you can do it online, but they are going to charge you upwards of 20 bucks to do it. I would just name the P.D., just don't dance in! I made that mistake..stupid me.
I am on disability and SS due to a disability--can I be power of attorney of someone like my parents if needed
Answers: You can be power of attorney to any one who signs the dissertation for you to be , and of course they own to be mental stable, also have it notarized
If it is not a mental disability that would render you incompentent you can, Presuming you are disabled because of a physical problem afterwards you can be POA.

i think cops should be punished more than the average party. cops are allowed to get away next to much more than the average person so they should be punished at a difficult capacity when they do something wrong. i mull over thats only generous.

Answers: It's legal but it does hold to be at 12:01am on your birthday. And most clubs and bars require your I.d not to be expired (usually when you turn 21 it expires.. so check your expiration date.)

Why would it be unsanctioned? As long as you're not in a 21 and over place formerly you are 21, and as long as you aren't drinking before you are 21, you should be capable of drink after midnight.

Usually, people walk out AFTER they've turned 21, IE, the night of their birthday.

My friend has custody beside her mother. Her mom is deff. not doing what she should do to be anything near a suitable mother. She's done things that are illegal. My friend requirements to get out. So how can she get hold of out of custody with her? Is at hand anyway she can get live on her own as long as she have a place to stay and what not?Answers: Your friend would need to become an "emancipated minor" or to be put contained by foster care. To become emancipated she would requirement to show that she has plenty income to provide for herself, and mature plenty to take effort of yourself. Even then, contained by most states you have to be 16 or elder.
