Well soon after school, my mom have me run a package over to some organization as part of her business. I did it right after university, still in my uniform. I wasn't adapted to the area, so after a couple of long turns, I get lost.

I waved down a cop and told him I be lost. He said he would be able to drive me home. Then he told me to turn around. I thought he be just going to bring in sure I didn't have a weapon or something, but afterwards he handcuffs me! I asked why and he said it's a sanctuary measure that anyone going into a police motor must be properly restrained (is this true?)

So we get to my house. He walk me to the front door (still in chains in my academy uniform) I told him my mom was still at work and that I would be fine. But he said that he could not permit a minor go minus an adult. So we take me back to the station (legal?).

He say he'll call my mom to come go and get me. I then draw from the choice to wait surrounded by my own holding cell or on the bench. Of course, I chose the bench.

So he finally undoes my cuffs. But then he chains one of my wrists to the arm rest of the bench! (again, is this legal?). I ask why and he say if I run off, he get in trouble. It's not approaching I'm gonna run from the cops when I did nothing wrong!

So I'm pretty much crying because I look close to a criminal. Finally my mom gets within and takes me home. She didn't want to chitchat because she had a stressful hours of daylight at work.

I never brought this back up, but is everything he did decriminalized?

What can be done? My ex husband is a cop and abusive. I hold filed 10 reports on him surrounded by the past 2 years, and he other gets away short any punishment or action for that situation. Tonight after work I met him at the Gym and I picked up the kids(ages 5 and 3). He just started within with me for no root and then spit within my face. I get in the saloon to get away and he kept grab the door handle trying to bring in as I be trying to get away. I hold to go to the trooper barraks to folder a complaint but there is single one trooper that handles my 'domestic issues' and he other sweeps things undr the rug. They said if there be no witnesses no charges can be filed, simply a complaint can be made. I just received an Eviction Notice?

I signed a year lease beside an apartment complex back contained by July 2007. I paid Sept. month rent and I moved out contained by October. I failed to consent to them know I was breaking the lease due to an emergency...so I a short time ago received an Eviction notice. I really do not hold the money to pay this rent within full however..I do not want to go to penal complex or have my wages garnish either. Can someone please aid me as to what this process consists of?

You do not go to secure unit!! You might have your wages garnish, if a judgment is against you, but the likelihood of that happening are slim. the simply reason they are serving eviction papers is because you did not permit them know you were moving and they guess you are still there living rent free!! Call them and agree to them know that you movied months ago. That will keep their expenses down as they will not enjoy to go through beside the eviction.

You haven't broken any criminal law, it's a civil suitcase, you don't need to live here anymore so don't sweat it. Your landlord or agent have to take you to court and sue you to go and get any money. If you understand that you are surrounded by the position of power you can either negotiate for a small but disinterested settlement (like pay the amount of rent surrounded by between you and the next tenant) or notify them they can sue but you have zilch. No need to fritter away money on lawyers any.
It only become a problem when you go looking for a trial Landlord one day if you didn't hang on to them sweet, and it will put a downer on your credit rating!
