Answers: food would probably be cheaper
Or we could share some of our food.

We are only getting podgy anyway.
No. There are better solutions than that.

Dana
Oh yh and start a massive culling, great idea!!!

i no it's complicated to convey sarcasm over the internet, but heres a heads up, tht finishing statement, was full of it...

how nearly food or life in your favour medicine for free, immediately tht sure does sound better!
It costs like mad lot more to manufacture pills than it does to provide food rations.
Maybe the most constructive article to do would be to acknowledge why there is so much famine surrounded by concentrated areas.
When you look at the rulers of some of these nations, the country is not poor it's far from poor. It's purely the greed and ferocity of the rulers that causes the poverty and hunger.
Look at mugabe and his henchmen contained by their fine suits and shoes, pot bellies, lavish air conditioned apartments and posy cars etc.
The same contained by Ethiopia and Sudan as well as heaps other nations.
Don't suggest for one minute that it can't happen here, zilch is impossible.
If that did happen, would you queue up for one of those pills ?????
OMG, to be exact vile...even if you are trying to joke, it is surrounded by very poor piece.

My tenant just moved out right after I started the eviction. What should I do subsequent to get my money hindmost?

My tenants moved out of late right after I started the eviction. They still owe me two months of the rental payments. What should I do next? It seem not necessary to continual the evition surrounded by the court. How I start the next step? (Minnesota)
Answers: Continue the eviction. Once explicitly done, you can seek any sums owed surrounded by small claims court.
Small claims court for a judgement.

Should there be a demise penalty contained by England?

shhh in entail it for homework
Answers: firstly, i don't know where 7 get the idea that england is a guilty until proven innocent system...obviuosly someone have a grudge against the law...
and secondly, yes, i contemplate there should. we hold overcrowded prisons, murdurers who are released after serving only only just over half their sentance, and a society that believes they can do anything they want, because the worst they will get is 15 years within prison. Bringing back the destruction penalty would be in motion some way to finish these problems. Even if it was uncommon in the majority of cases, it would deter abundant people from commiting the sort of crimes that are becoming more and more adjectives.
It should be anywhere in the world.I am adjectives for it.
If they know somebody killed some body a 110% engineer that person turn away.
The death cost is irrevocable. "In case of a mistake, the executed prisoner cannot be given another providence. Justice can miscarry. In the last hundred years within have be more that 75 documented cases of wrongful conviction of criminal homicide. The death sentence be carried out in eight of these cases" (Draper 47). Undoubtedly lots other cases of mistaken conviction and execution occurred and remain undocumented. A prisoner discovered to be blameless can be freed; but neither release nor compensation is possible for a corpse.

The belief that execution costs smaller amount than imprisonment is false. "The cost of the apparatus and upholding of the procedures attending the death cost, including death row and the everlasting appeals and legal machinery, far outweighs the expense of maintain in prison the tiny fraction of criminals who would otherwise be slain" (Draper 46).

Abolitionists believe that the wrongdoer should be required to compensate the victim's family next to the offender's own income from employment or community service. There is no doubt that someone can do more alive than inert. By working, the criminal inadvertently "pays back" society and also their victim and/or the victim's relations. There is no reason for the criminal to receive any compensation for his work. Money is of no helpfulness in young offenders` institution. One of the most well particular examples of the criminal contributing to the betterment of society is the case of Leopold and Loeb. Leopold and Loeb be nineteen years old when they committed "The Crime of the Century." In 1924 they kidnap and murdered a fourteen year old boy only to see what it was similar to. They were both spared the release penalty and sentenced to enthusiasm imprisonment. Together, their accomplishments include working at hospitals, lessons illiterates to read, creating a correspondence school, making significant developments within the World War II Malaria Project and writing a grammar book. "An inestimable amount of folks were directly help by Leopold and Loeb; both of them making a conscious commitment to atone by serving others" (Horwitz 109).

Abolitionists consider the death cost an insufficient form of punishment because it is cruel and inhumane, there is no proof that it deters furious crime, it can be inflicted upon people innocent of any crime, the costly process of appealing give the death cost a hefty price tag and beside the death cost, the chance to build restitution to the victim and/or the victim's people does not exist. The essence of the abolitionist perspective is this:
Why not first take a look at the passageway the system has be carried out in the USA. We enjoy found that you don't have to sympathize next to criminals or want them to avoid a terrible punishment to ask if the departure penalty prevents or even reduce crime, to look at alternatives and to think nearly the risks of executing innocent people.

126 relations on death rows enjoy been released near proof that they were wrongfully convicted. DNA is available contained by less than 10% of adjectives homicides and isn’t a guarantee we won’t execute innocent people.

