my neighbours split up and i get with the man who lived subsequent door,they got rear together and caused loads of trouble for me! they moved out within november(which i was pleased about) bt i enjoy since fund out thro a mistake with the post that they purchased a tv contained by my name and didnt recompense for it! i have no agency of contacting them to sort this out and i have get to try and clear my name! i hold rung the company and they said they cannot do anything because i have no proof that it wasnt me who purchasd the tv!im anxious that they r using my name to carry credit and stuff,does any1 have any suggestion on what i could do n could i take them 2 court for this? please lend a hand me i dont want my name black planned at the age of 20!
Answers: You have be a victim of fraud. Contact the police, your credit card company (or anything was used to say-so you paid for it or agreed to settle for it) and contact the company again. Tell them that they have to prove that it WAS you, or you don't enjoy an obligation to payment it. If you can show that it wasn't you, or you didn't sign anything agreeing to pay, or that your signature be forged, or that there be no signature, or SOMETHING, then they can't bring back the money from you.

Crackheads Hiding in Foreclosed Homes?

My dad is a realtor and we both work together selling houses. But lately we enjoy been have trouble with ethnic group hiding out in foreclosed houses. Drugies , hoodlums.
Well yesterday we be checking on a house , and we noticed a indigestible smell of drug smoke ( like crack ) and found the garage door kicked contained by as the point of entry.
We saw a crackpipe in the bedroom and his drug rappers but did not deduce he was within the house at the time. We did a quick walkthrough notify the listing agent in the order of the break in and departed.

Wow. I be kind of blown away by it even though I'm already critical of government and leaders because I read works by Chomsky, Parenti, Zinn, etc. The stuff of religions was pretty up to date to me--there are a lot of huge contradictions that I never know about presented contained by this film.

I watched the complete thing and while they do bring in a compelling argument and if you follow the money you can see that the same home dynasties have profited throughout history one could agree near the film. Same-sex Sibling Incest?

I'm having a heck of a time finding specific law on this subject for some reason, and I want to own my facts straight for something I'm writing.

I understand that sex between brothers and sisters is risky because of the possible negative effects of inbreeding. But what something like sex between same-sex siblings where in that is absolutely no possibility of impregnation? Is that informal or just abandoned?

If same-sex siblings, both of the age of consent, were found to be have a sexual relationship, what (if anything) could be done to them legally?

Does anyone know where on earth I can find details on this from state to state (or is the law like all across the USA?).

I moved from my ancient residence in August 2007. I am have horrible problems with my key mail person delivered.
I submitted a alteration of address card to my old post bureau.
I have have bills arriving past their due date.
I called my cable company to see when they mail off my statement. The bill be mailed on December 19, 2007. It did not arrive unti December 31, 2007. The state that it be mailed from be Illinois. I live in Ohio. It should enjoy not taken almost 2 weeks to arrive. Also, I mailed my auto insurance on December 13, and it did not arrive to the company until Dec. 28. I hold had my electric almost turned sour because I received the bill after the due date. I have be charged late fees. My one creditor did not receive the allowance until 12/29. The payment be also mailed on 12/13. I'm not sure what to do.
I'm something like ready to fire my mailman. I do gain all types of unwanted items mail. But no esteemed bills.
