I agree. I think that if alcohol and cigarettes are officially recognized, pot should be. The only piece I can think of is that it would be intricate to measure how elevated someone is. Are you the parents or lawful gaurdian of the child? If you aren't then here is very little you can do. Calling the FBI won't relieve you, you will need to start at the local plane.

However, if you aren't the parents then the police will not know how to help you, the parents of the girl are going to do for you any, but it doesn't hurt to ask yor local PD.
i understand your frustration. you can try going online to close to dateline or something like that, and they should hold a site dedicated to this liberal of stuff, you can try and get a hold of the FBI or your governor. im not too sure give or take a few this, those are the only option i can think of bar the local police, and like you said you give attention to they are involved with the local police.

Okay i get my license suspended for 30 days for SPEEDING 1-14 MPH OVER SPEED LIMIT by the Maine Judicial Branch Violations Bureau. The notice doesn't right to be heard when i did this. I got a ticket for speeding approaching a little over a month ago but i rewarded that off, so why would i go and get my license suspended for speeding?
