I lately came out of a SHORT engagement. We NEVER lived together. He be very angry that the relationship come to an end and have been harrassing me. (which is why I departed him, he was terribly emotionally unstable, felt he have the potential to be abusive)
I returned the ring without him even asking. Instead of moving on beside his life he is harrassing me. He is demanding money for doing things near my son who is 16. I never asked him to do these things, he offered. Note that none of these "activities cost him anything". He is wise saying he is going to take me to court for over $2k contained by money I need to recompense him for things he did while we were dating. Nothing perceptible.

NOTE: these are not items he bought... he is claiming I need to earnings him for time he spent with my son calling it "newborn sitting" and also they went shooting guns sooner or later and he is charging me for "fire arms training".

I am asking this question because my wife works at a doctors department where the HVAC have been oin the fritz for months, and the thermastat is broken so it ranges dramatically from cold to hot.. see they agree to it get particularly cold, then they monkey next to it to get the grill going, but then it doesn't shut sour, when it gets WAY hot they next monkey with it to win it to shut off and this repeats over and over... the heat swing is easily 40 degress, are near any laws regulating the lowest, best, or swing in heat?

Well there is the building itself and the costs to uphold it and the security aspects.which can be impressively expensive.

There are the wages of the Prison Officers and other employees.so it adjectives adds up.

Consider how much it costs for a party not in incarcerate to be supported... then tack onto that the costs of hiring lock away wardens, other administrative staff, etc. Further tack onto that the overhead costs of running a prison system within the first place and the excessive and wasteful spending that prison systems rivet in. I represent a County Detention Center, in consequence this does not apply to private prsons. Wages are a major costs. The Detention Center is man 24/7 and every holiday or "snow day" (where I live) is a fortune in overtime. We contract near a food service and a telephone service. The food is ordinary--not horrible, but of course not good. The lowest bidder get the food contract. Every time an inmate goes to court, we pay packet gasoline, which is NOT cheaper for a county government. We repay normal utility rates to the town where on earth the jail is--no discounts. Each pod have one tv without cable, so 30 inmates share a tv. I represent a impressively good detention center and anyone who think the prisoners are coddled is ignorant of the true facts. They simply are not. I travel there frequently. The key cost is wages to the officers and the benefits we income to the employees.
The sky TV is expensive so are the periodical the education programmes the drugs dream therapy the dental, ophthalmic,chiropody and other care and adjectives free services available to them while inside.
And people outside can't even bring back to a dentist.

Prison should be punishment while there not in recent times punishment by being sent within. It is no deterrent most a re-offenders and they will never rehabilitate.

Firstly Scottish Law is different from English Law so be careful beside your answers, If you were Legally qualified contained by the UK you would already know the different rules in Scottish Law to English Law and I don't know around Irish Law Ruling - I am a Scottish Legal Secretary. Our next door neighbour, for an unknown sense (we have never have a cross word with them and I normally used to talk to his girlfriend), have pulled our wing mirrors off twice, scratched our bonnet and slashed a tyre twice, adjectives whilst the car be outside our house. We caught him on video slashing the first tyre and as we had reported every incident to the police, we give it to them and this time, they took a statemtent (this was the fourth time he have damaged our car) the police assured us until that time xmas that he would be arrested and questioned and nought happened. He consequently slashed another tyre on sunday, between 3.30pm and 5.00pm when we found the car, and the local policeman ring us up and assured us he would be arrested within 24 hours and once again, he did not jump through with it. Can we complain around the local policeman as he has be very vicious throught the whole article and if so, who are we best complaining to? Also, if we can get the video support from the police, can we take our neighbour to court oursleves? We get we can only bring back him done for the one tyre, and not the lb800 worth of damage, this includes a hire sports car, he has done surrounded by the past. if we did, would it be worth our time and money? This have put us under a huge amount of stress, especially knowing that he have done this, and we are saving for our marriage and really could not afford to spend the money we have spent. To make a police report or not?

They said that I have to variety a police report that my purse was stolen afterwards only I can return with another for free. I don't know if I should, it was 2 months ago, would they consider I'm crazy? I've never been to the police station, will it cost me money too to acquire the report?

Always get hold of a police report when something like that happen so you can dispute and charges made under your term. You will probably want to check you credit report too. Make sure no one tried to steel you identity.
Anytime you incur a loss, you should document it. With a crime casualty, a police report is necessary for protection against liability from identity thieving, loss of property, etc.
An insurance company will require a police report in the casing of an accident (auto) or loss below the homeowners policy. This is PROOF OF LOSS.
