Is it illegal to smoke at a bus stop?

Answers: That depends on which country/state/county/city you happend to be contained by. Some cities have expelled all public smoking. Public smoking be once completely banned within all of Germany.
Possibly. But it is emphatically rude.

If you plead NOT guilty at your arraignment, is the date for your preliminary hearing set indistinguishable day?

Answers: It is supposed to be.
As a standard rule, yes.

What would you do if a employee of Kmart smacked and pushed your toddlers foot away?

I am thinking of maybe trying to sue them. They did see if on the camera when they looked fund on it, but then said "here wasn't any force". My baby girls mitt was red! She cried. What would you do? They said they would consult to her and make an incedent report around it. Do you think I own a law suit? Even if they speak there isn't any force, her appendage was red, it have to be force. I DON"T THINK IT IS APPROPIATE FOR HER TO TOUCH MY DAUGHTERS HAND ANYWAY! So what would you do?
Answers: 1. It isn't any ones place to discipline your child without your consent.
2. The girl had no right to touch your child.
3. I would own knocked the ***** out.
4. Talk to a advocate because you are obviously upset around it and if your child was doing anything improper you would have stopped her and didn't requirement anyone else to do it for you. Right?
I would have really hand that employees *** to her! No one have the right to touch your children.

I dont know the legality of how much you can receive for that, but it wouldnt hurt to talk to someone who know something about the imperative.
First question what be your daughter doing? You know if you sue them you will be dragged through the mud right? They will put on display your parenting and everything.

Why weren't you controlling your child? Why was she within the way of the worker? Was she within danger of getting hurt worse?

That have never happened to me and NEVER will I hold my daughters foot all the time while within a store like that.
Excuse me, but what be your daughter doing that cause the hand to go rotten on her?

Was she sticking her hand within an electrical socket? Was she pulling a bottle from the bottom of a six foot display?

Please elaborate.
I can't stand this sue everyone mentality. Control YOUR kid, try that. It is not Kmart's quirk. The world is not your kid's playground.
I do not know you but, I would venture a guess you purely want to make a buck past its sell-by date a big corporation. Your child is not damaged because of the slap on it's mitt. The maximum you should seek is an hand reprimand however, watching your kid would be wise contained by the future.
What the member of staff did was obviously wrong, but I would only pursue this if my daughter can be kept out of the investigation. If it be just a red foot and crying, she will forget the incident a month later but for sooner. But if you drag it out, she will realize she had be victimized, without concerned her own victimization. She will also sense your anger and know that it relates somehow to what she did at Kmart, or at least she be involved in something doomed to failure, without penetration that your anger is not toward her at all. And depending on how antediluvian she is, this may become part of her childhood memory.
Its your own reprimand for not tryin to stop the child yourself, I have to recount you how annoying it is to work behind a register and have children touch things, climb on things and break things because the parent doesnt say 'stop that' and you cant say aloud anything because then parents maltreat you for telling bad their child. She shouldnt of slapped her hand but I suppose she did have the right to narrate your child to stop it.
I don't know about suing her right away, but I would consult to the manager and try to attain her fired. Then maybe sue her. It a moment ago depends on how bad it be.

Who all folks gain the most by the death of Benazir Bhutto ???

Answers: The ancestors that want to prove that the civil war is however not over.
First of all Mr Geroge Bush...

Then Mr Nawaz Sharif..

