. Then again if you have a flexible schedule after it would be perfectly not bad to work the week end. Where it stands you are clearly legit in refuse to work the weekend.
Sure they can.as long as he/she doesnt ask you close your eyes and grab your ankles (that might be illegal)
Seriously, I voice dooooo it, as long as its OT.
Depends on whether you are independently wealthy.
If so, relate him to pack sand.
If not, you might remind him that your work hours are this and will you be getting overtime or is this a permanent transform or a temporary article. TALK like a grown-up.
He can ASK anything he wants. Whether ou comply is complex. Is near anyone else he can ask? Do you love your job? Are you in good health paid? Does he ask deeply of you without paying extra?
Weigh vigilantly, since there are lots of folks out there looking for work-wekends or otherwise.
He CAN ask..
and you can junk.
You did it last year and you are still working nearby.
Guess he gonna have to hire module timer rather than payment you for overtime.
Sounds like he presenting you opportunity to engender some extra money.
You haven't been crying the blues roughly finances have you?
It depends on the exact disposition of your work agreement. They can always *ask* even if it's not your regular agenda; the question is whether they can *require* it - and that's not a interrogate that can be answered with the information at foot. If you're not supposed to work weekends, get it within writing; employers surrounded by general are outstanding for abusing their position of plus.
My suggestion - if you *can* work the weekend, do so as a gesture of goodwill; but engineer it absolutely clear - within writing, if need be - that this is not to be expected on a regular spring. If you really *can't* work the weekend, let your employer know why - within writing, and preferably as nicely as possible.
Oh, and if they don't clear overtime as legally required, DO NOT HESITATE to complain to the state labor board.
you would want to check your LNI website for details, but genrealy speaking if you work at smallest 40 hours in a week they cannot emergency that you work more. They will have to repay you overtime at the rate of base hourly rate + 1/2 substructure hourly rate per hour over 40. This is good because you procure more money.
However, depending on agreements you signed, the employer can demand that you work outside your regularly programmed shift as long as doing that doesn't put you over 40 hours. lets speak for example he wanted to hold you work on saturday (being 1st day within a pay week :aim week starts for work on sat and ends on Fri) for 3 hours, than he would arrange to enjoy you take time stale on another normally planned day resembling you would leave 3 hours hasty on monday.
Yes Your Employer can ask and require you to work weekends unless you have religious obligations/restrictions that hold on to you from working.
Even with that they can Schedule you to work one of the weekend days if the business necessitate it.
Absolutely. There a plenty of replacements at the moment.
If you don't someone else surely will.
You can refuse again this year. Employers can ask a moment ago about anything they want.
Are there any attorneys contemplating litigation against Lippencott,LLC DBA Goldkit.com?
Lippincott AKA Goldkit have been doing some shady bussiness opperations. Also, I thought that the BBB be suposed to Warn people of such activetys. Thay handiley loose your shipment and pay envelope you some minute insurence. How fishy is that? Seems to me that the BBB and Lippincott are in bed beside each other.Answers: The BBB operate on the funding it gets from its associate organizations which are businesses. Of course they will strive to support businesses since they assist consumers.
I worked for a company that was a 'member surrounded by good standing' of the BBB for various years. That company had a long history of complaints because they outstandingly illegally created copy expiration dates for credit card numbers within their data bottom and charged for subscriptions to their service without the card owner's go-ahead (they're out of business now). Some of the people they charged surrounded by this manner be deceased, so near was no possible excuse to blame the customer. They almost never give refunds.
They have a full time person handling their BBB correspondence, but BBB never blacklisted them. The party who was the BBB liaison be a friend of mine and she had some horror stories to enlighten about the poor customers. But as long as the BBB get their check from that company, there be never a negative report on it. This go on for the 6 years I was nearby, and a few years before and after. It make you wonder what it takes to acquire the BBB to decide when to 'red flag' a company.
I hold seen a handful of goldkit.com comments on the trellis and they are mostly negative. It's true that if you try to put on the market gold locally you won't attain much for it, I tried that (years ago in another state). I sold a $2,000 gold ingots bracelet for $165. It was pretty pitiful.
You take a big risk beside goldkit because 1) your shipment to them can get 'lost'. 2) their submission may not be enough for you and if you dispatch back their check, their shipment of your items pay for to you may get 'lost'. That's what I've read have happened. I don't trust that situation at adjectives.

Man crashed into us, car can be fixed, insurance refuse to listen.. HELP!?
Man crashed into us, ran the stop sign.Ford motor company looked at it and said he could fix it for $1,600. Only needed two contemporary doors.
The man who crashed into us.. his insurrance people come and looked at the car at the Ford motor company and they valued it at single $1,700 and it would be $2,170 to fix it. They will not give her that much money to fix the motor. So they're going to take the saloon and destroy it, because they will not pay cheque that much. They would only make available up to $1,700. We do not get the $1,700, because the saloon was collateral within a loan. No money goes to us.
Answers: You enjoy a legal right to hold the car fixed where you choose to have it fixed.
You own a legal right to choose the repair shop where on earth you want you get coup¨¦ fixed. If you can find a body shop that can do it for less what the vehicle is worth, the insurance company has to earnings the body shop.
The whole conception is to make you "whole" again. Do not expect a windfall from this quirk. Even if the insurance company totals the car and pays bad the loan, you are made "whole" by having your loan rewarded off.
It's a overnight case where the cost to repair is equal or more than what's the vehicle is worth. As for the car one destroyed I think that's a big margarine lie. It will probably walk to auction and be sold, I think it's sold as salvage title. I've even see cars that were so wrecked that they have to tow them into the yard...they are sold for parts I guess.
