my daddy & 200 business men did business in a elected representatives building for 25 years & paid rent correctly ,but suddendly in need issuing any notice the collector (trichy) issued the demand to demolish the building(17-11-2007).is this correct ?

Answers: As for credit scores; Some employer do use this information and some don't. Personally, I think it's usually useless.
As far as verify your SSN; EVERY employer MUST submit all their employee's SSNs. Employers are required to withhold FICA and Medicare amounts from every employee's paycheck, and they must know how to properly credit it to that employee's account near the SSA.
This means you cannot withhold your SSN from your employer. And the employer must verify your SSN within order for you to be employed.

He have received a letter from his ex-partners solicitor but is not convinced they fully read what access he currently has. Can anyone beside some legal scholarship glean what could be meant by the word 'intervening' within the context of this paragraph of the solicitors letter:-"Our client is unwilling to enter into arguments roughly speaking contact every weekend & would suggest that the arrangements once again be set down in correspondence so that adjectives parties know where on earth they stand. She would suggest that your client continues to see Chloe every other weekend & that, every other contact weekend, he collects Chloe at 5pm on Friday & returns her at 10am on Sunday. On the intervening weekends, he would collect her at 5pm on the Friday & return her at 4pm on the Sunday, so that he can arrange activities next to his family for those intervening contact weekends."
Answers: He is roughly saying 1 week to be friday 5pm until sunday at 10 and the subsequent time he has her to be friday at 5pm until sunday at 4pm

It doesn't make sense. It's most expected a typo. Your friend should firmly request clarification, or just show up to collect his daughter every week, approaching the letter say (even though it also says not to...)
For physical clarification, they might need to be in motion back to court.
It looks similar to:
1] He sees her every other weekend
2] Of those weekends (i.e alternate ones, as mentioned surrounded by 1]), one of them he has her from Friday evening to 10 am Sunday, the subsequent he has her from Friday evening to 4pm on Sunday.
It'd shift something like:
Weekend 1 - no contact
Weekend 2 - 5pm Friday to 10am Sunday
Weekend 3 - no contact

This seems resembling a very distressingly short visit allowance. The mother must really hate him. Has anyone considered what affect this will own on the child? Two weeks to "see daddy" will seem approaching forever to a three year old. He'll come across like a stranger for a few short hours and they'll never grow up to know respectively other.

It's not clear to me if you were, are still are addicted to drugs and what drugs those might be. Are you going to 12 step meeting? As a retired addictions/mental health counselor the answer to those question can really change the situation. The first entity I would do is call the legal representative who represented you in previous decriminalized proceedings. See if he can get your paperwork without your have to do it (less of a trail). I suspect even felonies that were" never filed" would probably be adequate to prejudice law enforcement agencies against you If it is written as a part of your dictation. I also believe being a cop would really suck for you after a while. Its too close to the natural life you led. Ditto, working near drug addicts (lots of folks relapse working next to fresh caught alcoholics and druggies.) Why don't you just win the hell away from all of that ****. Shouldn't the President or Congress be fined for breaking the law?