Then other political party.. but common man have no affect about birth or disappearance of corrupt political leaders..
Although no fingers have be pointed at Pervez Musharraf as yet, a situation minus Benazir Bhutto would be fine for him. If she come to power through a popular mandate, she might have tried to unseat Musharraf from the post of President and sent him for trial for his misdeeds during his dictatorship. Thus the loss of Benazir is a thorn less to pocket care of for Musharraf. If another crazy terrorist took caution of Nawaz Sharif in similar trend, Musharraf will be able sleep contained by peace. Musharraf is most certainly a wily fellow and not a soul can say next to certainty that he didn't hold a hand contained by Benazir's killing.
The diverse fundamentalists grouped under the umbrella of Al-Qaida and Taliban combined would form their presence and influence felt through this anarchy. They own a point to prove in Benazir's disappearance, besides sending ominous signals to Musharraf and the military establishment in Pakistan.
Looks close to it is bloody times ahead for Pakistan.
What do they gain?
Civil war, destruction, more poverty than in the past, danger contained by the streets, fear and cramp... and of course adjectives democracy has be blown away with one single blush...
I admired closely this woman. It’s hard ample to be a woman in such a country as Pakistan is, where on earth women are regarded as second class citizens and exploited and mistreated morning after day... it’s even harder for these women who try to work to modification this extremist terror society and Benazir Bhutti know that she was surrounded by the point of view of these crazy Islamic terrorist... everybody know who is behind this murder.
And second but not least, presently I guess that Pakistan government will own to say worthy bye to a lot of international serve and the USA will watch this country even closer than earlier...
All these things will help lone the crazy Islamic terrorists, because nothing help them more to reach their target when the whole population is resembling crazy of fear, when the beast rule in the street and when at hand is no education, no medication, not enough food and dirty river... it’s much more easy to use innocent poor people for their targets… empire who have nought to loose, because it seems as their energy is worth nothing…
And only naive people really believe, that these terrorists do these things because of their strong believes surrounded by Allah – oh no, they do it in the first place to carry on the control and to reach the power and capture as much money out of the country as they can.
Who really things that these terrorists care roughly speaking these poor devils living in the slums contained by Pakistan… no everything is for power and money and of course crazy ideological extremist concept.
But when will people stop to can`t stand each other?
When will family realize that cruelty, hate and bloodshed each other are not the path?
I guess mankind will never stop to destroy respectively other; they will stop when there is zilch left to be destroyed and when almost everybody is inert.
Maybe then they will find out that culture can’t eat gold ingots and can’t drink oil and can’t breath gas… but after it will be too late for adjectives of us.

Islamabad, Dec 28 (IANS) Pakistan's slain former prime minister Benazir Bhutto wanted Pervez Musharraf, later a brigadier in the Pakistan Army, to serve as her military secretary but he decline the offer - and is obliged he did so, the president says.

Had he standard the offer he would own 'gone down with her and her government', Musharraf, who stepped down closer this month as the Pakistan Army chief before anyone sworn in as president for a second possession, says surrounded by his memoir 'In The Line Of Fire'.

The offer come when Musharraf was serving at the Pakistan Army General Headquarters as deputy military secretary, dealing near the career control of majors and lower ranks in the army, contained by the process becoming their 'godfather'.

'One day, out of the blue, a friend of Benazir Bhutto's husband Asif Zardari come to call on me. Benazir be prime minister at the time. The friend's name be Javed Pasha. I had never see him before,' Musharraf writes surrounded by the memoir published in 2006.

'Pasha suggested that I become Benazir's military secretary. I do not know whether this be Pasha's personal initiative or if it had the finance of the prime minister. I asked for time to think going on for it.

'The next daytime, I broached the subject with my boss, Major General Farrakh. He rejected Pasha's suggestion outright, motto, 'You are a professional soldier and should continue next to your professional work'. This was nonetheless another time my career be saved. Had I become her military secretary, I would own gone down with her and her affairs of state,' Musharraf writes.

Musharraf also makes clear his dislike for both Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif, another former prime minister, who be twice each within office between 1988 and 1999 and who be responsible for a 'nearly total lack of governance' surrounded by Pakistan.

'The four changes of prime minister involved two cycles of alternation between Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif. Never surrounded by the history of Pakistan had we see such a combination of the worst kind of governance - or a bit, a nearly total lack of governance - along near corruption and plunder of national wealth,' Musharraf writes.

During these 11 years, every army chief - and at hand were four of them - eventually clashed beside the prime minister.

'The head of the establishment invariably got on the wrong side of the president and the army chief. Advice to Nawaz Sharif or Benazir Bhutto fell on deaf ears, major every time to a confrontation,' Musharraf writes.

