If I close my account after writing a draft to a payday loan company, will I obverse tough legal punishment?
I lately took out a payday loan and in lay down to do so they required I write a post dated check. I can't afford to pay the amount right very soon. If I simply close out the account to avoid overdraft and NSF check fees from my ridge, is that considered fraudulent and can I be criminally charged?Answers: your account won't if truth be told close if new checks keep hold of coming in. they instigate it up to charge you the nsf fees. fun fun fun.

At smallest you can do is call the company you post dated the check to, speak about them you are a financial disater waiting to happen and see if they can assist you out in any process before you put yourself surrounded by deep official Shi@
