Answers: I AM FOR IT, AND I HOPE THIS BILL IS PASSED. Being a gay man whose partner (who I met while we be in college) is living in a foreign country, I don't see any reason why they can't consent to this bill pass. My partner and I enjoy been together for five years and it's excessive I can't sponsor him for immigration purposes just because we're gay. Recently I posted a cross-question here and I even thought of giving up my green card so I can go support home and be with him. The immigration law seem to treat gays and lesbians second-class citizens, and I judge this injustice and cruelty HAS to stop.

As far as these 'international' families anyone together, there is NO LAW STOPPING THEM from person together. All they have to do is MOVE to the 'illegal partner's' country. Problem resolved. Remember a American is ALWAYS a American, and can return to the U.S. minus question at any time, but a 'international spouse' isn't and we within the U.S. should NOT be burdened with auxiliary residents in the event of a divorce.
EDIT: I never said for the American citizen to apply for citizenship surrounded by a different country. I just said to consent to them go LIVE within that country, if they wanted to be together. Today someone opened a breaker box and moved out the lid open on the outside of the apartment complex. So i ran into it and it cut the side of my frontage about 1/2 inch from my eye. I have to get 7 stiches. My ex breaks orders every immediately and then. I other turn the other cheek because they are so small. But now I can see she's taking authority of that I she is getting more 'brave' in pushing her limitations. But these are small things. But enough of them to become an annoyance.Things close to: she's ordered to keep me up-to-date progress of our child, and she never give me any info. I just found out for previous month that my daughter is being potty trained. Thats a big point! :)
She is ordered to mail me photo's, drawings, and things showing her progress. She doesn't do that, even though I give her a whole stack of self address and stamped envelopes.

Answers: Keep a log of everything she does that includes your child. When you go posterior to the courts make sure you enjoy an attorney present and I am sure he will handle it appropriately. Even if the courts get it an order and she fail to follow it, there is zilch more they can do. Sad to say, you must play her spectator sport. You sound similar to a good Dad.
