Can I sue someone for cyber bullying?
I am being cyberbullied adjectives the time on myspace. I have never responded to any of my hatemail, I own only blocked them and prevented anyone who is not my friend to contact me. However, these boys at conservatory have stolen my pictures and made a phoney profile of me posting humiliating comments and messages. I have very soon deleted my myspace page, but I am horrendously humiliated by the fake profiles they own made about me. I am also mortal bullied at school by impossible to tell apart boys. They have put me through so much trauma that I tried to commit suicide and I be placed into a sychiatric hospital for two weeks. As soon as I came rear to school the bullying be right back where on earth it started and the teachers did without doubt nothing around it. I had become drastically angry one day and I cursed them adjectives out. They got no consequences for bullying me and I be given a ticket and I was suspended for two weeks. You can't sue the college , because they have nought to do with a Myspace page.
You own to talk to an attorney and not a bunch of strangers .
You might check beside a lawyer because I haven't gone through the work of suing, but I assume there's a process if you know what to do. The institution would probably be easy to sue because you know the entity (the school) so it's uncomplicated to give an address and identify the university as the defendant.
But what should you really do? Maybe think more in the order of how to solve the actual problems. If you tried to commit suicide, doesn't that mean you behave like they did and within hurting someone (yourself) without proof? That's something NOT to do. And what did you tell the university? Everything that you told us? Even that's not enough because you call for to identify people near names and enunciate what exactly they did.
So what to do: (1) Start treating yourself well. Realize you cannot solve every problem every time because others are involved and simply work out your own actions the best you can. Work on finding a road not to get disturbed more than help you file reports or respond appropriately. (2) Inform the college (perhaps in writing) in the region of who did what and what you think should be done just about it. Make it formal, no bad talking and no personal insults, just what happen and what you think would serve for them to do and perhaps why. (3) Consider working out going to another university because of the circumstances.
There aren't always flowing answers but work on yourself. They will have to live beside what they do. You will have to live near what you do.

Answers: I live in Cal. and yes you could be in motion to jail, but it is better to own the person working so he/she can wages. You can also have property seized, duty refunds taken, and wages garnish, and lose your drivers license.

If the U.S. Constitution calls for separation of church and state...?
why is in that no separation of church and state? (This can include other nations that also enjoy laws separating church & state.)Time and again, I hear/read ministers read aloud basically that freedom of religion is a caring of "loophole" to separation of church & state. But from a religious aspect it all seem hypocritical.
Religious leaders (especially of evangelical Christians) are supposed to support the kingdom of God, but however they continually support/influence/cater to human "kingdoms." There seem to be a conflict here, especially since Jesus rejected kingship over Israel (political office).
Again: Why is there no REAL separation of church and state? Who is to blame, and should (or can) this separation be enforced?

In today’s America, and shortly after it was written, rich powerful men begin rewriting it to fit their own personal agendas; therefore, the separation of church and state is irrelevant. Once the range of the situation is looked at, these zealots are bringing in like mad of money. Toss in a bunch of liberals, and we hold 85% of America being sold out within favor of the top 5%. The remaining 10% are locked in detention centre; therefore, their assessment doesn’t count. We have to maintain so many those locked up because if we let them vote, things might alteration ever so slightly…

There can not be separation of church and state for any church i.e. a registered non profit organization. When a church minister asks the command for a license to preach he/she enters a contract near the government allowing the elected representatives to the regulate what they can preach about. If they preach on topics that the rule disapproves of then they loose their license. Also the church itself have a contract with the governing body and the IRS if it is a nonprofit organization. Think almost this, where within the Bible does it say that the population received a discount on the taxes that they paid if they salaried tithes to the church? Also something that I learned surrounded by the Army, according to military "flag laws" that govern all flags of every country contained by the world. There is only one place that a flag next to a gold fringe can be flown and that is to say in a place or country that have been conquered within war. So ponder about it, surrounded by the United States where do you see a flag beside a gold fringe? It is not basically a pretty decoration. Standard work hours per day per hand in MD state?
Elsewhere contained by other countries, we work for 8 hours per day and max 40 hours per week.I be reading some ads and found that some shops (automotive service) contained by U.S open from 6am till 7pm. Answers: uh...every commission and employer have different requirements. "Standard" contained by the US is 8/40; but what about Firefighters, policeman, ER nurses?
Standard is that you capture compensated over 40 hours at a standard formula of 1 1/2 or comp time; beyond that, it's up to your contract or agreement with your boss.
Just had hum monitoring equipment removed from my house?
I have be having jingle problems with my subsequent door neighbour for over a year. At weekends, her kids go to stay next to their dad and she had her mate over and from anytime between 10pm and 2am she starts to play her music very loudly. I own finally had the hum monitor in my house for the second week. She had to be warn that it would be fitted but not advised when it would be. She have also recently started to work as a watchfulness assistance on every other Saturday and Sundays (in the daytime) so last weekend be quiet as she have to be up for work the next morning TYPICAL. I am sure that it will start this weekend when I do not own the monitors anymore. I asked the council if we could purchase our own so we had them 24/7 as we can just have theirs 3 weeks out of 3 months, to see if we can dictation ourselves, and was told that this would be unconstitutional as it would be invading her privacy and could be prosecuted if she took us to court? How can this be if we record crack in our own property?Answers: Firstly I cannot believe that it is immoral to record swish in your own home, and the counsel must be wrong. If the council can do it then so must you as you do enjoy human rights.
You can purchase a noise soundtrack meter and these are just over lb100 from Maplin Electronic who appear to have a shop within most towns.
At this price these do not make a written register, but just point at the source of the commotion and the meter on the machine will register the noise even. Perhaps taking a photo of the meter reading will give you a dictation.

Try looking them up, or call the police. I believe they could do something, although you will probably be asked to keep hold of a log, and it helps if others are disturbed and are ready to back you up.
I have this same problem some years ago with some neighbours. I contacted the council and they told me to maintain records of adjectives times, blah blah, blah. I did as they had told me, but I be still not getting any peace and quiet. So everytime the commotion started I contacted the police and told them I could hear a domestic going on next door.
