Rodney’s sister, Shirley, said to Caroline that the flight treat with contempt had be withdrawn. Caroline ignored Shirley’s statement and started her flight.Shirley contacted her brother Rodney who manage to radio Caroline in the middle of her flight. within this case caroline did not own any way to know in the region of the withdrawal of the grant, hence she had every right to claim the prize, failing which she should database a suit of deceit near cost and claim for substancial compensation for mental agony and fraud.

Follow-up: Would you consider THIS rape?

Consider the following scenario: A man and a woman meet at a do. Both have have too much to drink. People see them leave the group together, and see the woman give directions to the hackney carriage driver. The man wakes up the subsequent morning, not knowing how he got home, but finding a strange set of panties subsequent to his bed. A woman calls a couple of weeks latter to tell him she is pregnant and that he is the father. HE cannot remember going home near her or consenting to sex, so he files a rape charge against her. She claims that he consented to sex and passed out afterward.

Is this rape? Why or why not?
Answers: Very doubtful. It is very strong for a man to get an erection involuntarily. Besides, if he be that drunk, I think it would be complex for him to get an erection at adjectives.
Alcohol induced stupidity does not rape make.

What contained by the hell ever happened to rather thing call personal accountability? Do not place yourself in a situation (such as getting drunk to the point of blacking out!) where on earth you cannot make a pious judgment name!
no one can charge minus u knowing when that happened.
if u both be so drunk then how can she say-so that she has be made pregnant by you.
yes it is because they were both too drunk to consent to sex.
if that happen to a woman and she said that the guy raped him, he'd be thrown in top-security prison like that.
double-standard
If she planned this to trick him after yes it is rape. Women are getting pretty sneaky when they want to get pregnant and trick a man into nuptials or just to acquire child support from a guy with a right job. Men enjoy got to see out if at all possible.
I know they agree to their testosterone get control of their brains but surely they can control that newly a little.
all right obviously he have wayyy to much to drink if he cant remember anything so he only have himself to blame...he shouldnt have gottin that drunk contained by the first place...no i do not thin that be rape in any form
not rape.
Depending on your law you may be able to wallet rape charges, but proving them will be very difficult. Drinking to the point of blacking out is never a astute move for anyone. Its basically a he said she said...how is he going to prove he didnt consent? Its impossible to tell apart problem as when its a woman...if she isnt beat up or something...how is she going to prove she didnt right to be heard yes at the time? Very hard to litigate. Good luck though. If this is you and not a hypothetical give somebody the third degree...may I recommend not drinking yourself stupid next time you are at a gathering.

Edit: After reading your other question, Im glad to see that the answers are deeply the same for both the man and the woman. Yeah us for not mortal sexist!
sorry buster... if your not mature plenty to stay sober... or keep it surrounded by your pants... next you could suffer the consequences...

then again it is not unheard of for a woman to seduce a man... getting herself pregnant and pressuring him to marry her... or at lowest give her money.

i don't infer he can claim rape... eh wasn't responsible... its his fault... If he can produce proof that perchance she had spiked his drink or something that might come contained by handy... but its been to long for that
For it not to be remembered, Date rape drug be probably used and the woman had to be smaller quantity intoxicated in any skin to leave and stir home. Look into this and was it planned? Was he stalked for money or genes? How would he be capable of perform unless he be less intoxicated than 'passing out' ?

He should enjoy followed up immediately finding evidence. I still mull over he has a covering for rape and needs to document consumption and find witnesses. Probably still responsible for child support even if he win.
In my state the law relates:

Rape surrounded by the first degree.
(a) A being commits the crime of rape in the first level if:

(1) He or she engages surrounded by sexual intercourse with a partaker of the opposite sex by forcible nouns; or

(2) He or she engages surrounded by sexual intercourse with a contestant of the opposite sex who is incapable of consent by rationale of being physically helpless or mentally incapacitated;

If the party have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol...they are considered "mentally incapacitated" and as such this would be a potential skin in court for rape!
No, it is not rape. It isn't rape if the sexes are reversed, any.

The only intention a woman wouldn't be held equally responsible is if women are lesser beings than men, and thus not our equals, and thus unable to equality.

What do ya think roughly this?

remember the show scare procedure?
If some of your idiot friends hired some big to act close to he was gonna snuff out ya and believing that your life be in jeopardy you killed the guy?
Would it be in motion down as self defense?
Should his family be allowed to come at you next to a wrongful death suet?

If someone did try to murder you and you kill him should his family be capable of sue you?
Answers: No, because you acted in self defense. Any moron who pretends he is going to gun down you and behaves contained by such a physically violent track is too dumb to live the world is better off.
The try-out is whether a reasonable human being in your situation believed that the assailant be about to ruin your life. Not what you intuitively believed, because you could be paranoid or psychotically violent.

You would enjoy a complete defense to both charges, but unless you had angelic insurance, the defense costs for the civil suit would bankrupt you.

Would you consider this rape?

Consider the following hypothetical scenario: a man and a woman meet at a do. Both have have too much to drink, and they go pay for to his place after the party. She wake up the next morning surrounded by a strange place (his home) and can't remember how she got in that. She goes home and files a rape charge near the police. Examination shows that there be sexual activity, but no evidence of forced intercourse. The man claims they be both drunk, but she consented to sex, and passed out afterward. The woman doesn't remember going home with him, though others saw them confer on the party together. There is no evidence of any date rape drug.

Is this rape?
Answers: I wouldn't have an idea that so. Sounds dumb to do it, but it seems consensual.
To the woman trying to regain self-respect and cover up who she really is..

