As long as you separate religious sacrament from civil contract, there is no problem.

There is no plea the federal and state governments should deny a civil contract (called marriage) to gay couples. At impossible to tell apart time, there is no apology any particular religion should be forced to execute something they consider a sacrament for people who do not qualify.

The parliament should not be involved in this. This is a parent issue. The smaller quantity government involvement we hold in things the better.

It's freedom of speech. I've played games similar to mortal kombat since I was for a moment kid and I've never had any severe tendencies or ever be in a conflict at all. No. What needs to evolve is for the parents to step up and stop using the television and gaming systems as babysitters. Maybe if parents took a more influential role in their children's lives, we wouldn't be breeding these psychotic malcontents that find shooting up a shopping precinct or church full of innocent people a correct release for pent-up frustration.

Hi, recently my friend have owed me 4000 pounds and we have both signed up a debt agreement say that when and how he should pay me hindmost the money.

But is this really legal beneath law and if he can't reimburse WHAT can I do? I have hear something about SMALL CLAIM COURT but am not sure specifically a good style.

And how can I put him to the court if he fails to money the debt and how much cost the court charge for such case?

Finally, he is international, Asian. If he go back to his country does this agreement still effect after translation ? And if he is out of UK, what I can do?

Answers: I own been contained by exactly this situation myself.

If the agreement was not witnessed, later you do not have a hope within hell of chasing him for the money if he does a bunk. Also, the witness cannot be a member of his or your family connections as it is classed as an "interested party" and is still null and void.

The with the sole purpose way the agreement is reasonably enforceable (presuming it was a private agreement) is if it be witnessed by a solicitor.

You can take him to the small claims court if he does not wages. You can do this online and it will cost you lb35.00 to send the paperwork to him. If he still does not settle up you can apply for a judgement against his name but this is still no guarantee of getting the money. If he abscond to another country there's no hope I'm afraid.

The only solution is this (providing it is not too late) - do NOT lend him the money short first getting the agreement witnessed by a solicitor. And you need to be immobilize in yourself that you trust this guy 100%.