The disappearance penalty doesn't prevent others from committing murder. No reputable study shows the demise penalty to be a deterrent. To be a deterrent a punishment must be sure and swift. The passing penalty is neither. Homicide rates are sophisticated in states and regions that own it than in those that don’t.

We own a good alternative. Life lacking parole is now on paperwork in 48 states. It process what it says. It is sure and swift and from time to time appealed. Life without parole is smaller quantity expensive than the death cost.

The death cost costs much more than life surrounded by prison, mostly because of the legal process which is supposed to prevent executions of innocent ethnic group.

The death cost isn't reserved for the worst crimes, but for defendants with the worst lawyer. It doesn't apply to people near money. When is the last time a magnificent person be on death row, agree to alone executed?

The death cost doesn't necessarily help family of murder victims. Murder victim ethnic group members across the country argue that the drawn-out demise penalty process is sensitive for them and that life in need parole is an appropriate alternative.

Problems with speeding up the process. Over 50 of the innocent ethnic group released from death row have already served over a decade. If the process is speeded up we are sure to execute an innocent person.

Why isn't pot legalized yet?

I be determined, I know there's a lot of factor and debate that goes into this ask, but come on...

drinking is legal and look how secure that is when mixed beside driving, sex, fighting, etc.

Really, if done undamagingly and in moderation, it would injure no one to be legalized.

Present arguments:
Answers: I agree, lots of individuals are out there contained by the world contributing to society, and yes some do smoke pot.

With the obvious, cigarettes can head to lung cancer. As well as drinking influential to liver damage, drinking & driving, etc.

The law state that once we're 21, we are "allowed" to drink. And at 18, we're "allowed" to smoke cigarettes. I'm just waiting for the sunshine where it will state that we are "allowed" to smoke marijuana, person that it with reasoning is smaller number harmful than a hell of seriously of other drugs.

Today in society, you can choose whether or not you want to drink, whether or not you want to smoke tobacco; if marijuana be legalized, shouldn't there be like choice of whether or not you want to smoke it?
most young folks think it should be legitimate. most older those, even if they smoked when younger, dont really want their kids doing it, and want to be illegal. most babyish people dont vote, masses old ancestors do vote.

hows that?
the booze lobby for one would decrease their profits
They be the ones who promoted the ban of pot!
George Washington smoked it and he'd be jailed today...
rationale they make more money next to it illegal.. foot offs from smugglers, bust the low ball dealer and customers (fine money plus got the weed back), put on the market at discount back to smugglers, and bear pay stale from them again.. if it was endorsed, everyone would grow their own or you'd have to form a bibles worth of paper work to regulate it.. and oprah is gonna be pres. pious luck..

and, this is america, you dont want a bunch of free thinking individuals running around..
Pot should never be legalized, ever. Nothing about it benefits humanity, it is worryingly addictive, and hazardous to health. What will anyone gain if it is legalized, more pot head in the streets??? Do you want this course of life to become even more standard and widely held?

-marijuanna contains 20 times more ammonia than cigarrettes.
- five times more of hydrogen cyanide (causes heart disease)
-five times more nitrogen oxides (causes lung damage)
- Directly linked to several of those suffering from Psychosis
- Increase in anxiety and depression
cuz too tons people already do it for "fun" within private
when its legal theyll do it for fun contained by public and the smell bothers the rich
Chris Rock said it best. Paraphrased, he basically said, "Do you really estimate the government give a crap about our robustness." Legalizing it takes power away from the pharmaceutical companies. Why buy an expensive prescription drug, when you could only just smoke marijuana for the same effect?

(For the history, I do not smoke anything or use any drugs, because I am AWARE of what they can do to your body. But if you know the risks, "let 'em smoke")
Look at the problems we own with alcohol. Do you want to attach another set of problems on top of them?

Besides - would you want a stoner working on the brakes of your wife's saloon? How about a stoner padding your prescriptions? As the pilot of the airliner you are flying on?

Drugs are for losers - and we have plenty losers in our society in need making more of them.
ITs actually one of the safest "drugs" surrounded by the world, even pedialyte.

Nobody can give you a clear answer on why its banned without contradicting themselves when it comes to OTC's and prescription meds.

Sorry, they lately can't.

The reason it is not unjust is because our govt has not found a passageway to tax it and restrict its produce at indistinguishable time. If they can't tax it, they don't want to normalize it.that and many, copious prescription meds would be taken off the souk for lack of sale.

And no, it doesn't make you depressed or paranoid.thats laughable.

For instance, M1a1mike.he's ok near his pilot, mechanic or pharmacist being a drunk, pill-popper or what hold you. BUt he doesn't want that same person individual high.because alcohol and officially recognized drugs cause kidney and liver problems (Not to mention strokes).obtain my point?

There's no logical reason except "its another societal problem" but it isn't. Its not "addictive" to near the extreme as alcohol, oxycontin, ciggs, etc.

