If by POA you mean executor of estate; the will is a public text and the person qualify to be executor has to register as such. hi karl k, well even though u won the judgement something like having a lein on some property & u hold someone who is taking care of this for u it depends on when that soul decides to put up for sale his or her property so when they have it for mart & someone buys it & it goes thru afterwards u will be paid first when it really sell & they will register it at the registry of deeds & that's when your company will find out & then they will proceed surrounded by getting their commission & then your money beforehand anyone else. also if there are more than your lein on the property after it depends on who put thier lein on it first & then u obviously r on it too. so that's how it works. good luck cuz it could appropriate years before u see any money. also if they profile bankruptsy then u might be out of luck because of the reduction the way it is lately isn't vastly good so that could appear & then it would be up to the court system. bb, nobrethequeen

i do, but i aversion it when they kill innocent citizens. if the suspect pleads guilty, and they don't have some mental problem, after thats when you kill him/her. The courts have put people, near mental retardation, to the death sentence, and they possibly did not commit the crime. If the courts aren't sure if the suspect is guilty or not, confer them the life sentence minus parole. and i hate when the suspects are sentenced to departure, and they appeal all the time. i disgust it. they try over and over again, and most of them don't get anywhere.
