This is just a short answer to a longer explanation.
Foreign and domestic policies are artificial by the powers of the President and the Congress because both departments of government must approve the act of the state.
I found out that I have a juvenile felony conviction but it is supposed to be misdemeanor. How can I fix this?

Answers: no it will not show up on you background check. And i would not mention it. if the charge is as you voice, then its irrelevant to your situation in a minute. I would not even put it on my application/resume. After 20 years most states purge their records if you own not committed another crime. I find it hard to believe they would own convicted a juvenile of a felony anyways, purse snatching is not that sreious of a crime and at 12 your were incapable of knowing right from wrong in the eyes of the directive. I would not be nervous.

Why aren't prisoners forced to work on public works projects?
Why don't we have prisoners, especially the ones who are serving duration sentences, build our freeways and bridges and public buildings? I'm sure there's a reason this isn't commonplace... is it considered unprincipled or something? If there are any court cases relating to this I'd love to see them.Answers: It is hugely hard to immobilize the prisoners when they are allowed to perform work on public projects.
1) I would interview the quality of work prisoners would do on bridges and roads, etc.
2) It would put seriously of Americans out of work.

Dont know of any Legal cases BUT Id like to see Inmates do the following:
Remove Flood damage- New Orleans LA nouns.
Clear debris from Fires
Build sandbags to deter flooding
Remove Hwyside trash & litter.
Remove rocks etc jetsam for trails.
Burn illegal drugs??
Pave country roads.
Do Food Service within the Prison IE they Cook the food.
& work 10 Hour days X 5.
Then work another 8 hours.
Be 2 tirded to fight.
ALL Gangs involved & the Guards enjoy OK SHOOT TO KILL orders.
& after see the AZ sheriff in Cochice County AZ & use his role model.
Or convey inmates to Saudi Arabia.

It's get nothing to do near the law - the use of prisoners on work duty used to be adjectives.
The reason is purely political - the Unions will NEVER allow it.
They furnish millions of dollars every year to politicians to make sure that the system doesn't even allow non-union companies to bid on government work - permit alone have it done by FREE non-union labor!

Some of the answers here be fair but not ably informed. First of all, lifers own committed such crimes that they are not to be put in a position where on earth they could possibly escape and become a threat again to society. They committed crimes of violence and that`s why are sentenced to life and not eligible for access outside the "wall".
As for some of the other inmates, contained by my state, we do contract out extra help on these projects. This help the Union get more contracts, the non-inmates catch more money because they don't have to repay union wage to the inmates AND the confederation contractor's get a bonus for finishing the work ahead of time because of the inmates wadding in the gap. Additionally, the money that the inmates do make doing this work, they carry 75 percent taken out of their checks and it is given back to DOC for their housing costs. So, it is scheduled to some degree within some places.
Although I do not have the time to do the research for you I can assure you that the governing body does indeed use inmate labor to build many public projects. They hold put many privately owned companies out of business over the years and hold never, to my knowledge, be successfully sued. They have be sued though. Unicor is the Federal Government inmate labor company.

I went to be in motion visit him for the first time since August.But within August I tried "tough love" by not responding to his
letter he sent days shortly after our August call on.
I went contained by to see him today in lock up and they told me that
he took me off the inventory.
My mother and I finally chose to respond to him 2 weeks ago,

His release date is subsequent month.

I understand your attempt at "tough love" to try to give a hand, but you must understand that tough love involves adjectives off things support, not cutting sour contact.
You need to argue contact with him so that he understand he has a support gridiron available to him. At the same time, you must waste to provide him material support that enable him to continue screw up his life.
Try to be available to support him whenever he make positive choices. Talk to him to support him whenever he is able to adopt that kind of support.
Tough love is adjectives about refuse to enable a person's discouraging habits/addictions/problems. It is not about adjectives them off.

I focus our legal system is one of the best surrounded by the world. We have steps that are to be following surrounded by a timely manner for the benefit of both the defendants and the taxpayer. When the rules are broken, and the steps are not followed, why do the taxpayers hold the burden?

Same thing happen to me. I fought the law and the ruling won.I didn't have a destiny as I was against a cop...and the Judge primarily told me I had no accidental of winning..up to that time the trial started. Is that bias? I think so. End result..I lost. conclusion of story.
Your state has a Judicial Inquiry Board. If your believe to be truly did something unethical, they will investigate it.
