Hope that helps.

Help! MA roommate with no lease law - How can I evict him?

He never signed a lease because he didn't have a charge, so I am the only mark on the lease. He's been completely disrespectful (drank adjectives my alcohol and didn't replace, seems to own gone through my room and taken random things, seem to think everything is communal, doesn't clean) and I'm not comfortable next to him living in my home after almost two months. I other feel approaching I have to hide from view things so he doesn't find them. I have no problem giving him 30 days to find a unsullied place, I also need to find a unsullied roommate. I am also afraid of confrontation with him and know that it is vital to have things surrounded by writing, so I'd like to email him first. Is this ok? I'm a feminine and wonder about safekeeping too... he's been diagnosed as bipolar and is on medication but drinks a bit more than he should - he doesn't do much during the hours of daylight but surf the net and suspend out in bar. He was great roughly speaking taking care of my dog while I be on vacation for 2 weeks only just, but I came pay for and the place was disgusting
Answers: Put a stinky can of tuna lower than his bed and then give an account him to get the f out! if he doesnt give the name the cops!
ask him to leave. If that doesnt work, relate him then you are finding a unsullied place and he'd be on his own anyway.

Eat Funyuns.
You need to enjoy your head examined. How could you permit someone like this surrounded by to share your home? You give him a partly hour to pack his stuff up and leave.

You can phone up the cops to come and escort him out. Just use the non-emergency number and not 911.
Your name is the lone one on the lease, so you have the power to achieve him out. He is an invited guest at this point and not a tenant. You can e-mail, but you ought to carbon copy it to your landlord, later print it out, and give said roommate the print-out. Be watchful of your wording in the email, don't grant to having an oral agreement next to him about one able to stay in attendance for "x" amount of time, or he can use that against you in a court of statute.

However, if you are worried about his bipolar disease and your safekeeping, notify the police as soon as you feel as if you are surrounded by danger. Don't lift any chances!
Some states require you to pass him 30 days others 24 hours or no notice at adjectives.

Give him whatever lawfully required notice contained by writing and keep a copy for yourself.

If you are worried more or less your safety you can enjoy the police "escort" him out without make out.
Safety should be concern #1 in how you do this.

Tell the manager you'll pay to hold him change the locks. Do this at a time when he is away, and move his stuff outside the apt. Don't email him, basically have the redeploy of locks accomplished when he shows up.

For that sunshine, and a few days thereafter, have someone you trust, and someone he is afraid of, stay beside you. When he comes back to an apt beside new locks, be honest and forthright. He isn't paying, he's not on the lease, be using your stuff (stay away from "stealing" accusations, even tho it's the truth), doesn't hold up his cease of the housework.

You'll never get rid of him by giving him 30 days--he'll basically manipulate around that.

Can I use my GI Bill to pay for decree school?

Answers: Yes you can

Keep within mind that your GI Bill payments increase every year. It is worth more your while to extend your payments over a long period of time. Although you may be enrol full time in an undergrad program, you do not necessitate to take full benefits. You may transport half, 3/4, 1/4 or none at adjectives. All that is called for is that you be enrolled surrounded by an approved program towards a degree. Any ABA approved ruling school will do.

I took 1/2 or 3/4 payments over several years as an undergrad and be able to spread my GI Bill benefits over 5.5 years. I be enrolled full time the entire time. The bearing it works is that you will have 36 months of benefits. If you transport half month payments, they will subtract a half month from your total.
You'll own to check. I think it pays up to a convinced amount of money, but it is not limited to any clear in your mind level of schooling. It have been traditionally used for undergraduate, but I give attention to could be used for law academy.

On the backs of the photographs be notices of copyrights, the authors, and how to catch additional prints. He have tons of pictures taken at the White House and at various functions. The law say they are copyrighted. However if they were taken by a governing body employee it's possible they may be public domain.

You may find some information on this at the correlation below. If not you may find an email address to write to where you could go and get accurate information.

Here is a quote from that website referring to images surrounded by the Library of Congress.

Mail order pharmacy? What reputation does CVS/CAREMARK savour ?

I just get switched to this one by my insurance. I tried to call for information but get put on hold. They won't talk to me till 1st of year when adjustment takes effect ! Former Pharmacy can no longer service me. Am I getting screwed ?

CVS/Caremark is the largest contained by the world (it's mine too). Been with them (as Caremark) for years, and they are really suitable. Check out the website at www.caremark.com.

Get your doc to write you an interim scrip, and fill it locally--you'll call for to fill a month's worth. Then engineer the claim through your insurance yourself. Not as good as if your weak pharmacy filled it, but they own no motivation--they lost the contract.
Very Good firm. You wont be disappointed with them
