Answers: Yes, as a pro se party, you can query witnesses and make objection. Review the Rules of Evidence if you have an opportunity. Don't intention to evidence unless it harms you--even if it is objectionable. Use your examination of witness time cautiously. Ask only the critical question. Try not to ask questions if you do not know what the answer will be. In examination witnesses, less is more--i.e. a shorter nouns is stronger. Prepare an opening and closing statement. Make it brief and concise. By the way--in my state, attorneys must provide 50 of free allowed services per year. Have you checked with your state stick to see if your state has a program for society in your situation? In my state, we also enjoy a lawyer referral program that give free consultations.
Generally, yes you have like rights as the attorneys. But you also have to follow indistinguishable laws and rules of evidence.
EDIT for David T - within the US there is no right to counsel surrounded by a civil case. And within most states, lawyers do not own to provide services for free.
Whatever you do, keep everything spoken, you really need some comfort with capitalization and spelling.
Yes, you can protest and you will be allowed to question your own witnesses and cross examine the other party witnesses.
Even in a civil issue counsel should be provided at no cost to you if you cannot pay. Also it is an attorney's duty to purloin on cases even if people cannot afford to repay. It's part of the oath they whip as an officer of the court.
Now in answer to your cross-examine. Yes you can cross examine witnesses, and you can call witnesses on your behalf. But even if you cannot afford an attorney, one should be assigned to you as an advisor.
You didn't shift into what the civil matter is.
If you are representing yourself, yes you can ask question of witnesses (when it is your turn) and you can voice objections to question posed by the other side.

what benevolent of company?
If she is the owner of a small firm, you might be stuck.
A large company should hold a policy. And, I would expect the policy would ALLOW for losses.
I would have the boss arrested for stealing from you after she take the money from you.
Tell her that you don't want a new phone because you reject to take responsibility for it one lost.
You might be able to win If you protest, but you might be looking for a position later. If everyone have to pay, I wouldn't cost much. You should remuneration your share, but you should ask her to put in a system to form the last human being having the phone responsible for it. A log book to sign it out and contained by. A chit system, to turn in the chit previously you get the phone. This would receive the person who lost it responsible for it's replacement.

Oh yea, by the way have anyone ever done that. Would appreciate all the information I can take.Answers: Well, it must have be done because I know a person surrounded by Sacramento who has a ferret --- and a raccoon too.
If you grasp stopped or questioned, only tell them it's an "elongated rat".
You would turn a state crime into a federal crime.
If you are caught, you would be arrested and the ferret would be confiscated.
Best not to try it, crossing state lines next to contraband is a fed crime.

Answers: In my state, you would have one year after to turn 18 to bring this lawsuit. Yes, you can sue your parents contained by my state. You probably can do so in your state, but we would own no idea how soon you own to do this. Also in my state, the State Bar will furnish free endorsed counsel for minors to answer these types of questions. Do you know anyone who can recommend an attorney to you? If not, give the name your state bar department and ask if they have a advocate referral program. If you can sue them and can prove the abuse, an attorney would run this case on a contingency duty basis. That ability you probably would not have to come up near a retainer, particularly if your suitcase is strong.
You can, but you'll probably lose. Then your parents will change their wills to exclude you as a beneficiary--which they can legitimately do.