People of the United States..If you had a unpredictability to make your own Amendment, what would it be?

I inevitability SERIOUS ANSWERS. I really don't need answers that involve things close to playing video games and stuff like that. I in recent times need some design or some choices for this report that I am doing. I am suppose to make up an Amendment and write a report around it, only problem is, is that I can't really imagine of anything that fits my needs. So it would be really great if you could comfort me. Please and Thank you! :)
Answers: Mine would be this: Any attempt; by foreign agents or citizens of a foreign power; to establish residence under false pretenses; whose presence, through conduct or inaction, destabilizes the economic resourcefully being of the United States, threatens, through undertaking or inaction, the welfare of American citizens, shall be considered to be enemies of the state and subject to adjectives associated penalties. To include the extermination penalty. That any and adjectives American citizens who give aid or comfort to said enemy of the state shall be stripped of their citizenship and become subject to the same penalty.
Hope that helped. I tried to use some b.s. legaleze for ya. I numeral the death cost is warranted because we are losing an average of 25 Americans a daylight to the acts of illegals. Good luck w your report.
I would similar to an amendment that would ban the parliament from making any laws that interfere near my personal liberties (as long as my personal liberty don't interfer with anyone else's).

Or, within the immortal words of Bill S. Preston Esq. and Ted "Theodore" Logan:

Bill: Be excellent to each other.
Ted: Party on, dudes.

*EDIT* - A lot of answers almost abolishing the electoral college. The electoral college keep voting at a state level, and not federal. If the President be elected by popular vote, it would create a big, big mess (worse than it is now). You would have different ballot: One for President/Vice President, and one for the state and local offices.
Not sure how exactly how to enunciate this, but I think at hand should be some kind of amendment that seal the constituion "as is" and to protect it from being changed, its amazing how much the political affairs fails to follow the constitution so I'm suprised that they havent tried to alter it.. An amendment resembling what I'm talking around would stop that.

Go ahead and thumbs down, I don't care!
I would clear it illegal for our press to harrass and stalk those. I would make them culpable or at most minuscule more responsible for the "news" they write that produces countless copy-cats or is a detriment to public safety. (everything beforehand court obviously).

I don't understand how a writer or reporter can give explicit information on how to kind a potato gun or the new "master cleanse diet" and not realize they are literally putting thousands of citizens in jeopardy with irresponsible reporting.

I ponder our media/press in frequent circles has taken ascendancy of the 1st amendment and know that it was not designed for masses of the laws they trample on.
Quite a few individuals said that they would abolish the electoral college, but as "bad" as the electoral college is now, elections would be much more difficult near a direct democracy. There wouldn't be much of a majority, so the elected leader wouldn't necessarily be that popular.

As for my amendment, I would probably would of late say TERM LIMITS ON SENATORS ALONG WITH AGE LIMITS TOO. It's not a far-reaching idea, and is one amendment that wishes to be ratified.
I would amend it to enunciate that no amendment could ever be passed that would infringe on the rights of citizens or discriminate against any group. That should go in need saying, but apparently some individuals need a reminder. It might not be bulletproof because it could be repealed, but conceivably it would make the Republicans contemplate twice about some of the misguided amendments they want to go by.

[edit]
Note to those saying the minimum age to be President should be lowered from 45: It isn't 45; it's 35 and I mull over that's a reasonable minimum for someone to gain plenty experience to be qualified for such a heavy responsibility.
Delete the 2nd amendment. The right to suffer arms. I've lived in countries that do not hold this right and even though there be terrorist attacks going on I felt much safer knowing that citizens didn't enjoy guns.

Can I sue a company if the order didn't come?

I ordered 2 PS3 games on amazon and individual 1 game come to me with the bill and stuff.. On the bill it have the two games but in the box individual one game come out. I look at the website to track my order and it say "delivered" i'm also pissed
Answers: Dear God.Have you never made a mistake? Did you contact the company and tell them roughly speaking it? Have you filed a complaint next to customer service? Have you GIVEN THEM A CHANCE TO FIX THE PROBLEM?

Sue..good luck
Just contract with the company. Don't even contemplate about suing until you've exhausted adjectives of your options near them.

E-commerce law?

E-commerce canon?
1. Interview an e-Commerce site owner an d find out the significance of the E-Commerce Law to him/her. If the Philippines does not have an e-Commerce Law, what would be the impact on the country? Give the heading of the person, position and company affiliation.

2. Interview any police authority or attorney to find out the status of criminal and civil cases filed related to the imperative. Give the name of the personality, position, and company affiliation.

3. Find out what Internet and e-Commerce related bills are being pushed by the Philippine elected representatives in Congress. Who is the author at the rear those bills?