'This was the extent I have other called 'sham democracy',' he add.
Rajiv Gandhi of all.

Arre this be to happen one or the other light of day.

Today the most happiest must Rajiv Gandhi. (to meet his antiquated freind) hmmmmmmmmmmm

Can an electoral college be sued?

by an Iraqi?
Answers: I believe a lawsuit has be filed against a political f¨ºte but the electoral college itself cannot be sued. It operates below color of law and as such is immune to lawsuits.

Precedent exists for suing the state running that ratifies the see of electors. (Yes, to be exact exactly the correct term contained by this case.) The state must ratify the schedule of people it sends to the Electoral Convention. There is where on earth color of law open a small crack for the legal process to obtain involved.

Any citizen of the USA who is also a registered voter can sue the state's electoral certification board for malfeasance contained by office if they indecently certify a list of Electors. Suits enjoy been file to delay the convening of the Electoral College base on a challenge to the bias of a state's representative group. But the results of the Electoral College cannot be legally challenge up front. You would have to lay groundwork for tasteless representation.

If you are not a USA citizen and didn't vote, I believe that any judge would toss the suit contained by a heartbeat. Not for lack of merit but for absence of eligibility of the filer.

See, you can sue anyone anytime anywhere in the USA. But if you are not artificial by the outcome of the thing over which you are suing, your suit will be dismissed "for need of legal interest." Note that this is not a prejudicial judgement. Another gala who HAS legal interest could fuse or revive the suit and it could proceed.

It would be like a man suing a inventor of pantyhose for making a defective product. If he don't wear them, he can't sue. (Unless he has power of attorney for someone who DOES wear them.)
By an Iraqi for what? Electing Bush, This can never take place, Iraqi citizens have no trial rights in a US court.

What are you opinions on the possibility that the UK driving age, be raise to 18?

Do you think it is a upright idea?
Answers: yes
its a polite idea
jane
Yes I reckon it is a excellent idea and it should be raise there are too copious young idiots out nearby
x
I would like to see the introduction of the "R" plate [like N.I.] which restricts you to 45 mph for your first year of driving.
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Yes most noticeably.
I dont...but I think adjectives new drivers should av 2 wear latest driver plates 4 1 year
I think it should be raise even higher, perchance 25 most teenagers just deliberate they know it all now and dont care in the region of the risks of driving too fast.
This debate have been around for years and rightly so.
The is no shield for a 'blanket' of age restrictions but figures held prove that contained by their early years, the beneath 25's have more accident than anyone else.
That said, there are the better drivers beneath 18 too. The suggestion that younger driving licence holders should have some symbol on their cars for a term is already a feature contained by some countries, like Northern Ireland, I reckon, but this alone will not stop the 'mad Alec' from his showing off or 'proving his vehicle is faster than his mate's'.
Although good young at heart drivers will wince and complain when the age limit is set superior, time will tell if those who set the margins are correct. Be patient you beneath 18's. Better to arrive late than not at adjectives.
I think it is ridiculous i can already drive but i think that if inhabitants can leave university at 16 and get a post by all mechanism they should be allowed to drive to their job. I have a sneaking suspicion that they are only increasing the age restriction because of the amount of cars on the road they want to slim down it but this is not a good adequate reason to pick on the infantile. the common belief is that immature drivers are idiots which isn't true yes there are a few inane lads or in some cases girls but where on earth i live its the aged that cause adjectives the accidents the passing and the blind they drive everywhere and think they own the road twice own i seen them drive directly into another motor and then newly drive off contained by the past few months! On that details i don't think it should be changed i grain they are scape goating the young population.
I also don't belive in those plates design either i can see race crashing into someone with hasty driving and then blaming it on them because they are childish and yes they WILL and DO, do this because people return with all contained by a huff and loose their morals when it comes to money and no claims.
I think its suitable, though I would be happy to angle it even higher to 20.

I worked surrounded by insurance for a long time, and the amount of accidents cause by teenagers not paying attention, conversation on mobiles, putting on make up, turning round to have a word to friends, thinking they can control the car at giant speed, boy-racing etc was extraordinary.

