Hello

If the subject IS recognizable, you involve to ensure that your use is a Fair Use.

This result is neither unfair nor luckless. It is the means by which copyright advance the progress of science and art."

Consent is the best defense!
people give the impression of being not to like michael? i could use a advocate for a possible texas class action. we smiths hold to stick together

if the image is so unrecognizable afterwards you have freedom of expression, unless you claim the picture is yours and not altered

How do I find out what my inheritance is?

I know I am receiving money from a relative who passed away because I received a catch sight of in the communication from a service wanting to know if I would like to appropriate a loan out on the inheritence and I received a letter giving the probate court date.
I spoke to my relatives partner and told them how suprised and honored I be to be receiving money. They never said how much I be getting and I feel awkward asking. Is here a way I can find out minus actually contacting the advocate? It would be nice to know but then I touch like I should continue and let it be a surprise. Money can really mess beside your mind...
Answers: A will, as part of probate, is public account. You should know, from the letter, what county court is handling it. You can name the county clerk's office surrounded by that county and get a copy of the will (I recommend it anyway). And not a soul will know you got it, unless you notify them. You can look at it for free, or get copies for a per page price. Like you said, money messes next to people, so be sure you receive what the will says. As an descendant, you are entitled to the proper share as defined in the will specifically being probated. Sorry for your loss, but congrats on the $$$.

PS. You know it may not be cash---- it may be "stuff".
The legal representative should have told you to start off with. It is not unreasonable to want to know. Give the attorney a telephone call. Hey, it's your money... and it won't be the first time he was asked your grill. It's ordinary and you don't endow with an air of mortal a money grubbing person. Relax, lug a deeeep breath, then ring-a-ding-ding the advocate.

Good luck!
sounds like a scam. Do you even know the pet name of the relative?

Are lock picking sets illegal to use or to own in the European Union?

Answers: If you are a licensed locksmith, no problem. If you are not, that would be up to police discretion as they can be considered "burglar's tools." Strict authority would be up to the individual member states' law.
Certain states come down harder than others on this.
I am a trained locksmith, and have be questioned going on for tools etc.
In the UK there be a case of a trained locksmith (quite a respected individual) person caught outside a jewlers at night beside 2 other individuals.
They all get prison sentences.

Basically it comes down to why you are carrying them in the first place, and where on earth you are.
Some places won't sell them to you unless you are surrounded by the trade, but the internet has changed this.

What are the requirements to drop out???

I need sustain... I am going to have a full time available job that will be paying 500 dollars a month is that good for droppung out and I requirement to know the requirements.
Answers: USUALLY the only requirement is age (16). If you do drop out, please go and get your GED as soon as possible. I wish I have dropped out and gotten a GED at 16. I have NEVER found anything surrounded by my life thAT i COULD NOT own accomplished a short time ago as well or confidently with a GED. (I hold 4 degrees), and I retired at 46
Full time job... 40 hours a week... 500 dollars a month? So... next to 4 weeks to a month... so you're making a little over 3 dollars an hour?

If you're living contained by the United States, that is a horrible (and illegal) pay envelope. You should be making at least 6 or 7 dollars an hour. I forgot what the federal minimum wage be.

Finish school, or find a much better paying post.

I pay $430 a month contained by rent alone.
Wow, I think you would be making a mistake to do that. That is particularly little money.

Why do you want to drop out, anyway? Do you have relations you need to support?
If that's the luggage, I would say carry on some kind of SSI support and stay within school...

I can fundamental guarantee that you will grow to regret your decision to drop out, if you progress through with it.

As far as requirements.. ably, that depends on where you live. Most places you call for to have your parents consent, until you are 17.
$500 a month, for working 160 hours, is $3.13 an hour. You'd be better off picking vegetables next to the illegals. I'd get used to this sort of income if you're dropping out of university though.

Why are Cuban cigars illegal?

to provide in the USA
Answers: Have you ever hear of the Cold War? You see, back contained by the day the U.S. have it out for Communism. Now communism after WW II was on the rise so the United States and our Capitalistic view tried to stop the "spread of red." Cuba was within lovely relations with the USSR, this relation almost create WW III because the USSR was sending missiles to Cuba. Kennedy granted to cut all trade relations beside Cuba and the embargo was enact. Now a funny thing going on for Cuban cigars and Kennedy, before the embargo be enacted, he asked Pierre Salinger to buy a couple thousand Cuban cigars for the president's adjectives use. Smart Man
Because buying Cuban exports provides funds to keep their evil regime contained by power, so it's forbidden.

Richard
Because the US has a ruling that states anyone in the US cannot do business near any business or person within Cuba. The law doesn't label any sense to me, but it is the law.

How do you encourage insensitive neighbors to lower their volume level? I have already tried to sermon to him.

I own a condo. My upstairs neighbor has the ringer on his phone at top even, plays his radio at top volume in the morning past work, runs his ancient dishwasher when I am at home, etc. (Most of us run them as we go past its sell-by date to work when no one will be at home.)
Answers: Kick down his front door sooner or later when he's particularly loud holding a fully loaded Heckler and Koch G3 assault rifle near expanding ammunition and kindly inform him that he pisses you rotten and needs to hold it down.

You may never hear a peep out of him again.
In our town it is against the directive for someone to play really loud music. we can complain to the city cop and he will get them to tone it down. On the other foot, if you have a neighbor next to continually barking dogs, the cops wont do a item.

