Where to go after your realeased from prison?
can you be paroled to another state when your released from a state correctional facility. ronnie will be getting released from a 4 years bit and i want to know if he can be paroled to my untried state- to a halfway house.Answers: yes he will own to fill out the dissertation work Good Luck
That will depend on the terms of his parole, but largely, they will not let him out of the jurisdiction until he finishes parole.
Was your question delete for violation of the y/a vocabulary?
And you thought it was undue? Tell me your story. My question (who can prove that I;m NOT the son of God) be deleted for "pretending to be a supernatural being" although I clearly stated that I'm NOT the son of God. What's your story?Answers: I enjoy too many stories to convey, I can't remember them all. One egregious example be when I had a ask deleted on the grounds that it be "Not a Question or Answer", when it was most markedly a question!
I purely had a put somebody through the mill deleted for asking
"is it venomous to my computer to leave it on for a few days at a time?"
I get great answers, selected best answer, consequently got delete.
Makes sense.
Just a couple of weeks ago I had a press reported. Supposedly not a question or an answer and when I complained that it be a question Yahoo agreed next to the report that it was not a interview. Give me a break (rolling eyes) I thought questions begin with any a who, what, when, where and why or how. Rrrrrrrrrrrrrr
My cross-examine had also be resolved when it was reported. Obviously I have a stalker because I had several question reported after they were resolved. So I started watching favourably who was starring my question for further inspection and this dude(I won't mention his name) supposedly my friend had be starring them but not answering. AH Ha...I blocked him and no more reports.
It's ridiculous as we all are supernatural beings...
I feel that it depends of the employee that yhoo have at the moment your question is revised.
I hold my case, I put "don't answer xxxx...ies" after a grill , because if not, anybody answers anything, and you loose time reading answers that nought to do with your cross-examine.As a result... they deleted my put somebody through the mill, instead of deleting what i have added that they thought was wrong.
How it is that you speak spanish, german, english...? Or you use a translator...?
What are the differences that you have see in Obama and Edwards political view?
they seem remarkably similar to me, accept for on gun control, Edwards requirements to protect the 2nd ammendment, whereas Obama wants to brand it illegal to own semi automaticsAnswers: There is nil in the constitution protecting suburban house wives right to enjoy a semi automatic rifle under their bed. The second amendment say the government can't restrict your rights to guard yourself and your family.
BTW adjectives the democrats want a ban on automatic missiles. It just make sense.
There is a good grid that I found long-suffering. http://www.2decide.com/table.htm
In Ohio, what is the penalty for violate probation...?
He violated his probation by getting another DUI it is his 2nd offense, he did not report it to his P.O. which i know is a violation itself, and he is very soon serving 90 days in top-security prison in another county, on January 17 he have an appointment with his P.O. to wind up his previous probation..on his first offense he served 60 days with 4 years probation... I want to know what will his penalty be? Would it help his baggage if his family would notify his P.O. past the 17th and tell her where on earth and what happened since he didnt? Its mentioned give or take a few you would get the inspired charge so would this be the 4 years? Dont quite follow that...Need Serious Answers Please...Answers: I can't speak for Ohio, but in a situation resembling this in Indiana, it will most manifestly help his situation if someone notify his PO... His PO is going to run his criminal history in preparation of the probation discharge, and she will specifically find the new arrest...and that will a moment ago compound the probationer's problems... Call the PO...
Since he's on probation for 4 years, I'm guessing it's for a felony... And if this is his second DUI that he was a short time ago arrested for, that's likely a felony, too... Committing a up to date felony while on felony probation is not good... Worst-case scenario is that he could be ordered to serve his entire suspended sentence (probably 4 years, minus the 60 days he have already served, from the way you describe it) within jail... But he may be capable of work out an agreement to serve less time than that by admit the violation lacking a contested hearing, by getting into substance harm counseling if he is released from jail past he goes final to Court on the violation, and by not trying to conceal the new arrest from the PO... The PO is not going to be really motivated to show any leniency in her opinion to the Court if all he have done is commit a new offense and later tried to hide it from her...
His parole go away the second he was charged near the new DUI. His PO WILL find out if he have not already been informed. The vocabulary of his original parole would opt if he does more time there. Regardless of probation, fines, and detain time, the court CAN order suspension of driving privileges.
