Re: Employment--Maiden and Married Name Problems?
I had to use my maiden describe to get a charge as a temp (because I could not find my LEGAL I.D.) and now they want to hire me permenant. Initially I could not find my S.S. surrounded by my Legal (though divorced name) and I was told to bring contained by all of the broadsheet work filled out beside my I.D. and S.S. but when I got home home I could lone find my S.S. and Passport in my Legal cross. They now know me by my Maiden autograph. I truely wasn't trying to be decietful but I had to gain to work with what I have inorder to take aid of my child. I don't know what to do. I was desprite!!! Have i made a big mistake?

Whatever has happen, i assume you have a advocate, your lawyer can just look after your best interests if he/she has adjectives the information. They cannot protect you if they are suprised. Tell your lawyer and after make the best of it.

As a former attorney, I can bring up to date you that it is NEVER a good model for a party to contact another body, or someone close to that party, or a witness, ESPECIALLY to start making deal, once lawyers are involved. Why'd you hire the advocate anyway, if you were lately going to do his/her job for them? If you are not represented, his advocate was the creature to contact. I understand that your children are your fundamental concern, but you also have to play this smart so that it comes out surrounded by their best interests. Let the lawyers do their job.

10 is still a primary school child and a short time ago getting to grips with true boundaries.
