Can I patent/Copyright a service idea, fairly than a product?

Hi,

Answers: Jackie, I tried to answer you but you set your account up NOT to receive emails. To verbs this thread, by writing a check on a closed acount a person is definetely commiting a crime. The amount of the check determines whether it is a misdemeanor or a felony. A $100 check by itself is a misdemeanor, but if this personality has started a track text and has several of these, it is presently a felony. Go to your city prosecutor and give adjectives the information you have. If they determine it is in a minute a felony due to past occurances, they will deflect you to the county prosecutor and submit this to a grand jury for a felony warrent. At that point, it is only just a matter of time until that personality does something and is stopped ( a simple traffic stop, as an example). The outstanding warrent will be sitting in the computer waiting and personality will be arrested. I hope this helps you and definetely folder the charge.

Cannabis Warning and VWP (visa waiver). Can I still use it??

I got a cannabis requirement on the street a couple of weeks ago. Wasn't given any papers or had anything sent through the post. The copper said no criminal text if I was feeling like to sign a paper truism I was contained by possession of it. No convictions or arrest and I have a verbs record apart from that. Can I still use a visa waiver to enter the states.

i cant remember the exact wording, but the visa waiver asks if you have a criminal journal or have ever be arrested. I dont know if it mentions anything about warning or not. I think that if you lie back on it and are caught, you have no adjectives of getting in, but if you detail the truth, you will be asked to explain at the other end, and they may still disallow entry.

Answers: I'm not sure on the exact canon, and I think you could probably carry away with it, but you might be on shaky lawful ground in some places. You might be capable of sell beer bongs to patrons, consequently sell them beer surrounded by bottles and let them plague the bongs up, but I don't think you could serve them beer directly into beer bongs.

Answers: The easiest way to find out is to buy a plane ticket and try to board a plane, if you do it beside no problems, then apparently you aren't on the no fly list. What database and rap sheet are you discussion about? If in that is incorrect info it should be possible to fix it. It is your own problem if you don't want to pay an attorney to do it, but the apology it costs "too much" is because it requires work on their part. You are paying them to do something they know how to do and are unlikely to crinkle, whereas you could easily mess up because it's not something you regularly do. If you thought so much about your "false" rap sheet you should be taking steps to clear it up. What's worse? Spending money to clear your christen? Or being treated approaching a criminal (which you CLAIM you aren't)

You try and get on a plane. If you're on the no-fly index, you won't get aboard.

Also, where on earth are you planning to fly TO? VERY few countries will allow a convicted felon in.
