Answers: If by dating you mean sex , the age of consent contained by California is 18. California has one of the strictest law regarding this. I enjoy copied the text of the decree:
Title 9. of crimes against the person involving sexual assault, and crimes against public decorum and good morals
Chapter 1. Rape, abduction, carnal ill-treat of children, and seduction. - Section 261.5.
(a) Unlawful sexual intercourse is an act of sexual intercourse capable with a party who is not the spouse of the perpetrator, if the person is a minor. For the purposes of this part, a "minor" is a person lower than the age of 18 years and an "adult" is a person who is at most minuscule 18 years of age
So basically, you can even be prosecuted if you are 18 and your girlfriend is 17 364 days out-of-date, in California. However, if you are basically dating and there is NO sexual contact you are risk-free.

The promises...some they can't keep, but they'd approaching to. They really don't control the legislative process. They can promise to veto legislation. They can promise to nominate certain types of courts. But all the big parliament programs...they really are at the mercy of others to get that through.
Anything it take to get them into bureau is the key. Plus they usually founder to keep their promises because the world frequently change and their promises become out dated and couldn't possibly be met.

You can't see anything more than you could from flying a plane over the same terrain. So privacy issues are moot. In reality, you see less beside Google Earth usually, depending on the height of the plane.
no... some of these things are even public register.. internet makes it unproblematic to find anyone.. Just like map quest.. I approaching Goggle Earth because it lets you look at locations and it's close to a map.

Not sure of the age requirement, but do you have a credit card? A credit card is almost required for hotel check within these days, as they want assurance that the bill will be compensated.

If they are certain beyond a sensible doubt that the person is have information that could endanger a great deal of society. Like a country, they have a responsibility to find that information. However, under regular circumstances, they should not. For example, if the information that the human being has is non-vital or endanger, IT IS immoral to use torture. Therefore, I condone it lower than special circumstances that feel it is mandatory, however, all possible measures should be taken not to depart from lasting mischief on that person.
Never hurt someone unless they are going to hurt you. Therefore, the torturer must provide evidence that the being under cross-examine holds information.

The arguement made by the neoconservatives is that it is needed to get information "to protect America."
But the FBI and other intelligence agencies enjoy repeatedly said that torture is NOT effective. Other methods that do not involve torture are much more efficient. This is not new and it is not word.
Therefore, the advocaccy of torture by the neoconservatives is not motivated , as they claim, by concern for protecting our country or human life. If they have any interest in protecting America, they would constraint that the Bush administration stop using torture and start using methods tha tare specified to be more effective.

Torture will only be adequate 9 months from the day that we announce that we are withdrawing from the Geneva Conventions (the mandatory waiting spell for signatories to be excused from their obligations). After that, it's no holds barred. Otherwise, it is criminal, not a question of circumstance, convenience, or assumption.
The Conventions apply to the countries that sign it, regardless of who their enemies are.