I used to agreement with the written bad cars and i became sadly used to talking to bereaved inhabitants who had lost any their teenager or relatives members of associates killed by teenagers.

They simply dont comprehend how risky cars can be and they just arent developed enough to buy and sell with them, Im not saw all teens are similar to this, but their lack of nervousness causes them to estimate they are invinvible.

I think they should hold at least 2 years driving on 'L' plates accompany, it would broaden their experience.

For example, its easy to start programme and take the try-out in a event of months. They need to be study in adjectives sorts of weather conditions, be able to control a motor when it skids on ice etc, and the few months they are erudition is just not plenty. They dont get any motorway training, snow, rime or severe fog training, its pretty poor really.

Its not entirely their fault, im not aphorism all teens are nutty drivers, but they have not have the experience while learning that they should own.

i think they should know how to obtain their provisional at 17 or 18 and bring 2 years learning until that time they take their tryout.

On the flip side, old populace are a nightmare too. Ive seen lots of accident caused by them driving on the wrong side of the road (even the motorway!) and they purely dont have the express reactions they used to. I contemplate older society should retake the test periodically as capably.
It could be a good belief but raising age restrictions in days gone by has not be effective. In the US the drinking age be increased to 21 but the amount of people did not grow less and no real effect but the is driving it could work.

Maybe they call for to introduce not a ban but a code of conduct, which allows individuals to drive and teenagers need to be literary of the dangers of the road.

Or citizens from now on should be individual able to drive cars if they catch 5 passes (A*-C) within their gcses if people know that not passing exams stopped them from driving it may enjoy a big impact or it might not work and their could be more illegal drivers.

We should see what effect raise the age to 18 will have and thenif requests changing it should. Making law is just approaching a scientific experiment so we can revolutionize it the second time round
Yes it is a good perception, 21 would be better but it wont happen because the voting age is 18 and political party wont risk losing the votes of potential licence holders

Should I buy a gun to protect my family if mandatory?

I have a 70 acre fruit farm in a small town. (not sure of population, graduate class has 50-80 kids) Not really profoundly of violent crime, but I am worried rather that if it were to ensue, I don't have anything more than a hockey stick or golf club to protect my wife and I. I be thinking of getting a 20 gauge shotgun or something small resembling that. What to you think?

Please spare me the "Guns are evil" answers. Thanks.
Answers: The weapon of choice for home protection is a 12 indicator pump shotgun. In the event your home was invaded most commonsensical lawbreakers will run as speedily as they can when they hear the unmistakable sound of a 12 determine pump being cocked and locked. In the event of some drugged crazy-do not play rambo--that is what insurance is for--stay surrounded by your bedroom with your wife and children. If the drugged crazy attempts to enter the room fire as he enter the doorway. AT 10 feet the 12 evaluate has a 4 foot spread and the crazy have no where to shift when he is in the doorway. However, do not buy a weapon for home defense unless you are predisposed to take another human existence in defense of your own flesh and blood and home.
I would suggest signing up at the gun range and practicing beside several guns to see if they are right for you, before buying one.
Also if you do attain the gun, make sure to hold it safely locked away from the children, on the other hand accessible to you if needed.
If you do decide to gain one then construct sure you (and preferably your wife too) take gun sanctuary course. And keep it away from children, a gun past the worst may be expensive but it is worth it in safekeeping.
It depends. if u keep it contained by a very protected place away from any kid, and I mean any kid. Take it out just when you are in gaping SH**, if it's more than one person for example. And please don't threaten anyone beside it. and above all, if you are suicidal don't even construe of it.
It is your right to own a gun. I would recommend that you take a course on how to use it. If you be to be a victim, you involve to ask yourself if you are prepared to do what you will have to do once you brandish the gun. If the answer is I am not sure or no, don't purchase it. You will also want to place the gun in a protected location so that kids can't play with it. I would recommend a trigger lock near a key. You will also have need of to keep the push button close by if the worst were to appear.
It's pretty much your call to receive. With owning a firearm comes certain responsibilities and obligation that you'll need to be aware of. Check out the gun law in your community and best of luck to you. Now if it be me yes I'd have a gun or two available, a 20 guage shotgun is not a doomed to failure place to start.
If you want to own a rifle or pistol then it is your second amendment right to do so. My husband and I own several and we resembling to shoot on occasion. Just be sure to edify your family going on for the dangers of handling a potentially loaded weapon. Hunters Education classes are upright for kids because they teach them how to properly manipulate a gun and how to avoid accidents. The best rearing is to simply take the nearest and dearest out and shoot with them. Curve their curiosity and brand sure they know that daddy's gun/guns are off borders and handling such things could end beside someone getting hurt or killed. Accidents arise and they should be taught that. A gun is an inanimate purpose that cant do any harm unless loaded and handle.

