Am I going to jail for throwing detergent adjectives over the house of a cheating partner?

I was renting a room from my boyfriend's friends house he is selling. I found out he be cheating on me and that he was married and his wife is immediately pregnant. Funny huh. I know right. What is about to come to pass to me? What crime did I commit if I just destroyed mostly my things? I ask him to withdraw it and i will pay for damages but he hasn't gotten rear legs to me yet. am i screwed?
