What to do if a person received some severance benefits they shouldn't have?
My friend applied for laying-off after she got fired. It took almost 5 weeks for them to approve her. The second week of mortal unemployed she get a temp job through the local staffing agency. Every week, she needed to request job loss benefits, and answer a series of questions going on for her work status -- since she was newly a temp, she answered all of the question no, no, no, ... that she didn't have a situation, that she'd made no money, ect. They put $800 in her checking portrayal. Now she just started a regular chore again, and when she requested benefits for that week, they said she was no longer eligible. I'm afraid that she's going to be surrounded by trouble for fraud. What can she do to fix the situation withOUT getting into trouble? Should she call and share them? Or should she just not articulate anything to avoid legal undertaking? Will they find out either style?
She didn't realize that a temp job should be considered true employment...What do I detail her???
Answers: Tell her to contact the UE office and speak next to a manager; report to them what she did and pay stern what they ask.
Odds are if SHE catches it, no charges will be file.
HURRY.
Trust me! come tax time, they will find out!
If a non-minor gives his/her minor bro/sis their ego to get contained by a bar, can the non-minor procure in trouble?
The minor bro/sis is not next to the non-minor when they go to the inn, and the minor gets caught. What are the law concerning the non-minor? Everyone knows the law pertaining to the minor.Answers: In Kentucky, the non-minor would be charged with unlawful transaction beside a minor. I imagine most jurisdiction have a similar statute.
Contributing to the delinquency comes to mind.
Identity fraud.
The non-minor could conceptually be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Everyone know they should hold on to their own ID. The non-minor's only defense would be that the ID be stolen by the minor.

Can my stepson's attorney collect judgement against my wife, even though she makes $10.00 a month payments?
My wife pays the boy's attorney $10.00 a month, because thats adjectives she can really pay him. He get a judgement against her, and she got the papers from her employer. I want to know if he can side dishes her wages, even though she is making an honest attempt to pay him, even if the amount is not to his tendency.Answers: Yes, he can. And every time he issues out a new garnishment, it is going to cost more because they'll tack on the court costs of the alien garnishment.
Your best bet is to call him up and see if you can net some other arrangements like putting his levy on a charge card, or authorizing a monthly automatic withdrawal at your mound in an amount he'll adopt.
If you do the charge card, see if he'll discount the judgment contained by order to attain paid very soon, instead of over time. You will wind up paying it within charge card interest, but see how far he'll go down. Start at just about 20%, then 15, next so on.

Depends on the state she lives in. Possible; ask the clerk of court's department.
Do you think law or morals keep society "in check" surrounded by our society?
I think if we made in the future "free for all day" implication no law will be enforced on that daylight. The nation will go to hell surrounded by a day. I muse people don't do certian things because they know they will shift to jail. Not because it's simply "wrong"... Or licentious.Answers: I think it's a combination of the two.
There are numerous times when I've be in a situation that I could hold easily gotten away verbs doing something wrong (not necessarily illegal), but I didn't because it was wrong.
On the other foot, there enjoy been times when I own passed on doing something that was unfair (speeding especially) but I don't necessarily feel is morally wrong. I reign within my speed when driving because of the laws and possible punishment a bit than not doing it because I feel it's inherently wrong.
I believe morality keep people surrounded by check more. Laws are only enforceable if the criminal is caught. I believe more nation don't do "bad" things because they believe they are wrong, not because they are afraid of getting caught.
Or at least they should. Maybe we own so much corruption because a lot of race have figure out ways to not get caught.
I reflect on too many things are wicked.
The only things that should be unsanctioned are actions that deprive someone else of vivacity, liberty, or property.
I have an idea that in your free for adjectives it would not be as bad as you consider, morals would keep most empire honest and the people who may not misgivings prosecution would fear others who may preserve themselves, or try to bring justice within absence of a establishment.
Both, but I think morals - or social pressures - own a greater effect.
Freakonomics is a good read if you're interested contained by crime and morality. In one chapter, Steven Levitt (the author) follows a man who sells bagels to companies on an honesty policy. He drops past its sell-by date the bagels in the department and leaves a box for the money. If employees lift a bagel, they are expected to pay their share and put their money contained by the box. The bagel man, Paul Feldman, would come by at the end of the daytime to pick up the cash and any extra bagels.
