Will a criminal record stir away after you turn 18?

If you have a criminal journal, will it go away after you turn 18? (California)
Answers: Yes. Unless you be tried and convicted as an adult, for adjectives intents and purposes it will be as if it never happened. You can answer "no" on adjectives applications that ask you if you have ever be arrested or charged with or convicted of a crime.
No and Yes, sexual misdemeanors and felony stay with you for life span and are public record. Minor things approaching alcohol are dropped or sealed from public prospect.

Major Felonies like attempted murder or homicide will stay beside you for life and are public register.

The answer is, depends on what you did.

my opinion is that some drugs should be court but taxed outstandingly..like the price for cigarettes go up 3 times or countries that tax ailing foods..
Answers: While I think that doing drugs is a stupid notion, people should enjoy the right to be stupid if they want to. It is their bodies and they should be able to do what they want. Also, the more the United States restricts things resembling alcohol and drugs, the more people give the impression of being to be prone to doing it. The United States has more of a problem near drugs and alcohol than most countries with more liberal policies something like alcohol, and at least marijuana and other drugs and I believe in that is a reason, which is as follows:

It's along impossible to tell apart lines as alcohol in which, if you take home it more legal and more smooth to get, nation don't see the appeal in doing it as much. I construe a lot of kids approaching to drink because it's illegal, and there's a faultless appeal to that. But as you get elder and more mature and LEGAL, the appeal dies down. When I be 15 I got my eyebrow pierced, and I thought it be cool, because it isn't easy to receive without parental blessing. As soon as I turned 18, I took it out, it lost it's appeal.

Also, people tend to enjoy the option of man more responsible when they have the independence of doing something. A lot of kids binge drink because they don't have the odds of drinking pubicly. I think like peas in a pod thought process can go along next to drug use. Due to the fact that illicit drug use is legal(edit: I realize now that sounded stupid, I expected to say when illicit drug use become legal), people own a lot more breathing space to be responsible if they choose to use them.

Also, it may not make much of a difference, relatives who are going to use drugs are going to use them anyway. I don't have a problem near the legalization of pot, as most people who smoke pot immediately would smoke regardess of the legality and most who don't smoke pot aren't deterred by the authority, they just don't see the appeal contained by doing it. Also, marijuana doesn't really have copious side effects. Most people who smoke marijuana aren't smoking close to smokers smoke cigarettes. Nicotene addicts smoke ALOT compared to inhabitants who just smoke marijuana. Marijuana users aren't smoking a pack to two pack a day, conceivably they will smoke a joint or two. There's not much of a form risk involved, if you tried to find them, you actually wouldn't find much.

I hold a difficult time making the same overnight case for harder drugs such as meth and heroine. However, I don't think society should be stopped from killing themselves if they are stupid satisfactory to do so. Everyone should be at liberty to do as they want.

Weed should be legal. Taxed and age restricted, similiar to how alcohol is treated.

Other harder drugs similar to heroin and cocaine, simple possession of small amounts should be decriminalized, so that one would face solely a ticket and a nominal fine. No need to overrun up prisons with non-violent drug offender.

Either you are stoned, or plain stupid to brand statements like that. Legalizing drugs increases elected representatives spending, not reduce it. Having no stigma on drug use singular encourages its use and the number of addict everyone else has to clutch care of.

Take a look and Holland where on earth drugs are legal and see how they spend their National budget. Almost adjectives of it is spent on treating drug addicts. No Military, No different roads, Schools falling apart, etc. just so drug addict can enjoy their drugs at everyone Else's expense.

My friends were approved for Section 8 apartment and moved within before their lease be up. Now previouse apartment complex charging them bunch of fees and for the months that the apartment was forsaken. They gave almost 60 days awareness. They also called superintendent to check apartment up to that time they moved out but he didn't show up. Now they are saying that cabinet are different and bathroom sink is missing. What a mess :(

So, i want/need my status. I am a quarter Ojibwa(ontario) and i would typically be eligible but am not because of Bill C31 or 32.
