The pound come and took my dog whom at the time was IN MY YARD he pulled him out next to a pole and thing wrapped around his d¨Ścolletage through the bottom of our fence. I call the pound and now he claims he be out loose during this if he was loose it wasn't when I come outside he was within my yard. We enjoy a four year old that plays next to him constantly he's never hurt her yet they claim he's aggressive and trying to bite folks my husband said the other day though when he come out they were hitting him next to brooms at the laundry mat he is a shy dog I believe he got alarmed he's never even growled or harm my line so I'm confuse presently they say we will be fined and I be told if I got here 5 min earlier that He would not hold been taken away they put him surrounded by quaritine I've called trial aid but so far no calls spinal column

One can interpret the wording to scrounging punishments that are cruel as well as unusual. Not that the punishment have to be both.

The truancy alone, would probably just acquire you under house arrest, but tally the possesion (of an illegal substance of any munificent and being a minor) will probably park you some sort of jail time.