What do you think in the region of the validity of a fib detector test? I suppose the machines are a joke for masses reasons
You can be a entity who has anxiety/panic attack issues, and you could be describing the truth, but because of your rapid heart rate, dignified blood pressure, sweating, etc, you will cause the needles to lunge and you will fail the exam. For this reason alone, the appliance should not be used to question someone's guilt or innocence. A lot of general public have fears of going to the dentist, fears of flying, etc. Lots of these fears are commonsense or irrational, which kick contained by the fight or flight moving parts in our brains and motive our blood pressure and heart rate to increase, etc. Someone who is prone to panic, would clearly not be a prime candidate for taking a pull the wool over your eyes detector test. On the in front of end of the spectrum, you could own a cold blooded killer who have ice surrounded by his veins and have no conscience, and he could pass the trial with flying colors, and still be a hired gun. This is why the polygraph test isn't accurate. Do you agree?Answers: They're awful, that's why the results aren't allowable surrounded by a court of law, and never will be.
Just a "bluff" tool, zilch more. By the way, most of the time, not other, the liars do fail pretty accurately (OJ ruined 3...LOL) but the problem is the accuracy is so doomed to failure you can't count on them with anyone, ever.
Your concept are wishful thinking. The machines are right waaaay more then not, they work on oodles independent functions that can not all be controlled, they are calibrate on the individual a the start of the test, etc.
This be all tested on an episode of mythbusters if you want to see it surrounded by action. see discovery.com/mythbusters.
That said, the information may be adjectives for what it is, but what it is not, is admissible evidence in a court of regulation.
But then neither is lots of other interesting sources of information - that doesn't bring in them a joke and it doesn't variety lie detectors a quip.
The polygraph machine is NOT a not tell the truth detector. The person operating the device is. The machine solely records indisputable physiological responses ASSOCIATED with deceit. The person operating the domestic device actually observe the subject to determine if they are lying and uses the polygraph to support what they have already approved. The PRIMARY purpose of the machine is to MAKE the subject stressed.
Is 18+ consent required to purchase a rated M hobby, by law? Or is the rating simply a minute to parents?
When I went to the local GameStop, the store owners here told me I was prohibited to purchase a rated M winter sport without someone next to 18+ years of age with me (and allowing me to do so). One of my friends told me he wrote an essay going on for the subject, and that it isn't by law that you can't purchase an age-restricted product, since the ratings are only just for the parents to know the content of the game and if it is appropriate for their kid to play. This pertains to other rated stuff as very well I guess. I had to drag a volatile person rotten the street and pay them $5 to voice that they were 18+ and allowed me to buy the winter sport.
Answers: Video games - and movies for that matter - are not law, but rather industry wide open agreements in attempt to manager off more restrictive law.
Gamestop COULD sell you the activity, but they won't because they treasure their relationship with the team game makers and distributors that provide them product to provide, and the lack of hassle from parents and lawyer when you or someone else does something dumb and it comes back to them, they utility that all much more consequently your 50 bucks or whatever.
It big-hearted of suck, and I am not sure it is a great approach - I have blogged give or take a few it in yesteryear.but that is how it is very soon
Gamestop does not sell M rate games to minors as a matter of store policy, not ruling. This is basically a move to prevent it from becoming an actual ruling, self-regulation is preferred over legal regulation.
So yes, they can waste to sell to you on reason of age, as minors (under 18) have a smaller amount rights under the decree. Some stores will still sell to you, but if ample of them did, the politicians might step in and sort it entirely illegal.
The stores are required by industry to not put up for sale M rated games to minors. Its matching as movies.
The same way tobacco products and alcohol is carded.
It is not by tenet that you can buy a game near the possible exception (not sure) of an Adult Only (rating Ao) game. The M rating is one and only a store rule and do not have to enforce it if they don't want to. The same is true for movie theatres. Movies hold ratings based on the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA). They enjoy certain backwards criteria for giving ratings to movies, but it is not against the canon to go into them even minus consent.
Court Conciliation?
What happens if one individual doesnt show up? Do they get fined or anything?Answers: If that being doesn't show they lose the case and it automatically go toward the party explicitly there.
In divorce cases show is a must, otherwise a punishment is a must.
What exectly is child support for?
If a mother is getting child support can the support be spent on other things other than the child? For example gasoline for her vehicle. Or is that something the state see as the mothers own problem to deal beside?Answers: Bingo, drugs, new boyfriends.
Too doomed to failure they couldn't get a drug check for the check.
Child support is to help recompense for housing, utilities,
clothing, food, etc.
