Will general TV service cost more per month after the "digital TV law" contained by 2009?..?

I don't exactly know the costs as my parents pay for the cable but, I can lone assume that the approx. $50/month that we pay immediately will be raised dramatically..
is this a legal concern?..should we be prepared to pay DOUBLE what we pay envelope now?..and we don't even win any "good channels"..

I live in costa rica and married to a costa rican female, since child support is taking 65% of my social with shelter, and also my u.s passport, and medicare or medicad, I can,t even go to the u.s for medical or drug, u.s. embassy is no help, I hold attorney that say,s he can,t procure anywhere them they turn everything down, so if I give up my citizenship and become a costa rican citizen and no more ties to the u.s , this will also call a halt anybody from child support and state agency,s from collecting from social security.

They probably won't let you drop your citizenship if you owe child support. Even if they do permit you do it you will still owe more and more forever. And if she wants she can probably hire a Costa Rican attorney and sue you.

Ask your lawyer if at hand is an extradition treaty as Costa Rica is pretty tight w. the US. Even if there is not one presently pretty soon there will be surrounded by regard to child support. A special request can be made to enjoy you extradited.

If you are charged in the US next American or not you could get detained within a third country. Plus I would look into if the Costa Rican government will clear you a citizen if your US passport has be confiscated.

I am wondering if it would be an infringement of copyright law to copy/paste/print an authoritative team logo for personal use? Everything I hold read so far has focused on 'commercial' use--reselling, etc., but none of them give the impression of being to address the ease of public access to metaphors online and how you can use them personally.
There would be no commercial use of the logo, but a third shindig would be printing the logo on a paper item, which would next be used personally. What are the restrictions for personal use? Any clear/up-to-date info would be valuable.

Answers: Technically it is copyright infringement and potentially trademark infringement depending on additional facts. Whether you take home money from it or not is generally irrelevant. For example, you could not bring in copies of a CD and bequeath them away for free. Even though you make no money from giving away CDs, you are still committing copyright infringement.

However, as a practical situation, if you are using the logo personally, how would the copyright/trademark owner even find out roughly speaking your use of the logo? It's not clear to me what you are concerned about.

Edit: Lare, I don't agree near you about personal use automatically human being "fair use". I don't know of any rule contained by copyright law to suggest such a blanket statement. Can you explain your reasoning to me?

You appear to influence that if the 3rd party printed the logo on the rag item, then in attendance is injury to the rights holder. But if the asker printed the logo on the paper item, later there is no injury to the rights holder.

What's the difference? In both cases, the rights holder is injured because, among other things, the rights holder should know how to create the paper item (i.e. a derivative work) base on the logo.

Generally this falls under the catagory of "event use" which is allowed by the copyright code, but only if you be to do this for yourself. However the involvement of a third party does represent a commercial injury to the rights holder who generally collects a license royalty whenever their logo is printed.
