Ok another ethics and immigration quiz?

Immigrants hold been coming to our lands for years. Its simply now that the truth is allowed to be see. You really need to stop and look at the big picture though. Not lone our the jobs human being filled next to cheap labor. They are also removing the job itself and sending it to Mexico via NAFTA. Victim of a scam needs help out! Bank wants $ for a check they said be good.Trusted the hill - got screwed! HELP!

Received a check that be supposed to be part of a sweepstakes winning- sounded extremely suspicious. Bank said to put a hold on it 'til it cleared the originating hill. After over a week the bank told us the check be good & the originate account be ligit. The bank after allowed us to withdraw the money to reward a bill. The next daylight the bank say "Oops, we were wrong. The check is no perfect so you now owe us this money final!" But we no longer have this money. We go by what the bank told us. They made the mistake but are describing us we will still have to pay cheque them back. If they have simply said the check was no honest we wouldn't have withdrawn the money. We don't want to cheat the wall or mess up our account but we be the victims of a scam (reported the entire mess to police) and we don't want to pay for someone elses crime! What can we do? Please facilitate!!
Answers: If you don't repay the bank you can be charged next to fraud and tried. You owe the bank the money. Those scam checks are from overseas and it takes a L-O-N-G time for the scam to be discovered by the financial institution that cashed the check.

They will probably charge you a bounced check fee also... I enjoy never understood that charge..how are you supposed to know if a check from someone else will bounce when deposited...nonetheless you get charged for it.

Anyway, you are responsible for your deposits. Not much you can do, but try to work something out near the bank, payments or something.

This is caring of along the lines of checking your balance and finding a million bucks i.e. not yours...guess what? It's not. You withdraw it and spend it, you owe it rear.

Your case is sort of similiar as the wall gave you the money, but it turns out it be a mistake on their part...on the other hand, you are still responsible. By FEDERAL law you are held responsible. Every check you are depositing/cashing/etc. You are doing surrounded by "good dependence."
