Answers: I didn't realize that juvenile crime be on the rise... If it indeed is, I'd attribute it to what other responders have - uninvolved parents.
Violent video games and box shows.
Parents who set no boundaries on their kids behavior, instead relying on Ridalin to be a substitute chemical parent.
Lack of parental discipline, the Govt telling kids that if mommy spanks them next mommy is an abuser, this takes adjectives respect for authority away from kids.
Next comes abortion, this tells kids that duration is meaningless and they could have died beforehand the tasted nouns.
finally we have evolution that tell kids life is a mistake, and they really shouldn't be here, but surrounded by the jungle swinging from the trees like great-gram-pa!!
within short a misguided society that wouldn't know the Truth if He introduced Himself!(no, that's not a type-o Truth is a person)
EDIT: The first three paragraphs are almost why video games aren't to blame, but I actually capture to the point in the fourth.
I'm sick of audible range video games getting blamed for the "increasing" amount of juvenile crimes. I play Grand Theft Auto, but I don't go around starting fight, punching random citizens in the facade, shooting them with AK's, or blowing them up near satchel charges. I go to arts school, play sports, and get straight A's. I hold never killed a actual person, nor will I ever put to death a real being.
But of course, relatives still think that these "murder simulators," as Jack Thompson like to call them, train us to murder people for no justification. Thompson even went as far to enunciate that these games allow us to kill inhabitants that we don't know, and have no motive to shoot them. Well, let's think roughly speaking that one . . . they are NOT even real citizens. They're polygons. And they will only ever be polygons. The system's CPU see them as numbers and letters of code. And we kill in cold blood them, and the numbers and letters disappear. I don't see how pressing "B" and "Y" three times trains me to assasinate anyone.
When video games are played by INTELLIGENT, MENTALLY STABLE society, they do not cause ferocity. However, if someone who has depression, or some other form of mental disorder plays video games, then yes, it may bring violence. I'm not man prejudice towards the mentally ill, I am purely saying that if someone does not entirely comprehend the difference between the virtual world and the indisputable world, they may do something in legitimate life that they saw contained by a video game. That doesn't suggest that video games are murder simulators that cause ethnic group to kill other those. GTA does not teach you how to nouns and fire a gun; it teaches you to run over guns floating contained by the air to pick up ammo, and you press a button to shoot.
NOW, what do I chew over causes this increase that you speak of? For one, doomed to failure parenting. When parents don't show their kids the difference between "right" and "wrong," the child is not going to learn unless someone else teach them. And, unless they are close to that person and look up to them, what are the probability that they are actually going to listen? Probably not especially good. So, one cause is bad parenting.
Another, I reflect, may be the way society is in this day and age. People are always adage, "Life's tough, get a helmet," or something of the sort. Why is enthusiasm tough? Well, I think it's because citizens are lazy. People yak about the "legitimate world" and how we need to swot to live in it, but isn't the "indisputable world" like that because we gross it that way? Once individuals get to the top and own money and power, I think at tiniest half of them become immersed in it. Then, they don't really keeping what happens to the society at the bottom. It's all more or less the money and the power, and not about others' well-being. Now, I'm not adage that people should be spoon-fed adjectives throughout their lives, but these days it seem as if few people supervision about others. The ones that do assistance don't have the money or the power to change things easily. You can right to be heard we can all receive a difference in the world, but it's really the relatives that have the money and the power that enjoy the ultimate say-so in things.
I deem that it's this "The real world isn't made of cotton" attitude (I manifestly just made that up, and it sucks...) that scare young population, especially the under-privileged ones. If they don't have money, and their mom and dad (if they enjoy either) don't have money, after they need to find a method to support themselves. Yeah, they could get a available job, but where? Not adjectives places hire people approaching "that," if you understand what I'm wise saying.
And, I must say that seriously of people are incredibly immature in this day and age.
So I would say the reason for the so-called increase in ferocious juvenile crimes are:
1. Bad parenting
2. The pressures of society and how it's structured
3. Immaturity (which could actually shift along with parenting)

I was a bank clerk all my life span and only made one mistake of giving over $5 put money on and the customer was cool more or less it. Never was short or over.NOW, I be at Costco the other day and an elder man gave a clerk a $100 bill for a $36 total purchase. Clerk give him back one and only $4 !!!. It was so shocking and observable. He noticed it and asked for his $60 spinal column which she gave him.

My Q is if a register is over $100s of dollars or more does the company save it if no one comes forward?
Answers: I'd articulate the company keeps it, if the banker doesn't find a way of taking it out of the register since anyone noticed anyway. It's a style of covering if another person's register turns out to be short.
It happens the other mode around too - con artist "clients" who tell the desk clerk that "no, I gave you a fifty" when they salaried only a twenty, and since the banker can't always prove the customer's wrong and customer is still king, the register can show to be short on money.
