I am a landlord so I convey you NO - a landlord can not narrate you who you can have stay overnight. However, it have been my experience that "a boyfriend of two years" simply does not stay over "occasionally". I have required tenant to add this individual to the lease because as long as they are residing "occasionally" they can cause mar to the property that they are not responsible for if they technically do not live there. As for your neighbor, the hotelier "should" treat your situation the same as yours. You really do not know if he did or did not chat to him. Landlords can be awefull just close to tenants. After doing those stuff you can see ur vids & it's info. Then, logically, your vid has an deity. But below the icon u can see 'Remove Video' button. A pop-up message appears the say if u really want 2 delete it. Then pick up your choice.

PS: you cannot revive/see ur video again once u delete it.
