Does my brother have a legal lawsuit? (Discrimination)?
My brother flew in for the holidays to Denver from Utah. During Christmas he get a M16 Airsoft BB gun and wanted to lift it back home beside him. I looked at the TSA sight and give him the number to the Security Violations and Concerns branch. They told him it would be no problem, just notify the checker that he have this item.We got to the airport and checked within his baggage, going away the BB gun in its resourceful cardboard box with the label still on and everything. The baggage checker have him sign something and checked the bag. I stayed near him during this time just to clear sure there would be no problems checking the gun surrounded by case I needed to ship it to him but from what of late happened I assumed within were no problems at adjectives and left.
30 mins next, my brother called me and told me they have pulled him aside and told him that they pulled the BB gun off and he could not bring it on the flight. Kicker: My brother is 1/2 filipino and has be pulled aside for extra screening each flight.

my friends mom told me that a judge ordered a no contact proclaim for me and him, but wouldnt i have be notified i guess she is just trying to keep hold of me from writing him while he is in detention becaue shes crazy and she hate me. However, if your friend is a minor, after his mother has the legally recognized right on her own authority to order you not to hold contact with him. She can also describe the detention center not to give him any of your correspondence, or allow him any calls from you.

In most states, you hold to be personally served beside the order, her relating you that doesn't prove anything, ask to see a copy of the order (and I'm not sure how she have standing to do it, or why she would do it in a mode that would allow you to talk to her if she DID do it.). One mode to know for sure is to go to the county courthouse clerk's bureau and find out if such an order exists. The clerk's department can help you numeral that out. But chances are she's full of it since you haven't be served with anything, unless you are complex to find.