You could get a dog but the dog can be shot or poisoned. The likelihood of something happening are small but it pays to be prepared.
Buy a Big Dog!!!

There have multiple benefit in this.

1st. Criminals roughly avoid homes with substantial Dogs, due to the hassle they can create.

2nd. If someone would be dumb enough to come on to your property and attach you, the likelihood are that a dog will either stop them and/or slow them down plenty for you to call the police and win you and your family to a nontoxic place and wait for comfort to arrive.
This allows you to protect your family minus having to bring a potentially hazardous weapon into your home, that you may not be trained to use.

3rd. You and wife get to make the addition of a great pet to your family
Get a couple. A 12 compute pump action would be better. Sometimes only cycling the pump is enough to upset away intruders. Learn to properly use them, and practice until you can load and fire short looking at the weapon.
Do not use any shotshell that has larger than birdshot contained by it for inside the home defense. Bigger pellets can move about through adjacent walls.
You can also carry a large caliber handgun and use shotshells inside the house.
Make sure the kids cant go and get to them! Use trigger locks at the least. A gun past the worst is a great investment for kids safety.
Yes !!!
You should. We adjectives should... if your a law abiding citizen, own a weapon !!!
If you own 70 acres, and you don't... Something is wrong next to ya falla !! No offense.. Buy your wife a .45cal. automatic hand gun,and embezzle her out on those 70 acres somewhere, and teach her to shoot.. Let her grasp comfortable using it,and alway's remind her, that if she ever has to use it...
SHOOT TWICE !!!! Save a life span !! Crazy people R everywhere
Buy a big dog and motion detector system.

You might "feel" safer next to a gun, but in realness police statistics show that they are a feeble form of actual protection and reliance on them a bit than other modes of protection can be fatal.

So yeah, if a gun make you feel obedient, a shotgun would be fine (NO HANDGUNS) but I don't think it make you any safer than a dog or simple security system.

And don't listen to the idiots here who focus everyone wants to "pilfer their guns away". That has NEVER be suggested by any rational personality. Don't get gun-crazy approaching that damn fool in Texas and don't take out another human being for trying to steal your bicycle.
It's your right to own a gun, and if you muse it will help next by all money buy one (or more). Personally, I would recommend a shot gun. The last item some fool breaking into your house is the sounded of a shotgun being cocked.

Mossberg make a pretty sweet tactical shotgun, many directive enforcement agencies use them, but checkout their website and find something that fits your needs.
A big dog can do more than you suppose. Most criminals HATE dogs.

I don't know anyone in a rural nouns that *doesn't* have a gun.

That's one of the reason why the crime rates in these areas is so low, everybody's packing boil! ;^)
You need to answer some question.

Is your personality such that you will lone shoot someone in self defense and not shadows within the dark, someone that pissed you past its sell-by date, or some petty thief?

Are you likely to kill someone surrounded by self defense?

If you don't have experience/training within firearm safety and use, are you feeling like to get training? Without it you would be a peril to yourself and family.

When kids come along will you find a passageway to keep it carefully locked away but have rapid access?

If you answered no to any of these questions, afterwards please don't buy a gun!

A 12 ga short (legal) barrel shotgun would be my choice. The opinion of a "small" gun for self defense is not a good concept. The big hole on the business end make it less credible that you will have to use it.

