Does the U.S. post office deliver post to a to different mailboxes in a 2 kith and kin house?
I live in a townhouse where on earth there are 2 units- a separate upper and lower section. The mailman will only deliver to the upper chunk of the house even though my mail is address to my (separate) address. My mailbox is about 5 foot away and the upper neighbor has a letters slot in their door and so my letters always get delivered to them. The not-so-nice mailman told me that the canon says he solely has to deliver to one location per building. Is this true? Has anyone have this happen to them? I plan on going to the post organization and/or calling but I want to know if there is any truth to what he is wise saying.Answers: He may be lazy or he may be correct.
It depends if the townhouse is registered as a townhouse next to two different addresses at city passageway. Just because someone slaps a number on a mailbox doesn't make it a permissible address.
Just go, not beckon, to the post office ask to speak to a supervisor and you'll go and get it worked out.

If you hold a separate address he's actually breaking the tenet by delivering your messages to your neighbor.
Don't bother going to the Post Office - even the supervisors there are of late more knuckle-dragging "jobsworths".
Contact the US Postal Police. They exist to enforce the postal laws, and will achieve something done about this.

There are greatly of houses with 2 family living in them that respectively has their own mailbox(either a doorslot or a box on the house by respectively door) and the mailman has to deliever to both boxes.
Try contacting the Postmaster General. On the USPS.com website within should be a number to call for aid or something there. Your local bureau will probably just side near the mailman. When you contact the main bureau, have adjectives your information handy so you can explain everything as clearly as possible.
I used to be a Mail Carrier. I routinely delivered letters to different apartments, to different boxes for a duplex, and to different units inside the same house. For example, they might be call 120 Smith Road and 120 1/2 Smith Road, or 120A Smith Road and 120B Smith Road, or 120 Smith Road and 120A Smith Road, or 120 Smith Road #1 and 120 Smith Road #2.
I suggest you go to the Post Office and ask to speak to the Supervisor of Carriers. This will be your mailman's boss. Perhaps you can find the situation resolved this way, especially if you are polite more or less it.

you should try speaking to a counsellor...im not saying you are mental, lately that they may be able to sustain you with your speech problem so that you can build up your confidence and meet these people
if duplicate people hang on to tracking you down, you could try getting a restraining order or something similar to that? im pretty sure that is against the canon. its harrassment if nothing else.
im sorry i cant be more assist. if you do go to counselling tho, you may get together some true friends to help you through this, folks who have similar issues.

I'm 18 years old so do I find my social security checks or my mother?
-My father passed away 4 years ago and we've be receiving survivors benefit checks-She's be handling them and I had no clue roughly them until I turned 18 a little over a month ago when I found them...
-One have her AND my name on it..the other one have JUST my name on it so I open it and it said "You will get blank amount of money every two weeks blah blah blah"
-I asked her just about it and she took it from me and said its to pay the bills afterwards got irritated when I asked her if it be my money and threatened to kick me out.

The money is to pocket care of you. So unless you can prove that she didn't house you, nurture you, chauffeur you around, provide you with electricity, buy you clothes, and other things that parents do you really don't own an issue.
By the way, if you are underage and one of your parents is antediluvian enough to carry SS then they will attain a check for you too.
She's using it to put a roof over your head and nurture & clothe you. If you think that that check can shelter, nurture, clothe you all by itself, later by all technique take the check and move out into the cold cruel world.
But the wiser route is to tolerate your mother use it for household expenses that also benefit you.
Yea, as others said she is using it to pay the bills. Of course she is irritated. She have probably been thinking give or take a few what she is going to do after your benefits run out. Those checks have be a constant reminder that she lost her husband and had to bump up you alone. She might not show it but it is there.
6 months of checks is not worth then issues. She could kick you out or not be so gently later when you involve something. But above all it will inflict a rift of some sort that will last for a exceedingly long time... maybe other.
Can i still be liable for restitution even after i returned all the items stolen?
I stole $1.257.86 worth of items from Kmart while i be employed there. When i be caught, my LP told me whatever items i returned, would be taken rotten the the cost of restitution. you returned used items and adjectives you have is a shelter persons word on how this would be handle. you probably are going to have to settle up full amount back. you requirement to contact who ever sent you the bill and deal next to them, explain your situation and what you were told by the LP. hopefully they will work near you and i hope you learned a lesson. this could hold cost you a lot more next the $1457.86, that much theft you could enjoy done some time in sentence to prison.
Only items returned in as brand new and resaleable condition would be credited.