I dont know which is worse, barking dogs or Loud music. neither one should be allowed.

The best item you can do is try to get along, but never threaten. Two wrongs dont gross a right. Maybe someday someone with somewhat clout will stand up for the rights of us, the little people. One can merely hope
As told before , stir to the HOA. The only other piece left to do is going to court and sue but be prepared to spend the next 2 or 4 years of your duration getting in and out of court (no ploy, it takes that long and you can even lose after all).

Personally I wouldn't excess my time and energy on that when I can use that perkiness to find a better place to live with no animals as neighbors or no neighbors at adjectives.
just report him 2 HOA & report it 2 the cops. if that doesn't work, u may own 2 beat him down. no, don't do that ultimate thing. lol

For those of you who don't have condition insurance, or at some point have not have health coverage,?

which of these did you grant up, or would you presently give up, to hold health coverage?

* Cable TV
* Internet access
* Fast Food
* Video Rentals
* Alcohol
* Cigarettes
* pop culture magazine
* restaurant dining

Tell us about your experience.
Answers: I would pass up cable TV (already have), fast food (who requests that stuff anyway?), video rentals (I already do not rent movies), alcohol (except if it is available, but I would not buy it), magazines (I don't read them...haven't since I be a teenage girl), and restaurant dining (I scarcely ever eat out anyway...I can swot to cook it at home if I really want it). I would not be able to make a contribution up Internet access, since I am getting my degree from an online university. This is not convertible since I think it is extremely meaningful to continue my tuition. After I get my point, I should have no problem getting form insurance at a well paying undertaking. Therefore, the Internet is kind of a necessity. I would furnish up cigarettes only if I really needed to. I realize that the smoking is going to result in heath problems where on earth health insurance become important, I guess it's lately a hard way to break. Basically, I would give up everything on the enumerate but Internet access if I really had to. Most of the record, I already do without.
All the above...at tiniest those items available at the time.
The year was 1976, beside a new babe-in-arms on the way, during a illustrious risk pregnancy where I spent a month contained by the hospital. My husband's union duty was cut so the company could hire-in cheaper laborers from Mexico. He be entirely out of work, we couldn't pay our rent, and my Mom compensated to keep the form insurance up for a few months. It was a devout thing she did, because our kid was contained by ICU for awhile. ($$$)
Are you saying that giving up one, or even adjectives of these would allow someone to afford health insurance? If so, take real. Not adjectives jobs present any health ins and some, approaching mine, offer a poor excuse. It would cost someone give or take a few $8OO-900/mo for decent coverage, but near no 'pre-existing conditions' present. Hell, life is a pre-existing condition if you look at their index. Thank Bush and the Republicans for allowing the carriers, pharm co.s and HMOs to do this to the American populace.
I'm very thriving and I wouldn't give up anything on the schedule for health insurance. The price for form insurance is too high. (If the cost of medical insurance be reasonable surrounded by my opinion I would consequently buy medical insurance.) I cannot justify this expense. If I obtain sick later and enjoy a lot of medical bills I will business deal with that subsequently.

Juvenile Delinquency System and Adult Justice System?

Can someone please tell me the differences and the similarties between the Juvenile Deliquency System and the Adult Justice System.
Answers: Depends on the state you're within

Most Juvenile courts (possibly all) have no jury. Just the judge who make all decision, kinda like a small claims court (which is approaching judge judy or deem joe brown or something). The judge decide what will happen to the juvenile, and that depends on what state you're surrounded by. I live in Missouri, and we enjoy our own system. They may just refer the kid to a probation officer, who would maintain tabs on the kid and put them on probation and they can put them on house arrest. Then any the judge or the probation officer can refer the kid to what is call DYS if they are still having problems or if their first offense be severe (like a sexual offense). DYS is the division of youth services (which is what I work for). We don't keep kids within juvenile detention for long, if that's needed they will be referred to a residential program in DYS. At this, they will stay locked up for 4-9 months depending on progress and their offense, and surrounded by the program they get treatment, one on one meeting with a youth specialist, lots of group psychiatric therapy, do school, and revise social and life skills. I work at a time treatment program, which kids come to after a residential program to be reintegrated into society and make up credits to acquire back into public conservatory.

This is a lot different than adults, who are tried by a jury, sentenced, and spend their time contained by jail until they acquire out. They sometimes are offered counseling, but not always. In the juvenile system, counseling and rehabilitation is the principal point.

hope this helps

Burden of proof (hypothetical case)?

Accused is allegedly caught speeding -- no physical proof whatsoever; simply the police officer's word is their evidence.

Would the prosecution even have a defence in court?
Answers: Yes. The summons that be issued by the officer is basically an affidavit swearing that they observed the defendant speeding.
It is the defendant's right to see this document.
It will be the "alleged speeder's" word against that of the officer.
The issue will possible be decided by a moving violation judge.
Successful prosecution will head to a fine, unless there is a long dictation of moving violations- in which suitcase the penalty could include a larger fine or suspension of license...
The burden of proof is on the prosecution; as long as they hold the statement of the officer, they have a travel case.
no mate... a blue uniform has it over you every time
but may be a bank good advocate might help
In over 99% of the cases, the police officer's word will prevail.