Yes, It is considered 'rape' by the ambulance chasers.
this isn't rape the woman be drunk what does she know.
she's trying to cover up her mistake.
That's a tough one - I wouldn't consider that rape, but others probably would. I guess it all comes down to he said/she said and what a jury would believe.
With no evidence of force I don't see how it could be considered rape. Without any drugs that could hold prevented the woman from making her own choice(other then the alcohol she injested herself) she have no foundation to file a rape charge.

the situation described above comes down to a grip of "she said, he said" and with no more evidence afterwards one person's word to another, i doubt it would go farther afterwards a report being made, I can't see someone person arrested based on their word alone.
It isn't rape.

Look for the intent on the chunk of the alleged perpetrator.

Other than statutory rape, you have to hold some intent. You can't negligently rape someone.

There's no evidence of criminal intent.
In Ohio a person can not reasonably consent to sex if they are intoxicated. They raped each other if it happen here. If he was sober it would own definitely be considered rape. I don't know how they would rule if they were both drunk.

Taser gun, how many times can you attain shoot with?

after watching a few video on family getting "stun" with a taser gun, i notice that you could get "stun" over and over again near the same gun. How copious charges does one taser have?
Answers: i don't know if you're refering to the electro-prod "stun guns" or the projected electro-barb "tasers"...stun guns are restricted by their battery individual while tasers usually have 2-4 uses per gun...one soul could die from 1 taser barb, but most of the deaths (and there's hundreds recorded) are cause by multiple tasings.

What is the new policy on bus travel for underneath 16s in London from 1st January?

One the academy newsletter, it stated that from 1st of january 2008 everyone from 11 - 16 will need an oyster card, the community suport police on the bus be discussing with me around it and with the bus driver, they said it would create alot of grief. I didnt see it advertised anywhere, and on the bottom of the page near was something nearly a lb20 fine. Then when i went to apply for an oyster cards, the man 'insisted' that i should come rear legs on Monday (the day most school go subsidise in the borough) he said that the lb5 admin payment would be removed and i would get them for free later gave me 2 more applications exact to the previous but green instead of blue. Are Transport for London trying to scam everyone, or is everything a coincidence or error. Why do 11 -16s need an oyster card if travel is still free. If near is no oyster card, will they have to pay cheque lb2 normal bus duty?

What would you have me do?

guilt. i'm planning on departure my job for a better tender. they do not know this, and it could happen any a month from now or up to five, not clear when nonetheless. the current job is sending me to an expensive training session. i will become licensed and can use that within the future. but i grain guilty taking the training and then bailing on them down the chain. what would you have me do?
Answers: I would still progress for it, the future commission is not yet contained by your hands so perform as if it is not coming. Meantime, you can take this opportunity to advance yourself. Just keep your option open.

Also, when an hand is being sent to a totally expensive training session and will become licensed (to what?) they normally promote the member of staff. This also means that you will be acceptance a bigger salary.

In some companies, force are required to sign a contract to work for the company for some length of time before they are allowed to resign otherwise the member of staff will have to defray the cost of the training the hand received to the company pro rated to the length stipulated on the contract. You have to check this out when they transport you for training.

Good luck

alecs
Take the training, this is part of furthering your trade.
Hold off departure as long as possible.
training for employee is deductible by Enterprise for taxes at the closing stages of year
just pocket the training.
No need to consistency guilty, do what's right for your future. If you are up to the brand new challenge consequently do it. Business is business at the end of the morning if your employer had to down size I'm pretty sure they would not have a feeling any guilt if they had to agree to you go. However I would confer on in right terms...
Take the training. After adjectives it seems within is still a chance that this better proffer may not materialize. There's also the chance you may renovation your mind. If you tell them presently, they'll just consent to you go immediately, and then you'd be contained by trouble.
so you take the training, bail and the mature employer tells the untried employer the content of your character. which will serve if you are a lawyer.. 10 points for me
There are no guarantees. Go to the training class. I be offered a job 2,000 miles away. I quit my profession. When I got within the job be gone.
I understand the guilt foreboding, but the business must know of this possibility already. You are playing by the rules. If they don't like the rules, they can tuning them by having their workers sign some sort of contract. Most likely, they don't do it because they might want the risk of getting rid of you just as you own the option of going away them.

Employee development and turnover are freshly costs of doing business.
You're the one who has to live beside it. Follow your conscience.

Is downlading actually unjust?

Is downloading music and movies illegal? If so, afterwards why are torrent sites still unblocked? If not will there be a debar soon?
Answers: Downloading isn't illegal everywhere. Certain places newly do not have like peas in a pod copyright laws within the US. The reason why torrent sites are not blocked is they are pretty much turn out engines, which will yield uncopyrighted information. People choosing to post copy written textile is not their problem.
downloading music and movies for free, when they are actually for mart, is stealing.
those websites just contribute a place for people to post and download, they do not do the posting themselves, that's why they own not been shut down. those are newly peer to peer sites. the people breaking the directive are the ones offering it for free and the ones downloading it for free.
When the RIAA and MPAA get around to suing the torrent sites, that's when they'll win shut down. Yes, downloading copyrighted material lacking paying the copyright holder is illegal. If the sites are set up so as to awaken this activity, they will eventually find themselves contained by court, and precedent says they will lose.
Generally, speaking, downloading copyrighted textile online is illegal.

Many torrent sites are base overseas, so they are difficult to block.
It is 100 percent illegal surrounded by the US. The likelyhood of getting caught is low though.
