Lower the drinking age, Answer the question, When will one of your characteristics stomp on your rights?

Ther is no definition for the age 21 contained by the constitution. There is no such thing as the childish people, or the elder people. It is not morale or productive to blur the strip. When will we as Americans who crave a fair and lately democracy understand that near is no groups within the family because the people, 18 to 100, must be one. We can never allow the race to be seperated into characteristics. Manipulating the definition of the people threatens democracy because citizens will forget to at some point where to draw the strip for the sake of preventing oppression. Blacks commit crimes, put them within jail beforehand, Women can't rob care of money, bring away their credit cards, younger people drink and drive, pocket away their rights. When you turn a man or women into a stat, you forget that under the ruling they are men and women just resembling yourself. We commit crime, we mismanage money, we drink and drive. A society where a man can be punished within anticipation of a crime is neither fair nor a short time ago.
Answers: Someone got their bottle open and finished early tonight.

Happy New Year adjectives.
Drinking and driving is not a characteristic. It is a choice. I intuitively think a DWI or DUI should be classified as attempted murder or assault next to a deadly weapon. I am not a prude. I be a hard core partyer for years. But are you suggesting that we should simply wait for every drunk driver to assassinate someone before charging them next to a crime?

You prove the point by your immature, irrational "argument". I'm sorry but you nouns more like a child have a temper tantrum. Isn't it previous your bedtime?
Your either a 1st year psych key, or an under age personality who wants to bring back hammered.

21 is considered the customary age of old age and reason. Persons underneath that age are usually too immature to knob the delirious effects of alcohol.

Where you say. "A society where on earth a man can be punished in anticipation of a crime is neither event nor just." I'm assuming your citation and desire is to drinking under the age of 21.

I'd own to disagree with you. I've yank more young drunk folks out of wrecks, than I care to count.
Well, here is the problem beside those rights to drink. It can be dangerous for others around them...especially if the individual gets astern the wheel.

Prove to me that 18-20 year olds hold the maturity to appreciate and to comply with drinking and driving law and I will agree to support your decision. By that, I don't show just a promise, but prove to me that 18-20 year olds are smaller quantity likely to bring an accident, especially when impair with alcohol.

Back surrounded by the 1970s, many states did lower the drinking age to 18 or 19. But they found another situation. Too frequent 18 year olds were still within high college and would purchase alcohol for their friends. A 21 year old is plentifully less feasible to want to provide alcohol for their 16 year old friends, versus an 18 year old-fashioned who may have 16 or 17 year antiquated classmates.

There are simply too many cases of teens who die surrounded by a vehicle crash because alcohol was involved.

So, I cannot support lowering the drinking age, of late because there is no constitutional tenet stating the appropriate age to drink. This is more than your rights...it's the rights of people similar to myself and my family to competent to drive our cars without worrying just about yet another driver who did not know their limitations.

Speaking of limitations...how frequent teens truly understand their edges so they don't drink above the blood alcohol levels.
It's only just too risky.

Sorry, again, for your loss. I chew over Yahoo should have taken that into consideration and not be such an a*** about it.

I don't own a vehicle anymore because at hand seems to be nowhere to park anymore.
