Can you sell children surrounded by India?
Answers: No you cannot sell or buy children contained by India legally, but manifestly you can adopt children legally & even draw from parental status & rights on such adopted children both by Indians as in good health foreigners. With a latest amendment contained by the "Guardian and Wards Act, 1890" now even Christians, Muslims, Parsis and the Jews adopt children in India lower than this Act gets parental right which be just guardianship right on the child, although the parental right already existed lower than the "Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956" that covers Hindus, Jains, Buddhists, and Sikhs.
Of course, legally you cannot sell/buy children. If you intended adopted, yes the decree does allow that.
However, I am sure there would be lot of beneath the table dealings involving children. This I guess would be true for majority of the world.
Any one can do any item any where contained by the world. The question ofcourse is--Is it right or wrong to do what ever.
What goes on during an arraignment? I am writing a calligraphy for a short roleplay...?
and I need to know what happen, and what kind of things are said durring an arraignment.Answers: At lowest in California, an arraignment consists of reading the accusatory pleading to the defendant, giving him a copy, and asking him what his plea is. (Pen C 988.) At that point the arraignment is complete. The entry of the plea is not certainly part of the arraignment, and contained by most cases the defendant's attorney waives the reading of the pleading.
If you are writing a symbols, you may want to bone up on the procedures. For example, people do not "plead innocent," the plea which is enter is "not guilty."
If you are going to be a writer, learn to do some research.
Go to the local court-house & ask for entrance to one.
Or at least interview some lawyer & accused relations.
An arraignment is a reading of the charges, and the defendant entering a plea. All that other "stuff" occurs at other times during a trial... :) Your best bet would be to look up court procedures to seize your story line accurate.

Want to prove that not owning a gun is inherently dangerous? Check the NRA website for your stats.
Trying to get hold of plain, unbiased statistics on this issue ... biddable luck!
Amnesty International says "There are innocent men and women on Death row". Do you agree near that?
Answers: The only ethnic group that may have a fate to be found wrongly imprisioned would have to be formerly 1985 or so. Before DNA. If there be anymore it would be errors in our permissible system. And that is basically the nature of the creature. Our system will never be 100% accurate. But knowing this, and fast tracking the extermination in demise sentence would be beneficial in deterring crime. People other want try to find the discrepancies and make chace that the destruction penalty should be eliminate. I just giggle when I think of a crime bleak enough to obtain life surrounded by jail but not demise.that is so dumb.
In America? I would influence probably yes being up to date with the total situation in Illinois a few years put money on.
Criminal justice is a human creation. Humans are not impeccable. It is logical to conclude that anything created by humans is not completely perfect and is subject to error. Therefore, I suppose that someone within some state's Death Row is innocent of the murder to which they've been charged.
Internationally, I'd bet my existence on it knowing about how some of the criminal sprite systems work in some nation.
Do you agree with that? - NO
innocent until proven guilty, those on passing row are guilty until their convictions are overturned.
many convictions hold been overturned since DNA evidence have come to the forefront of forensics. i am sure many more will be overturned but until they are those convictions stand. as our ruling is written those convicted are (as of now) guilty.
Yes, this has be proven time and time again with DNA evidence. One group of 13 convicts on Illinois' Death Row be tested - 12 were freed base on DNA testing.
Not going to argue semantics - within my mind innocent means the individual did not commit the crime, whatever a jury might enjoy decided.
Of course in attendance are bound to be innocent men and women on death row. Miscarriages of even-handedness are sadly adjectives too real and capably documented - I recommend a documentary called 'The Thin Blue Line' as a devout example of this.
And of course it is clearly normal to be pro-victim fairly than pro-criminal - but that does not mean that innocent empire should be executed.
Yes. It does happen but we should other be conscience of the victim. As a Sociology core however, I have scholarly that there are plentiful innocent "criminals" and not just on loss row. The American prison system as a whole wants to be reformed.
In reality, there be a case only just today that back within 1976 a man was convicted and sentence to destruction row but was found not guilty today because of DNA.
PS: They stay on disappearance row for a long time don't they.
As sure as there are criminals walking the streets.
To phone any complex system perfect is to simply over-look it's flaws. The directive is far from being a reliable philosophy but I believe its intentions, although commonly misinterpreted or misrepresented, are just.
The problem is when the greater intentions bring back lost in personal agendas. The philosophy strays from its initially intended purpose. I'm origin to get far to vast into this to end contained by a paragraph. On that note, I hope everyone have their seatbelt buckled. Change is on the horizon.
The whole tenet enforcement, investigation, trial & procecution, & sentencing processes are conducted by human beings. Last time I checked, humand are far from perfect & specified for making mistakes.

How many days does it steal for a guest to be called a tenant contained by an apartment?
Hi, I live in a crypt apartment and my landlord is unfolding me to give him an extra 50$ a month for rent because he think my boyfriend is living here.He is here from friday to sunday every weekend.I already pay 700 a month. Does anyone hold any legislation on this? I have looked at the landlord/tenant stroke but can not find any. Thank you!Answers: There is no state law that define how many days a soul has to stay beforehand he is a tenant, but the owner or manager can set any rules he would close to.
Sounds to me like he is living at hand 3/7 of the time so $50 a month is cheap for that.
3 choices.
1. Pay the extra $50
2. Move
3. Don't let your boyfriend live in that.
It's probably not so much about the number of days as it is the wording of the contract. Does the contract explicitly read aloud how many tennants? Does the contract explain what a tennant is?
Beyond that, it may depend a lot on what state you live surrounded by. Every state has its own housing law.
for me - its in the rental agreement. look in attendance. you had to sign something when you get the lease for the place. mine says that if a guest stays longer than 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS that personality must be on the least. so my partner would be here a few days here and consequently gone for one or two and so on. they tried to get me to agree to sign a alien lease -- and i wouldn't go for it. i wasn't violate the agreement.
you can check out local resources - most lawyers do free consultations. see if you enjoy a place like we do call Bay Area Legal Aid Society. helps folks out near stuff like that.
try to maintain your cool - otherwise you may get anxious for everything you do and don't do until you're miserable and either driven out due to frustration or the guy tries to evict you or improperly raise the rent.
700 bucks for a subterranean vault appt.?? do you live in San Francisco? wow. that's pretty steep. purloin care.
Funny you ask this interrogate, I was in reality just on a rental protection agency's website because my landlords SUCK at fixing things, so I be checking out my rights as a tenant.
Anyways, they discussed your something about your situation, and here is what they said:
"You may be charged superfluous fees per guests that stay beyond a certain time, usually 1 week. Days are typically counted during a 1 month period on a per time basis and not by guest."
So, I conjecture your landlord could.
that sucks. as far as i know, a hotelier can charge you for overnight guests, especially if they're there as frequently as you influence your boyfriend is staying over. from what you've said, your boyfriend IS living there. he lives near Friday - Sunday, every weekend. you're viewing it as spending the night, but your innkeeper sees it as an extra tenant which lives contained by the apartment 3 days a week, every week. i'm sure it would be different if it wasn't so normally, or if it wasn't the same being every week.
