If you own witnesses and you gave no provocation, and it be hard satisfactory, and you know the person, (also help if you know their address, in travel case a restraining order may help) you may receive a response to your complaint. Unless the police see the incident you will have to record a report a UCR uniform Crime Report.

Depends if you discern like you're contained by danger or not. If it is a slap out of anger and at hand is no further threat if you don't respond, then do not strike spinal column. If you're in risk, then don't bother beside the slap and do what it takes to keep yourself.

what can be done about adjectives the scams online dealing next to inventors and inventions. Davidson is a big one. There seems to be a brand new one everyday conning people out of their money.Funny item is i was beaming at first when i submitted my idea and a few days following i got a phone call upon. They played on me telling me how great my notion was and they really looked-for to market my plan. They even told me in the region of all the different retai stores that they have deals beside like sear and countless others. The guy really had me convinced i be gonna be an overnight millionaire. Well i neew it would take some time but u know what i tight-fisted. All i had to do be send within a fee to acquire started and they would take thought of the rest.
Luckily i did do some research and found out how many culture have be scammed. It really played on my emotions i thought i be a genious. Everyone had like story as me.\

What can be done? Not much. What they are doing, while decadent, is legal.
The knob is that if they are asking for money up front, they are only looking to enrich themselfs at your expense. These are the folks that publicize on late darkness TV...Spend time trying to identify these folks upfront and if they do not pass muster, amble, no run away.

Do "salvage right" apply to fresh water lake?
The reason I ask is that my neighbor, Dumb Earl, get good and tanked up concluding night and ram his 28 foot boat into my dock. Now it's sitting under roughly speaking 8 feet of hose and putting out a nice little oil slick. I'd similar to to drag that dude out and claim it for my own. I figure he won't get up up for a day or two and next won't even remember where he vanished it.Answers: Man, that brings back SO copious bad memories of my mom's house on a sea in Mass., and our hideous, poaching, sneaky, perv neighbor who other tried to do stuff like dump sewage dirt on our property, tug the dock away from his swimming area beside a come-along, cut down 100 y.o. trees! Your rights depend somewhat on WHO owns the lake: is it private (our be, 'til you reached the water), or state-owned, or surrounded by some cases, like Lake George within NY, Federally controlled?
YOU should call the EPA and DEP (Dept. of Env. Protection) surrounded by your state, esp. about the grease! Chances are, they'll descend on him like a pack of dogs and gross him move it at HIS expense! (That's what happened w/the sewage dirt).
