i've found out recently, most xrays are expendable at all, if your teeth and gums are largely healthy nearby is no need.

Talk to your insurance company. It is your responsibility to know what your insureance covers and what it does not cover BEFORE you go contained by. If a proceedure was done that your insurance does not cover later yes, you are responsible. Ignorance of a fact does not negate the certainty.

In the case of the MNCs, they own a responsibility towards human rights similar to their responsibilities/obligations towards the environment, ethical business practices, etc. The minimum they should do is as required by local law, the maximum is the world-wide policy of the corporation to the specific issue. It in reality makes nouns commercial sense, because respected companies attract devoted employees and loyal customers.
