Most of us hold had to overrun this test to draw from a job. Would it be reasonable to make those who get a "check" exceed the same experiment ?Answers: Yes. I have see people who can't buy their kids food or clothes that fit, But they other have drugs and drive a nice saloon. I think that carrying out tests them would put them in their place. I also contemplate that if they fail they are refuse for life. They are never allowed to receive it again. And they dance to jail for doing something unauthorized. It would put a stop to abusing the system.

If we fail a workplace drug oral exam, then we dont' capture the job - completion of story.

Should the state create a drug rehab service to ensure adequate slots?

Shouldn't we newly strengthen our current Child Services departments to make sure the children are maintain fed, thaw out, educated and out of harms course?

Yes, but to be precise just a small factor of it and doesn't solve the real problem. They should also provide community work for their money too. What a crock of sh*t that they can't work. They merely don't want to most of them and keep pumping out kids to avoid it.
I'm a SAHM too. Granted it's complex to work with three kids, but I enjoy NEVER collected welfare, and we've lived on one salary for over a decade. Frankly, when you own a house and money bills and have a line of five to feed, we've be living UNDER the poverty level and however are NOT entitled to a PENNY because we have equity.

I have a home business very soon and with two incomes receive enough to only just get by.
I quality the very lowest possible these people can do is provide community service. After adjectives I did it for FREE, worked at the schools, Girl Guides, volunteered at the kids camp, raised funds for university and church etc. etc. etc.

What do these undeserving (and I'm focusing on the abusers here) welfare recipient do but "take" and turn into doped up couch potatos for the most part and dangle out on street corners making deals or getting sloshed and hoeing.

I Want To Make Money! I Have Things To Do, but underage!?
I turned 15 in Nov. I live contained by California and of course close to most I love to shop. With my recent indulgence I need dosh., but as most know I cant get a profession until i get a perment or turn 16.