4. Draft an e-mail, Internet, and software use policy. Use search engines resembling Google.com to find sample format.

5. Name one governing body initiative designed to develop e-Commerce adoption in the Philippines. Give details in the region of the program and find out how many hold benefited (giving the breakdown by gender).
Answers: Looks to me like you hold a homework assignment.

To the degree that one nation does not own laws that are the equivalent of what is within other nations, or fitting enforcement of those loaws, this has two effects.

1. It attracts a large amount of criminals to that nation since they know they can do as they please there, short any laws against their unpromising behaviro.

2. Legitimate businesses in that nation are discriminated against by businesses contained by other nations that do not want to do business nearby, for the reason of the nation human being backwards legally.

There's profoundly of laws related to the e-Commerce trueness.

For example, in most nation (but notably not the USA), it is evil for organizations to hold data basis on people, beside data in attendance without the consent of the people the facts is about. In the USA at hand are laws that if you own such data, and it get stolen, the people that the information be stolen about, they hold to be warned roughly speaking the consequences.

The result is that in the Philippines and abundant other nations, the citizens think their background is correct and safe. If it get stolen, with someone doing financial fraud on them, they never find out until it is too delayed & they have be ruined. This is different from in the USA where on earth thousands of data basis exist on us, many of them next to false information, used to our detriment and we do not know it, but then surprise surprise, this place have info on us, and it got stolen, and NOW we find out more or less the data.

Do medical doctors have to renew their license?

Do they have to complete CEUs? If so how long is a doctor's license appropriate for? Or do they have to evaluated periodically?

What around lawyers, do they enjoy to evaluated periodically by the state?
Answers: Yes, they have to thieve board exams. They are also required to get CMEs by attending many lectures to keep up near the flow of progress.
I was an Independent Duty Corpsman contained by the Navy. I was assigned to unit too small to justify a full fledged physician. I have to have minimally 12 CMEs per year to prolong my credentials. The physicians had to keep up 24 CMEs per year.
How often do they interview? If memory serves me correctly, every four years. Now, how'd you like to be the poor sap that does 8 other years above what most obtain, later another 4 years of on the job training and afterwards, having spent adjectives of that time, energy and money, to not know how to pass you boards and not seize licensed? Or, have a in good health established practice and then lose your license?
doctors i don't know but lawyer i do. They have to do X number of CEU's every three years to keep hold of them up to date on current law etc.

I know doctors enjoy to go to confrences to hold up to date but i don't know if it is thing they do willigly or not
I'm not sure but if others contained by cosmetology that is not a advanced pasture of medicine have to every year then somethings wrong. There is so lots loop holes in the law these days how can we be sure doctors are renewing below the legal standards?

Wreckless Endangerment (Misdemeanor) Charge?

How bad is this charge and what crime would you own had to committed to receive this type of charge?
Answers: I'm surprised this is a misdeamor. This resources that the accused did something or didn't do something that cause or could have someone to be surrounded by danger of loss of energy or limb. A adjectives one is to leave your childish child in a seatbelt within a closed car on a hot time, and go out and do something. Often, this is a plea-bargain of a more serious offense.

As for its effect on a opening application, I have no hypothesis. However, if the application was for child exactness and the example was the actual situation, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting to gain the job.
I concentration you said charge and not conviction, so that would change things. If you hold not been convicted next you still have a providence of not having that on your register.

It may come into play in driving job (postal service, trucking) but most employers look at felony and crimes of moral turpitude.

Hot Checks?

When I was 18 (now 21) I get my own checking account & when I run out of money I would write hot checks because I was stupid & thought I merely had to pay packet back my hill without any fees or anything. I hold a stack of letters from different collection agencies for the checks that be sent to me about 2 years ago. I am trying to salary them off immediately but I dont know if it is too late?? How would I know if they put a warrant on me for them? Do they beckon you or write you or just NOT communicate you? All except 1 check is under $100 and most are a moment ago about $50. My actual checking accout is closed as you would expect but I still owe then over $300. This stuff is confusing & I a short time ago want to take prudence of it so I dont have to verbs!!!!
Answers: Your situation doesn't sound that unpromising. $300 isn't that much; just settle up the money (and fees) back. You're lucky you don't own a warrant out for your arrest, if the state attorney got involved, you may own been given a deadline to repay everyone subsidise or be arrested. You may want to make sure you don't own any warrnts to be safe. It sounds similar to you learned your lesson, I hope everything works out for you!
Call the ridge and set up a payment plan or find out who owns the explanation.
Depending on which state you live in, it is unlikely that this will hold been escalated from a civil to a criminal issue.
Since it has be two years, and the accounts have be sold, I doubt the bank notify the police.
So, call the wall.
If you are worried about a warrant, send for the local Sheriff office, they usually own a bad check division. They can narrate you if there is warrant contained by your name, and they can relay you what to do to solve your problems. Good Luck!!!
