Is it legal to Order and buy and receive Adult dvd from Japan?
I've never be sure but i've gotten like 8 information already( each lay down consisting of like 4 dvds)and it pass customs and . I would think if it be illegal they would've told me alraedy.but the japan guy who sends them other puts things in the description similar to "POKEMON DVDS"

My question is for a female I work with. She is an american citizen next to a child born of an illegal immigrant.?She is married to the father of the child . They hold been together for 10 years. He come here illegally and have worked 80 hours a wk for 10 years.

Now they hold a son and he wants to dig up citizenship. Can anyone give me proposal to share with this house. ( * please no hate replies , etc. ) they want to carry this right and do the right thing to preserve their family together officially. Can he apply while not leaving the country ? Answers: Hold on, on the Immigration Board you said he came here LEGALLY, on this board you influence he came here ILLEGALLY. There's a HUGE difference surrounded by the process.
Since he originally came here ILLEGALLY he will be REQUIRED to take off the country for his interview withe an American consular officer. This is NOT optional. It's the ONLY route.

In almost 6 months he'll get a interest from the CIS to leave the country, return to his home, and be interviewed at the US embassy or consulate indicated contained by the letter. After the interview he'll be rejected due to his criminal status and he'll be banned from coming wager on to the US for 10 years.
This isn't the end. After the rejection and stoppage he needs to wallet an I-601 (Application for Waiver of Ground of Inadmissibility). You can find the form here...

He'll file it at the consulate or embassy where on earth he was rejected. I outstandingly recommend that he and his American wife retain an experienced, board certified immigration attorney to handle the waiver request for him. This is not something for an amateur.
If he have no arrest record or criminal history contained by the United States, and if he's been paying his state and federal income taxes (You say-so he's been working 80 hours a week for 10 years. He'd better enjoy 10 years worth of 1040's and state returns. Otherwise, he's guilty of tax evasion.), he's get an excellent chance of getting the waiver approved. The entire process will lift about 2 years.

If she is rightfully married to the father of her child, he should definitely know how to obtain a green card.
First, however, he will have need of to file for Resident Alien status - from within, I believe he should be able to gain citizenship after completing the naturalization process. (It should stand to his benefit that he is married to a US citizen, if the marital is legally recognized)

Since they are married, yes it is possible. the gentelmen who give you the info above is correct.

Remember, the President is the chief executive of the "federal sovereign" can only pity for federal crimes. He could pardon himself for the federal offense underneath the US Code of murdering his predecessor, and this would be completely within his power and discretion. NOBODY could overturn that.

i get a ticket for no insurance about a year ago, okay i got a court date on dec 5 but i never showed up so i figure i lost, so i expected to get a communication to tell me i be guilty and how much i owed, i never got a communiqu¨¦. so i called contained by to the court to ask how much i owe and to pay, when they looked me up on the computer they could not find any ticket for no insurance within my name, i also give my date of birth and my drivers liscence number but still they found nothing. what is going on? what should i do presently?Answers: i had almost duplicate problem and what had happen is that they put a warrant out for my arrest for failure to appear for my court date. you want to call and trade name sure there is no warrant. if there's not later it seems you slipped through the crack that is to say a good article also you need to telephone call your local dmv and find out if your drivers license is suspended. check about the warrant first.

At any rate, you'd be ably advised to hold insurance next time you're stopped...and I'd formulate a note of the morning you called the courthouse, and if you remember, the mark of the person you talk to, who told you they had no journal.

Can small businesses get out of paying a hot earnings check?
I received a hot paycheck from my ex-employer insufficient funds. He now refuse to pay me the amount planned on the check and wants to reward me less. My Question is by file a claim with the DA’s bureau am I likely to seize the full amount on the check? Or should I cut my losses and settle with partly of the money in brass? The check was over $800 and the DA told me that file a hot check is tricky and doesn’t always work so I’m at a loss for what to do. Has anyone done this formerly? What are the odds of me getting my full amount?Answers: Your DA is LAZY within is nothing tricky in the region of filing charges against someone who writes you a impossible check, however, if you do not want to take that route walk to small claims court for about 20-50 dollars.
