Is a psychiatrist allowed to do anything if a patient tell them they killed someone?

This is purely hypothetical. Also, what if they thought their lenient might kill someone? Or if it be a serial killer, who talk about nation he/she murdered?

my psych educationalist said that confidentially was complete unless one of the following occured:

the merciful was a threat to others
the lenient was a threat to themselves.

so yeah they could ring them to the cops then, but singular if they really thought they did that.

If they feel their forgiving is a threat to themselves or others then yes, they are required by regulation to do something.
A Psychiatrist has a duty to inform, if a merciful is a threat to someone (look up Tarrasoff warning). No Psychiatrist has a duty to keep hold of any imformation about a crime confidential.

If you are listed as 100% disabled you cannot kind any money. If you take a undertaking for even 4 hours a week you can lose your benefits.

state disability will simply subtract whatever amount you earn from working from your allotment. obviously two days is 40% of full time. better try to get three or four days since you will no longer qualify as disabled. you will possibly still qualify for reduced food stamps and medical benifits.
I bring a disability pension within Australia. It's income tested.My wife and I lose 40cents off my allowance for every dollar we earn together. I can work a maximum of 30 hours per week. (I wish. At the moment I can't work at all) My allowance cuts out if our combined income exceeds $2500 per fortnight. 4 names? Why do some kids own both parent's last pet name?

My granddaughter's mother (who is my son's EX) wants to money their baby's name to include her finishing name too, so the little one will have 2 closing names. 4 name all together. Why would she want to do that? own you ever heard of that formerly?
