Two men staged a home invasion within Langdon, Alberta. One of the invaders was kill by the homeowner and the other stabbed and seriously injured. The homeowner was also injured and his wife be not injured.What do you think will develop to the homeowner?

Yes, America must pay attention about the plight of the sex offender and what happens to them. Perhaps more money should be appropriated for their defense costs and special "Rights" be given a short time ago them in a court of canon! On second thought...who cares...they go and get what they deserve and anyone worth their salt would never be convicted contained by the first place guilty or innocent of that horrific crime as they would not place themselves in a situation to be charged beside it and have a distinguished jury find enough evidence for it to run forward to trial!

I seriously deduce it is wrong that people own the ability to contest someone else's will.Sorry your dad did not confer you money and instead gave it to charity. Its his money, and he have all the right within the world to do whatever he pleases near it, even when he dies.
I have a terrifically strong opinion on this and I do not muse under any circumstances that anyone for any foundation should be allowed to contest a will. Even the will of that really old women who give all her money to her dog.

Answers: To "succesfully" contest a will you inevitability to show that it was unlawful, not only that you don't like what's surrounded by it.
For a couple of recent examples.
A bedridden 90 year old woman changed her will a month past she died to leave everything to a home form aide that had be coming in to look after her in the future a week so that her 65 year old daughter, who'd be caring for her for 20 years, could seize a day rotten. The woman had never mentioned the adaptation of will to her daughter, nor to her longtime lawyer. It be drawn up by a lawyer that be the aide's uncle, and witnessed by two other of the aide's family member, on a day while the daughter be out.
In another case, a man told his daughter that if she quit her brief and moved in beside him to care for him within his home, she would inherit the home when he died. After she spent over 30 years as an unpaid caregiver / nurse with no income except what her father chose to pass her, he died and left her exactly equal share of the house in his will as he departed his other 5 children - 2 of whom he hadn't even seen contained by over a decade. She faced eviction near no income, no job skills, and not even satisfactory employment history to qualify for Social Security.
Do you REALLY believe these people shouldn't be allowed to contest the wills?

I'm sure that some agree near you however one must consider things such as the capacity of the testator. What if that creature was completely senile and be unduly influenced by, say, their housekeeper? Should that housekeeper know how to hold sway over a person who doesn't own the capacity to really determine what they want or involve?
What your suggesting would permit foul language and allow no recourse for the testator's family or the individuals who be named contained by the will when the testator had full mental dimensions.

in that is the issue of whether the Will was competently made and drawn up to parallel the actual wishes of the deceased.
that used to be more defining back when a lesser amount of folk had fitting educations and writing skills -- someone else wrote the actual will and might have altered the intent a bit.

my mortgage company is harassing us. We told them we would get a mortgage payment on the 31st of December. they said they couldnt thieve a commitment that far out. They called me every 3 days since 12-3-07. We told them we would pay envelope on that day every time. From 12-27-07 til 12-31-07 they call every day!(including Sunday at 9a.m.) On 12-29-07 a woman told me that they had adjectives of my banking information, and would lately take it out of our reason! I would telephone the company and ask to speak to a manager. It sounds similar to their collections department is out of control, the company ought to be made aware. If the issues aren't address, I would file a complaint near the BBB.

I live contained by a double and have the meanest f*cking culture living next door to me. Hubby and I own lived here for 1 1/2 yrs, only resigning because tenant told us they wouldn't be here - turns out he told them the same item about us.We own had to craft 17 police reports against them. They throw stuff at us, beat the sh!t out of one another, literally try to slaughter one another, blare their music to the point where I can't hear my TV that's 10 ft surrounded by front of me and have even knock a fish tank over that be up against my wall, ruining my floor and killing adjectives of my fish. The cops have never said anything to them because when they come, my neighbors basically turn everything off, hair in their underground room and don't answer the door. I've said something to my landlord but he really is a POS and doesn't confer a damn about it. I'm 4 months pregnant, sick and own a bladder infection.

I have to see the adjudicate tomorrow about a ticket I get that was completely balderdash of Disturbing the Peace. So, they pulled me out of the coup¨¦, hit my head giving me a concussion, and give me the ticket. I have no previous infractions for ANYTHING, so I wasn't taking this too seriously.
