Do you think public stoning would be an effectual deterrent for child predators?

Like instead of Chris Hansen giving the whole "I'm Chris Hansen and you're on Dateline NBC's To Catch a Predator" he only hurls a brick at their head and after members of the community come within to finish the job.
Answers: Yup. And as soon as we stone adjectives the child molestors and predators out there, I voice we do the same item for jaywalkers. We can form vigilanty groups and stand on the street corners just waiting next to a handful of bricks for the people that cross within the middle of the block or against a red light. Good hypothesis or what?????
Let the backward relations of the world such as the Iranians do the stoning.

Fifty years playing slap and tickle with Bubba at a federal penitentiary will do the trick.
People are similar to sheep. If the media say a guy named Fred is a child predator 90% of them will believe it.

So if I be to throw a stone at a guy and tell everyone he's a child predator (but in actual fact he's not, just a jerk), what do you deliberate will happen? The community will snuff an innocent man before they find out that he is innocent.

Although I would LOVE to see them stoned and tortured to disappearance, I would not want to see innocent people step through it also. That is how the old Witchhunt go.
only if there's a commitment to purge the population until any genetic predisposition for child [sexual] predation have been purged from the gene pool. we could destroy child predators and reduce the collective carbon footprint simultaneously.

who, after, would stone the evil people who claim molestation where on earth there is none?
Why be satirical? Sounds close to a good notion to me.

Dropping a common assault charge?

my husband is due surrounded by court on two counts of common assault against me, he is unquestionably terrified of going to prison, someone told me that because i may loose my house through the divorse that i should capture him to let me save the house through a contract from a solicitor then if he agrees, drop the charges against him but isnt this bribary? or if it isnt is this possible to do?
Answers: A uncontrolled man usually stays violent or get worse, hardly ever change. I don't think you should drop the charges but as for the house, remember you will be dealing beside the wrath of an abusive man. Think of yourself, your safekeeping and your future. Can you be sure that he will stay out of your life span and that you will be free of him? Only you can decide.
Not sure what jurisdiction you're surrounded by, but in most places an assault charge (or any criminal charge) isn't your choice.

You can run to the prosecutor and say you don't want to pursue charges. In some jurisdiction, you can't be forced to testify against a spouse if you don't want to. Depending on what other evidence they have (such as medical records), that may be plenty to "kill" the case.

Then again, do you trust him adequate to work out a deal where on earth he goes free and know where you live? Is keeping this house worth the reality that he may think of it as his? (Sorry if that sounds pushy or judgmental - those basically seem similar to possible issues.)
These are 2 seperate issues. Violence against a spouse is just as discouraging as any other personal violence. It is not a bargain tool. In divorce proceedings the law looks at adjectives relevant statutory criteria e.g. needs and resources of partys and children etc and the outcome assessed therby.

.-The departure follows the unlawful killing of five-year-old Ellie Lawrenson who be killed by her uncle's dog surrounded by St Helen's on New Year's Day 2007.
Answers: I don't think this is the right topic for this grill. Sometimes rottweilers are bred to be mean and vicious. I reckon they are not good dogs to enjoy around children. Some people swear by them and swear they are well-mannered, but those types of dogs and pit bulls are often the ones you hear give or take a few attacking people.

Good luck,
Dana
I'm sorry, tragic moment
I pray to Allah to be next to their families.
Dogs are territorial and are sometimes prearranged to attack small children. i will however pray for the child's family surrounded by Jesus' Name.

Is it legal to transport a sword if I get a CWP (Concealed arms permit)?

Answers: I would imagine that a sword, if sufficiently long (say 18-24 inches) would be knotty to "conceal." I don't know if you can really conceal it, so I don't think you obligation a CWP for it. I'd need to know more going on for your specific jurisdiction and the sword to fully answer your question and cite the specific law.

Good luck,
Dana (attorney)
No the CCW is for a concealed HANDGUN ONLY.
