Please help me near notice to appeal severance?

I quit my job because I be unable to dance back and achieve the required physical lifting of 100 pounds after a surgery on my wrist that I had while on a go of absence. The doctor fully released me maxim that it wouldn't damage my foot anymore to try and lift as much as I could. At the time I couldn't heave more than 5 pounds so I turned in a notification of resignation explaining this to my employer. I no longer qualified for disability because the DR released me to work, so I applied and was granted laying-off. Now I have a consideration that my former employer is appealing the unemployment. My question are: Will I stop receiving my laying-off checks pending the audible range? Do I need to apply for an appeal formerly the hearing or in anticipation of the decision from the court date? Any counsel on what to bring or how I should present my side? I just get the letter today and it said I own until jan 7th (mon) to appeal. Its sat and they are closed until Monday so I can not ask these question! Please help!

My boyfriends had 3 DUIs he be only charged next to one. I have a ask please help.?

We live contained by Illinois. Before I met him he had 3 motor wrecks which got him 3 DUIs but he be only charged next to the one. One of the wrecks he was stupid plenty to t-bone a cop.

He was doing stupid stuff at the time and its adjectives behind him presently. However, its been almost over three years since all this happend and he have paid sour all his fines. I muse it was ultimate year he finally got his fines adjectives paid past its sell-by date. He didnt serve any time. I think his license be revoked but they said he could reapply after awhile.

What do you think he should do to try and bring his license back? What would be the first couple of steps to getting put money on his license?