Child support can be spent on ANYTHING. The mother can buy jewelry or go to fancy boutiques next to it if she wants to. That's what my husband's ex does. Child support surrounded by California is to reward the mother for having a kid and to receive the father pay, salary, pay until he's broke. If child support really be solely for the support of the child, crazy amounts like thousands of $$$ respectively month would not be awarded like my husband have to pay that put together us broke (and the mother is a multi millionaire). So if you're a woman and you want to be rich, just maintain getting pregnant and you'll be set for life.
Anything. It would be too strong to figure out how much of this frying container or that tank of gas go toward the child. It is assumed that a portion of whatever the mother spends is for the child. Gas, groceries, etc. are fine.
Now at hand are exceptions. For example, we know a couple who take charge of their 20 year old daughter and her five year mature son. The grandparents paid adjectives of the 'living' expenses for both. They fed and care for their grandchild. The daughter had a crappy assignment, and paid for her car/insurance, and used her other money for going out, etc. The court accustomed the child support payment to travel to the grandparents.

Odds of a lawsuit for replying to emails from a Y/A user?
I posted a question that apparently piqued another user and she emailed through Y/A calling me a racist, because I said my son was not bringing immigrant to school within his backpack so how could he be bringing in measels and the similar to by not vaccing .. then she kept emailing me as I told her I be not being a racist, and she sent emails to me and I may own replied with the b word surrounded by refrence to her, then she emailed me today and I responded and later she said I had be stalking her and I told her all i own done is replied to her emails when SHE made contact to ME and was calling me name in the emails. Now she say she will have Y/A capture my ISP because I am "harrassing her" or doing personal attacks by telling her I am not a racist;I may enjoy responded with I hope something happen in a foriegn country or that she be being racist towards me but i am simply seeking to protect my child.would she hold a case
Answers: She have no case, but I hope you bookish something from your experience.
From the time I signed up on this site until just a few days ago, I kept my email private. I go public because I finally decided that one user have said enough interesting and intelligent things that it might be nice to own a private correspondence.
But I should have shut that door now once again.
This morning, I responded to an asker who is desparately looking for her grown daughter. I read her prior questions on the subject for some framework and responded in a colourless manner. The bleak news surrounded by my opinion be that she had extraordinarily few options, as no police or court be obligated to assist her in her flush.
Her emailed response was to allege me of being manipulate by her father, doing drugs with the man, human being emotionally immature and biased, and human being a dangerous, psychotic pedophile.
My point is that at hand are a whole lot of deeply unstable people lurking nearly here and it is not a good perception to tangle beside them on a personal level.
While they cannot successfully sue you, they do appear to find the time and energy to annoy the crap out of you.
Don't tolerate 'em get you down.
Generaly, nought. Anyone can sue anyone for anything, but she can't win.
If I were you I'd be far more worried almost the chances of your child man disabled for life by your decree not to vaccinate. Measles is a disease that regularly leaves children mentally affected for energy, and is making a resurgence in the US because of society like you.
There is a lawsuit within my current county right now, file by a woman whose daughter will require lifetime nursing care after anyone left severely mentally retarded by measles. She is suing her former pediatrician. She alleges that he be negligent surrounded by failing to persuade her to hold her daughter vaccinated when she refuse. She says he should enjoy 'tried harder'.
She's going to lose, but he has to wage to defend himself.

Is it common contained by small towns to get out of a felony drug possession charge if you remuneration them enough money?
I own heard from several society that they knew of relations that paid the "powers that be" for the felony to purely go away. If it is adjectives, how do you approach the right people to manufacture that happen?Answers: certainly
i worked at a country club as a bartender in college
i saw the money/bribe/buddy system at work
truly a friends daughter kill her boyfriend and got stale by paying the judge 10,000
and i enjoy seen the bench call within favors to lawyers to be returned as favors, to consent to high paying clients past its sell-by date the hook
Urban myth.
Once charges are filed, even contained by a small town, there are freshly too many race 'in the loop' for this to be able to appear.
The only point within the process where this 'might' be possible would be right at the inauguration, with a bribe to the cop that in fact caught you with the drugs, up to that time he'd written the report. I don't think a small town cop is any more possible to be amenable to a bribe than a big city one, though - and in the VAST majority of cases, offering a cop a bribe will a short time ago get extra charges added to your slate.

xialou discussions a big game, but offer not one shred of evidence. he is full of it.
