How can you prove that you didn't plagiarize?

A friend of mine was not long accused of plagiarizing his college application by some trainer. I know him well satisfactory to know that he doesn't cheat. He has a 4.5 GPA and a 2100 on the SAT so it would be stupid for him to cheat. Anyways, as expected, he protested this unmerited accusation.

So the stubborn trainer asks him to prove that he didn't plagarize. I know you can prove that someone HAS plagarized but not if they haven't. So how the hell do you do that????? And what else can he do?

P.S. He doesn't want to do something like sue the university because he still wants to be on apposite terms near his teachers.

Who is to articulate that God did not intend for gays to marry? I have other thought it strange that God did not work that into the Ten Commandments. The other is civil conjugal, which is different. t has no religious aspects, but it is an agreement between two race to act contained by certain ways that benefit society as a total - mostly things arising from relationships likely to be stable. I am a man who likes women. I don't caution if a man likes a man or a woman like a woman. That's their choice to love who they want. And who said God created marriage? There are lots of citizens who don't even believe in God. I do but here are people who don't. What around them? Should they not get married since God created it and they don't believe?

What reasons can be used to quash or proscribe to comply to a subpoena?

My friend reported a burglary to the police non-anonymously. Now the court has issued a subpoena asking him to testify against the accuse person. My friend is really afraid of this criminal as he does not know what this guy is able of doing after he serves jail time. My friend does not want to acquire into this anymore than he already has and does not want to testify and potentially invite the wrath of this criminal. Does he hold a valid reason to impose sanctions to accept the subpoena? What are his option?

My Child is getting Baptized against my wishes What should I Do?

My girlfriend and I broke up about 5 months ago and we hold a 1 year old daughter. She have gone and planned a baptism even though I don't approve of it. We hold not been to court so no official custody has be named, I'm assuming because I'm timetabled on the birth Certificate then we own joint permissible. I think the purpose of baptism ceremony of kids is so that if they die then they would move about to heaven. Kind of close to insurance. If your name is on the birth authorization, then you do hold legal rights as a parent. You hold just as much enunciate as she does. The court doesn't have to offer that to you since your name is on the birth tag. She'd have to prove you're NOT the father within order to deny you ANY parental rights. Having a one year old baptized is no big business. In all actuality, a parent should not have a child baptized until the child is aged enough to follow it all - approaching high university.