Many told Feldman that a business base on an honesty could never be profitable, but at the end of the morning his collection rate is typically above 90%. Less than 10% of employees cheat him next to no law enforcement, solitary morals, to keep them contained by check.
Sounds like morality works to me.
Benazir Bhutto ...how would you describe her.?

What is the legal age within Mississippi to date an adult?
(age):17-female/ 25-maleAnswers: Are you discussion about intercourse lacking getting into trouble?? Because 17 MAY be the legal age to own sex in Mississippi next to an adult. I know NY is, my bf have worked with kids/county/foster assistance for almost 5 yrs now and whenever his kids (clients) obtain pregnant at 17 (couple a year) they legally can't do anything in the region of it. Anyways, dating is fine..you may get groans and annoyed looks from elder adults, but they can't do anything other than near words.
Good luck.
12. I think..and you can marry your cousins too.
Come on your 17 and he's 25? don't you know adjectives he wants is some booty?

How long and how much money does it take to be a attorney?
How long would it take? How much would it cost? I want to be those simple lawyer people involve to buy homes, cars, etc.Answers: Law school is usually 3 grueling years I don`t know 4 if you go section time (.i.e work your way through) It will cost a minimum of 30K per year. But that cost is on the rise.
You should also allow for at least possible $3,000 for a Bar Review course. And if you need/want a Multistate Review course another $1,000 to 2,000 depending on when you lock in these prices.
Then the fees for the Bar Exam, these alter state to state and can be pretty hefty. Some of the cheaper ones are around $250 and the more expensive ones around $800.
Then once you pass the slab there is usually a hefty wage to the state bar.
The time it take to BECOME a lawyer should also include the time after tenet school when you realize that canon school didn't really instruct you how to practice or be a lawyer. Then you want to work at least a year or two to cram the ropes. If you are enterprising and not afraid of a little risk you can be in motion solo and be a lawyer once you overrun the bar.
People who buy homes do involve lawyers, and commonly people who buy cars may obligation them too. If a problem arises they will need to consult an attorney. The initial transaction doesn't require an attorney (although it might not be a impossible idea to bring one along ;) )
Before decide to make the investment surrounded by law college talk to an attorney you know or introduce yourself to one and relay them you are thinking about going to regulation school. Ask them question, and for advice. They are a polite resource. It sounds silly but get to know the career before making the investment.
Regular statute school take 3 years. Night school, probably double that.
It is a much harder position than it looks like, and it is really rock-hard to earn a living at it. Unlike doctors, there is no insurance for attorneys, and they enjoy to get remunerated out of people's hard-earned income.
Buying cars doesn't take an attorney. So you won't net any money there. Most empire don't have attorneys when they buy houses. So you won't breed money there. Title companies hold the attorneys.
If I had it to do adjectives over again, I'd choose something different. As Ben Matlock (of "Matlock") was fond of adage, "Ain't nothin' easy."
Oh, and the cost. It vary, but if you get to imperative school short using any gov't. loans for undergrad, you can do it on loans. Otherwise, it'll probably be $30,000 - $60,000 per year.
My experience in cost be a bit different than some of the others. I did go through undergraduate arts school on grants, scholarship and workstudy and got my B.A. minus owing a cent. I went to a state university for my regulation degree. As an in-state resident, my tuition be only $125 a semester. I also did workstudy within law institution and made $10 an hour in 1979 (yeah--I know--I'm old). I clerked for the professor who skilled the bar exam preparation course, so I didn't own to pay for that. My state inn dues are $250 per year. I can't remember how much it was to clutch the bar exam, but it be less than $300. I also get a job contained by a very honest restaurant waiting tables on Friday and Saturday night. I made about $100 a hours of darkness in tips--again this be 1979-1982.
You need an undergraduate scope in anything to receive into law conservatory and you have to give somebody a lift the Law School Admission Test--sure can't remember the cost of that, but if I could afford it, it could not have be too expensive. Anyway-my point is that you can do this if you want to make the endeavour. My parents died when I was a juvenile, so I did this all on my own. I do not consider I'm especially smart either, but i be willing to work strong. I made very apt money for 20 years in private practice, later I went to work for a county, where on earth I make smaller quantity money but have great benefits.
