My manager keep changing rota minus informing me!?

We live contained by a 2 fam. hm.(keep in mind my son is 5). Just lately the girl who lives upstairs had her ex-con. boyfriend move contained by. (UK Question)I'm writing a proposal and am having legitimate difficulty trying to explain pupillage as simply as possible.
It's a case of 'wood for the trees' and I'm struggling to put pupil supervisors, first, second and even third six's into laymen's lingo.

"Pupillage is a minimum of 12 months duration, as a prelude to qualification aas a barrrister. During which time a trainee barrister is beneath the direct supervison of one or more (in succession) experienced barristers as regards courtroom advocacy, professional conduct, conferences and paperwork.

It's just a training term where u acquire to put all that proposition u have learn into practice, and u start on the road of ur craft as a barrister. the lucky ones get employed by their chamber after their pupillages.

one word: choice. In that article's scenario she have no choice in losing it, it be (rightly i think) equated as damage. Just close to you can break your arm but if someone else breaks it, it's punishable violence. If something is stolen from you, it's not impossible to tell apart as willingly giving it up.
