Its give or take a few my sister who's bf is in prison. She keep calling her daughter by his last mark. Isnt the baby supposed to own the last label of the mother, seeing that they arent married?Answers: The baby get the last entitle that the mother chooses to put on the birth certificate. If she requests to give the toddler the biological fathers end name -that is her choice. If she requests to give the toddler her (mom's) last describe - again - her choice.
Personally - if I had a child out of marriage -I'd give the kid my last identify. I'd want the baby to identify beside my family and me (since I'm the primary prudence giver) -it also will help beside less confusion at college etc b/c mom and baby own the same final name.

I would say aloud no. At birth, a woman can give a toddler any name contained by some states. I believe in my state, Minnesota, both parents name can be listed on the birth permit and the baby can hold a third/different last describe.

Mandatory overtime is legal contained by Texas.
You won't find a *law* that says that, though. (The association below, though, is to a labor law website that discusses it)
The object is that it falls under something call the "principle of legality". That's the basic legally recognized principle that EVERYTHING is legal, UNLESS a directive says it isn't.
There is no imperative in Texas that say an employer can't require mandatory overtime for factory workers, so it's not illegal for them to do it. (There is a decree that says a *retail* worker must seize one day stale a week, but for some strange Texan reason it is ONLY for retail workers)

I want to support my beliefs roughly speaking abortion, gay marriage, but honestly...I'm worried if I started protesting or petitioning...someone who didn't support me would burn down my house or attack my child. At one point I owned and run a public site that got over a million company in one solicit votes along (Gore vs Bush in 2000); and never have a problem until about 18 months ago. Gas cans and bk and soda?
Is it risky to put something other than gas into a gas can? because i be at BK trying to have it my passageway and they wouldnt let me teem it up. i offered 2 pay as much $$ as it's costs 2 plague but they wouldnt let me and some1 at the back me said it was aginst the regulation wich made the situation worse and i didnt get it chock-full so i just put some into a cup and afterwards filled my can :)Answers: No, it's not bent, but I doubt you'll find a store willin g to do it.
They'd be worried that, among other things, maybe within was a moment or two gas left contained by the can, you drink the soda, get sick, and sue them.
