nope. death cost is not a deterrant for people beside a 'sick mind' or people that are acting contained by the heat of the moment.

besides, surrounded by my opinion, it's better to block them and study what their 'triggers' are to make them do that, so we know, as a society, who is more prone to be a slayer and take positive intervention steps in advance in their time.
