Because parents own the constitutional/legal right to care, custody, and control of their minor children, and because children within this country are basically CATTLE, yes, they can grasp a court order restraining you from coming inside a reasonable distance of their child. And whether the parents want you to budge to jail or not, if you violate the court demand, you can -- and probably will -- go to top-security prison for contempt of that court order becasue you are unsophisticatedly peeing in the judge's eye.
If the dating point is where you are trying to achieve, and she is worth it, she can have the lay down rescinded (if it does not dissolve automatically) when she turns 18. If you are not a drug pushing, child molesting, abusive, sex crazed, creep, chitchat to the 'rents and try to work it out...but don't go to their house to do it because that will be violate the court order.

If their daughter is sill living under their roof, you should respect their wishes.
There "have to be" a reason for their getting a restraining proclaim. The mere fact you apparently own been dating their daughter against their wishes make it a criminal act. It's call in our state "Contributing To The Delinquency Of A Minor." It's a misdemeanor charge. The certainty you are still trying to circumvent her parent's wishes tells me you own no respect for their wishes as parents. That's another strike against you. It would be my opinion that the certainty you would even mention that you'd never had sex resources it's in your mind to do so at the first opportunity. As much as you probably guess you're "Joe Cool" her parents can see that in you. If you are both minors, odds are amazingly slim you will end up marry her, so why go through the aggrivation? And if it come to marriage, would you really want to be married to a woman whose parents are other trying to undermine you?
If you want to gain her parents respect (sounds similar to you will never gain their acceptance) then notify them you have standard their decision and you won't pursue their daughter any longer and verbs.
As a parent we had to catch a restraining order against a boy.

Obviously prosecuters are, and within Massachusetts I think they start around $35K/yr. VERY little for an attorney. I don't feel public defenders product much more. Private attorneys make significantly more, especially private criminal defense attorneys and rights attorneys, which make upward for $500K plus depending on the firm and their experience.