Also the theory of shooting to wound is seriously flawed. If you are justified within shooting, you need to stop that individual right presently! Even well trained individuals hold trouble hitting targets when someone is attacking them.
No

Can I still file police report 5 years next?

Answers: Sure if you hold proof. . .

I know it vary by location
Answers: If it's a matter of ignore overdue fines, most libraries simply suspend your borrowing priviliges. It it's a matter of missing materials, especially materials of considerable worth, some libraries will eventually turn the business over the your state's District Attorney for criminal prosecution as theft.

Call your library. If you've lost a book, most libraries are predisposed to suspend the overdue fines if you will just compensate for replacing the book. You also get your library priviliges put money on.

When Does REASONABLE SUSPICION Turn Into PROBABLE CAUSE?

A couple of weeks ago my sister and I were on our mode back into town. It be dark as we passed a cop on the highway. All of a sudden we get flashed almost up on the bridge. My sister pulled over right before the bridge, and a few minutes then the cop came over to my side and asked if we know why we were man stopped. He said that the brake light be out and the licence plate wasn't visible because something be burnt. He asked to see my sister's driver's license and registration. My sister pulled it out, clich¨¦ that we were contained by a rental. He asked questions ... where on earth we were from, what we be doing so far from home, etc. I told him that we were into final exams at the University, and that we be on our way put a bet on home. He told my sister that he wasn't giving her a citation, but that we needed to be aware of the problems, and also that the left lane be a passing lane solitary (whatever that means) ... does that mean that no vehicle whatsoever should be in the moved out lane?
Answers: Burned out brake/license plate lights are NOT probable cause to prove correct a vehicle search. Had your sister refuse consent to the search, the police could not own obtained a warrant base on what you told us. They might have held you while the wait for a dog to come and do a walk-around, but that's all.

They could, obviously, have ticketed you for the flimsy violations. (The vehicle rental companies usually reimburse a driver for these)

It is ALWAYS a bad opinion to consent to a search of a rental saloon. I once returned a car within Houston, and had a worthy look around it to make sure I hadn't dropped anything - and I found a box of .38 shells lower than the passenger seat.

Richard
Refusing to submit to a dig out is not probable cause for a survey. If you refuse, they will examine you a little further to see if trip up on something and afterwards let you stir. Speeding, broken lights, etc. are not probable cause, any.

Police profile potential drug users on bases bar race. College students are prime target, as are construction workers, people traveling belatedly at night, population who don't look at the cop as they pass by, adjectives kinds of reason. You fell into a profiled category of potential possessors of drugs when you admitted to one a college student.

Oh, ya, I forgot to mention, NEVER, EVER, EVER consent to a search of any vehicle. If they want to look, agree to them get a warrant.
The reason you were stopped are valid violation. You should notify the rental company of these issues so you aren't charged for those damages when you return the vehicle.

Additionally, many interstate highway are used to transport narcotics. Many drug runners use rental cars for a number of reason. They pulled you out of the car individually to cehck your stories. If everything you vote is true, your story should match your sisters. Many times two drug runners own different stories, which reinforeces the suspicion that something illegal is a foot. Again, I'm not accusing you, a short time ago trying to explain.

If you said, no to a search of the vehicle, consequently more than likely you would own been free to run. Without probable cause they would enjoy no reason to poke about the vehicle. However, you and your sister waived that right.

The intention backup arrived so quickly is because he probably radioed for assistance prior to iniating the stop. It sucks that that happen to you. However until your in your in arrears 20's or 30's this will more than likely come about again, it's one of the few drawback of being immature.
Reasonable suspicion is all to be exact needed to stop someone, but it will never turn into probable cause. There must be probable bring to arrest without a warrant, which the US Supreme Court have defined as "Articulated facts, within the officer's skill, that would lead a satisfactory person to believe that a crime have been committed and that the party in cross-question had of late committed a crime."

Once a police officer makes a bona fide stop for a traffic offense he can generate an additional arrest for any other offense unexpectedly discovered.