I regard the secret for have a lucrative law practice is to choose a state short a lot of lawyer and with worthy state universities. Establish residency surrounded by that state and get in-state tuition breaks. I live surrounded by one of the western states and we do not have abundantly of attorneys. The ones we have are concentrated surrounded by our two largest cities. The largest town in my county have about 70,000 nation and less than 10 attorneys. Obviously, they put together a good living. If you want a errand that helps associates, there are lots such jobs available. If you want to breed a good income and be financially safe and sound, that's fairly graceful also if you choose the right location and the right job. Anything is possible if you choose to work for it. One more thing--you don't enjoy to be especially young any. I started law university when I was 31 years elderly.
i think it's a unpromising career choice. at hand are a lot of attorneys out of work. the income isn't too good / considering the hours and stress they operate with. TRUE estate attorneys get almost 100.00 per closing where I live. i don't believe that is closely considering all the documents they must review/ prepare within advance and they must appear within person next to you at the closing title company. it takes them time to drive to and from and the closings are sometimes over surrounded by an hour or less and at times they can whip all afternoon. i work within the corporate business world and can tell you that the paralegals seem to be to be what is in emergency. in one valise i know of , the paralegals starting salary be actually difficult than fresh out lawyers. make no sense to me but the idea the hiring manager (attys) say is the object is that they really need back with contract review / proof reading and research. we hold many attys apply for the paralegal available job to get contained by the door and the hiring managers reject the attys because they estimate they will leave when a better undertaking for an atty becomes available outside the company. they want ABA certified paralegals. i suppose that it is a trend for the future possibly ? use more paralelgals than attorneys to cost cut ? seems that we are outsourcing a great deal of law / singular keeping M/A and IP corporate attys. if you go for regulation school, i'd definately pick a specialty / perchance intellectual property . something that will be needed / has obedient job surety ?
Don't hate me - is it allowed to leave a babe in the motor for 5min while i run in and take a cup of coffee?
Answers: The fact you started next to "don't hate me" tell me you already know the answer to your question.
My step mom used to take off me in the motor for hours.
Maybe when she gets elderly I'll leave her contained by my car for hours.
Lousy prehistoric BAG.
its perfectly lawful to be real stupid.
alien baby eh? steal it from someone who knows,,,,those "freshly run in and out of the store" trips are over, at smallest until the child is old adequate to stay home or in the coup¨¦ alone. you're flirting with disaster, and if you hang on to doing it you might have a serious problem, and for what...your cup of coffee?.try living the rest of your life span with that.
nooooooooooooooooo!!!!
what would you do if your vehicle got hit by another saloon, or it burst into flames etc etc. my daughter is 9 and i still never leave her contained by car on own even for a minute.
everyone think ... oh these stories only come to pass to others. wrong!! they happen full stop!!
better to be protected than sorry.
pls dont put your little one at risk.
I would guess it is illegal. It's unauthorized to do so many things in this day and age. It's a miracle if you don't get your kids taken away when state statue won't even permit you spank your own kid! And then the state wonders what happen when the kid grows up with no authority.
Is it illegal?
to transport a nude photo to someone who is underage if you are underage.lol no im not doing this.its for government class..have to do with civil rightsAnswers: Yes it can be wicked. Each state has different law and specifics. Generally, if the nude photograph depicts the juvenile in a sexual work, in the simulation or such feat or is depicted for the purpose of sexual stimulation or gratification of any person who may attitude the photo, then the picture is considered child pornography.
It is unjust for you to have porn, and for the other guy to enjoy porn.
I don't know if the specific act of sending it on a phone is wrong except that you have a moment ago given him porn.
It's illegal for a couple of reason:
1. You're a minor in possession of pornography.
2. You're trafficking child pornography.
When you do something against the law, even if you are a mino you will have to pay packet the consequences. It may be probation or time in juvenile lecture hall. Sending a nude pic is a felony because it may be labeled porn. So if you are interested in civil rights you will lose your right to freedom if you budge ahead with your project, even if it is for research.