What should she do because she is finding it rugged to work in one and the same enviroment as this weirdo?
Answers: I'd laugh going on for this question for a week have read his post about her stalking him...later I'd call the police on him.
Great satire
So, which is it: is he standing there and staring, or is he following her around the shopping precinct?
If he has a assignment at the mall and she have a job at the shopping arcade, and they work in different stores, I don't mull over one could be stalking the other without losing a post. Time should take fastidiousness of it.
What can you do about widespread teenagers?
My brother and my nephew are both teenagers and theivies. My mother (this is her daughter) has no belief what to do with them. She have found numerous stolen items in their rooms and she does not in a minute what to do. She doesnt want to turn in the things she found explanation they have her fingerprints on them. She even found a gun! Please serve she dont know what to do with them bar kick them out when they turn 18. Waht does she do beside the stuff?Answers: Definitely call the police and explain the situation while the children aren't home. Hopefully they will distribute over an officer to help manipulate the situation if anything bring them down to the station quietly and enjoy things explained. If you do it willingly as a parent you will be capable of have more leniency within court when your kids are probably sentenced to probation as kids but hey at least you won't lose them and hopefully this will terrify them enough to take back on the right way.
As for the gun. That is a serious issue and should be reported IMMEDIATELY.
Call the police.
That's what you do to stop crime and criminals.
Well, right now she is protecting a criminal, which would brand her a criminal.
For her sake, and yours, I'd encourage you to own her notify the police. Your mother sounds like a intensely loving and caring woman, and it would be hideous if she were to be put contained by jail because of your brother and nephew.
Honestly, it's probably too postponed. Kids need structure from hours of daylight one, not just after they start to catch out of control. These kids nouns like prime candidate for prison.
The only course of feat now is to take them out of her house --- whether that be detention, foster care, a relative, or anything. It appears she can't control the kids, so they will only catch worse if they stay.
I know she won't take this guidance, but she should call the police. If she won't do it, you should.
The gun is evidence that they are stepping up to armed robbery. Do you deliberate it is better to wait until they eliminate someone before they are stopped?
Do what's right and pick up someone's life.
Does the president have a wellbeing clearance?
Or, can someone who is ineligible for a security clearance become president? I suppose that the answer to the second division of this question is an in plain sight yes, judging by some of the populace who have held the bureau; however the amount of information that the president is privy to must be astounding. It is a little worrisome to think of what foolish thingfs they might do beside that information.Answers: By definition, the president, high-level political appointees and certain member of Congress have access to high-level classified info. They do not enjoy to undergo the clearance procedures that the rest of us peons do. Thats politics.
You enjoy to be a natural born citizen to become president. There are other requirements laid out contained by the constitution. If you meet those, you can be president.
So to anwser you grill, you don't need a guarantee clearance, however, if you have be involved in govermnet long ample to be a serious contender for president, there is a moral chance are you own gotten one along the way.
Update:
fyi, those with obsurd answers below such as Bush forgetting his PIN or Clinton not one eligable because of marijuana do not know what they are talking more or less. You don't have a PIN for a guarantee clearance, and drug use does not necessarily preclude you from getting one.

Does anyone know the new law thay want to pass on the check cashing ...?
can any one find out when and what is going on beside the check cashing buis..I heard nearby where topical laws going to pilfer affect.Answers: Most are state specific; check the Secretary of state website.
Actually, check cashing is controlled by federal law.
It change a couple of years ago in an shot to eliminate the float profusely of people put into their check writing. If you look closely at your guard statement you'll find that some of your checks (especially to large corps) are processed electronically and they're competent to debit your check on the same afternoon or next business sunshine. That takes the float out of it, and eliminate some check kiting.
Its a state thing not a federal canon. Example, NC outlawed check advance business and closed them down.
If something is biodegradable, is it still considered littering if I throw it on the ground outside?
Take for example something like a soda bottle or cigarette bud (which I do not even smoke, so this is purely hypothetical) and I throw it on the street after finishing with it. These things are *not* biodegradable, so it is littering and therefore illegal. However, say I was eating a banana and threw the peel on the ground or perhaps threw some biodegradable paper on the ground. These things *are* biodegradable and will eventually dissolve, so does that still make it littering / illegal?
A totally random question, but one I find interesting nonetheless.
Answers: In PA they cited a woman for throwing lettuce out the window; effectivly a plant.
Littering is the act of throwing something into the environment instead of a properly designated trash container no matter the substance
i duno!! i always throw my apple cores an stuff that are biodegradable on the ground cuase it makes less room in the land fill, an it well jus rot away anyway. im not sure tho!! ♥
ps: oh, but well i duno about paper, cause that can last a long time, i mean jus stuff that wud probably look liek dirt in 48 hours!! coffee grinds or idk,
Yes, it is considered littering.
Why?
Because it does not biodegrade instantly, it should have been placed in a trash bin and you knew that before you tossed it on the ground, and biodegradable items will attract insects, rats, and other vermin to an area that would not otherwise support them.
just think if every one in the park thru a peel down what would it look like plus they do not just dissapear over nigfht ..go find a hobby you got to much time to think
Is it illegal to settle on an elevator in NY state?
